Located on the 1st floor of a new residence with elevator you will access the privatory cellar on the ground floor to store your skis and then climb easily to the first floor to arrive at your apartment. Everything has been planned for the comfort of 6 adults thanks to numerous tidying up, a pleasant decoration as well as numerous small details allowing the classification of this flat in "meublé de tourisme" 3* stars. Fully equipped kitchen with oven / dishwasher / Microwave / Fridge - Living room with TV / Bluray player - Bathroom with bath / separate toilet - Sleeps: Master bedroom: 1 double bed 190x140. Second bedroom: bunk beds 200x90. Living room: sofa bed 190x140. Duvets, duvet covers and sheets included in the rental price Possibility of hiring Kit Toilette (A towel + a cloth of bath): 7,50 € with our Partner Property Services. End of stay cleaning included. Activity Station Winter: Grand Massif ski area 265 km of pistes on the Flaine, Samoens, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval resorts. Flaine is one of the major resorts of the French Alps. Its excellent snow cover allows it to open over a record period: from 09 December 2017 to 20 April 2018. Slops accessible in 5-6 minutes by foot (400 M) or by using the free shuttle bus every 10 minutes, stop almost in front of the apartment (20 M). Activities Summer resort: - Golf, Mountain biking, Hiking, Climbing, ... - With the Flaine pass at 29 € / person / week: accessible to adults and children according to the activities Accro-bungee: trampolines assisted by rubber bumper, Bumper ball (2 climbing paths: 1 child and 1 adult), Accro-bungee: trampolines assisted by elastic bumper Giant bubble in which one slips ..... Great stay in Flaine!! Nice appartment, we had a blast of a time

We did struggle with this one, even though the description says sleeps up to 6, it’s no where near big enough. We are a family with two young children and it wasn’t big enough for us. Unfortunately there was no sleeping arrangement for my 2 year old so he had to sleep in bunk beds, he fell out most nights. There was no high chair either. I do find it odd that you have to pick your own linen up from property services and make your own beds, there are no basic items in the apartment, for example towels, tea towels, toilet rolls. We have stayed in plenty of accommodation with other companies and we’ve always had at least the very basics.
We did find it quite noisy at night with people walking up from bars shouting outside up to 1-2am not great with young children been woken up.
The kitchen is very small with no cupboard space or worktop space.
The only saving grace was the location which was great for ski schools and nurseries. I think in future if we were to stay in Flaine again, we would rather book a full chalet and take the ski bus to the slopes. In a whole, the accommodation was just okay but wouldn’t stay again.

A very well equipped apartment that is perfectly located in Flaine Foret. Having our own ski locker in the basement was extremely handy, shops are very close and there is a shuttle stop that takes you to and from the main ski lift very close by.

Très bien situé
Appartement conforme aux photos, très bien situé vs location matériel, courses, depart des pistes (télésiège à 5 mn à pied au-dessus de l'immeuble ou bus juste en face). Accueil et départ parfait. L'équipement de cuisine pourrait être un peu plus complet (quand on aime cuisiner). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ; le domaine skiable est vaste, varié, la vue sur les chaînes du Mont Blanc et des Aravis splendide. Par contre nous avons trouvé la station de Flaine peu chaleureuse (tout en béton gris), c'est vraiment dommage qu'elle n'ait pas été un tant soit peu relookée. Prévoir en plus une dizaine d'euros par jour pour garer la voiture à proximité (sinon elle se gare au col qui est à 20-30 mn de marche ou 10mn de bus).

Fijne vakantie in appartement Flaine foret
Fijn appartement op goede locatie. Tegenover winkels en 300 meter van de lift. Als je niet wil lopen stopt de skibus voor de deur. Appartement is een gezelige ruimte, erg netjes, schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad!

Our second time staying in this apartment and it didn’t disappoint. Well located for Flaine Foret & the lift down to Forum. Very clean and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean apartment.
Modern, clean and well designed apartment. Ski store in basement. Can easily dry ski kit overnight in a well heated bathroom. Opposite, just other side of road, is everything you need; good supermarket, ski shop, take away and deli.
You can ski to the back of the building then about 150m walk to the front door.
Nearest lift is also just around the back, a bit of an up hill walk or a slightly longer walk, 10 minutes , to a bigger chair, where you can just short ski down to the main centre.
Car parking easy, just around the back again, 6euros for 24 hour.
Easy and convenient from Geneva.

Bel appartement
Appartement très agréable, avec un bon niveau de confort. Les commerces sont très proches, et un arrêt de la navette se trouve juste à côté, ce qui permet d'atteindre les pistes sans effort. On peut aussi aller à pied jusqu'aux pistes avec un peu de motivation.

Idealement situé et fonctionnel.
Séjour de trois semaines en août 17. Appartement neuf, conforme aux photos, idéal pour couple ou famille avec deux enfants. Tres bien situé dans une résidence neuve, à deux pas des commerces. Cuisine équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Grand balcon avec belle vue sur la montagne. Nombreuses randonnées au pied de l'appartement. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!
