Great property, close to the beach. Convenient, great beach, not crowded at all. I had a few questions during our stay and they got back with me immediately after sending an email! Great service, very helpful!

The house was as described; no designated master with bath but it did have two bedrooms on each side of the living area that shared a bath. One of the bedrooms had so much junk in the room that it’s barely usable. There were chairs, flower arrangements, tables all crammed in the room. If a renter needed to use all 4 bedrooms these items would have to be moved down to the storage room.
We brought our fur babies and they, along with us, enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the two other porches.
The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and bowls for a large family. There is a dining table that seats 8 so should be plenty room for meals.
The television in the living area only allows viewing of RUKO channels. The management company kept saying it was a cable problem but the televisions in the other rooms worked with cable so I think it more an issue of them not knowing how to correct it. We were promised that Maintenance would come but no one ever did. We even received a call that there had been a cable problem in our area that caused it not to work. But as I stated the cable worked in the other rooms. We were wanting to watch the World Series. Ut sis so in the bedroom. We also received an email from the management company that it was time for annual fire extinguisher checks. The problem was that it was sent about 2 hours before the person was scheduled to be there and we had taken a day trip to Cape San Blas and our dogs were in the house. So the person had to reschedule. If we had received the email the day before we could have accommodated.
Overall the house is good just needs better management.

We really enjoyed this house! Many times, you stay somewhere that is on stilts and then there is still another floor to go up and down. This was all on one level and had plenty of room. The kitchen was roomy and had plenty of pans to use for cooking. We didn’t sleep in the bunk bed room, but the other beds were comfortable. We were there during Tropical Storm Fred, so there were some storm related issues but Fickling was quick to assist. The pool was great to have too, especially since the ocean was so rough during this time. If you rent a golf cart, you will have to ride down the walking/bike path or the road a little to get to the house (this was not an issue for us). They have SO MANY DVDS too. Great parking under the house - our Dodge camper van fit underneath too! This is dog friendly but there is no fence. Our pups didn’t have any issue with this though. The only thing that would make this house perfect, would be a fenced in area off the deck stairs. We would definitely love to rent this house again.

We stayed at the home for a week vacation just after Hurricane Sally. There was some minor damage to house that did not impact our stay at all. House was great! Beds very comfortable, linens provided were of good quality. House has everything you could need for stay. We did not use pool as weather was windy and cooler.

This St George Island house was great for our 2-family, 9-person vacation. It was clean, well furnished, full of movies, games, books and puzzles for fun, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances (no spices/oils so bring your own) and a short 2 block walk to the beach. A few maintenance issues with the house itself, hopefully they're fixed soon (1 stove burner didn't work, 1 toilet filled very slowly, and the dishwasher ran, but didn't clean.) The pool was clean and we loved the convenience of the outdoor shower. We used the screen porch daily, plenty of seating for 9 of us but we wish it had fans out there. Check in was easy but we had to go sign-in in person which was a first in my 8 years of vacation rentals. Overall, the house was good, beach was beautiful, island was friendly and very quiet.

It was good but...
We had a beautiful time even though it rained most of the week (which gave us plenty of time to put a few puzzles together and play a few games). The house was lovely, but there were a few minor issues. Several lights were out and the legs of the bar stools needed a good tightening. They were so wobbly we were scared to use them for fear of falling. But other than that, which again are minor, and they did not interfere with our fun, we had a blast.
