An exotic wooden terrace of 220 m2, with parasols, sunbeds, A heated and secure swimming pool with 10x4m submerged rolling shutter, An outdoor lounge, A garden with automatic watering, outdoor shower and remote controlled lighting, A tennis table. Note: check-out at 16:00 for weekend rental only.

This house is amazing all my family loved it aged from 7-74, lovely swimming pool, hot tub, well equipped. Table tennis a particular favourite. Great location with lots to do in a quiet area. Well managed. We shall visit again.

Lovely house in a nice quiet neighbourhood near beach
This was our second stay at this house in Ares. We love it. It is a very smart property with great facilities. Pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, fuzball table, bikes… Separate accommodation for different family members (grandparents in our case) is really handy. The boulangerie in Ares is a short and pleasant bike ride away. You can walk to a v child-friendly sea water lagoon and beach in 10 mins. There are lovely fresh fish/seafood restaurants and shops at the Port Ostreicole 5 mins drive away. Lots of cycling routes nearby and forest for walks. Xavier is a charming host and helpful/understanding when we got locked out. Wholeheartedly recommend this house and the area.

Magnifique maison de vacances
Je recommande cette maison parfaite pour les vacances, la piscine au centre, le bar très convivial, la cuisine et salon très spacieux. On en oublierait presque de sortir visiter le bassin d’Arcachon tant on y est bien. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil

Très bon séjour dans cette location. Xavier, notre hôte, nous a très bien accueilli. La maison est très bien située et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons été enchanté.
