It is independent with 95sqm living area for five people. On the same level you have a large living room with an open kitchen, a living room with sofas and a dining table, and a traditional fireplace with a wood stove. You can spend evenings here. There is also a flat screen TV (satellite receiver, DVB-T), a radio and a DVD player. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. On the other side of the house there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 190cm), wardrobe and two chairs. The second bedroom has a wardrobe with floral motifs, two chairs and two single beds (90 x 190cm). It is possible to add a single bed. The bedding is new. A italian shower and a separate toilet The house has a large, enclosed garden where you can savor meals. You can park your car in the garden. Pet is welcome and a tourist information collection is scheduled, arranged according to themes. Baby equipment (bed, high chair, bath and dishes) can be provided on request. At the foot of the local castle, and around the village, there are many hiking trails. The location in the Dordogne Valley makes the house an ideal starting point to explore the Périgord region with its activities, many of which are within 25 km. When you return from your visits, you can enjoy the peace, well quieted and comfort of home and dine in nearby restaurants with their specialties and regional wines. The village restaurant offers menus at good prices for lunch and dinner. In the neighboring village 3km away there are two grocery stores, newspapers, fruit and vegetables. You can also buy bread, the meat producer and dishes prepared on site there.

A beautiful gite with glorious garden. We loved everything about it, as did our cat 🐈⬛ Topsy. Comfortable beds, lovely open space and the bonus of a fabulous family-run restaurant a few minutes walk from the gite. Ann Claire is a lovely host. We will definitely be back 👍

prachtig hui met ideale ligging om uitstapjes temaken ,goede restaurants in de buurt ,
huis is van alle gemak voorzien zelfs nu met het koude weer is er een houthaard. Wij waren er met onze hondjes en gaan zeker nog eens terug ,prachtige omgeving en lekker rustig.

La maison est bien arrangée décorée avec des éléments de qualité. L accueil était chaleureux et a l écoute. comme prévu nous avons visite tous les sites merveilleux de la Dordogne en velo. la piste cyclable le long de la Dordogne est un vrai plus. Revenir dans une maison confortable avec charme est aussi appréciable

The Gite is in a beautiful location next to the river, it has everything you could want, a real home from home, it’s very private, and a great place to unwind and chill out, but with lots of things to amuse the children, with the big garden, games room, board games and WIFI ! Ann has been fantastic from the off with their communication, answering any questions swiftly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommended a stay here and would love to go again sometime.

La réservation était facile et la réponse d'Ann était rapide. À l'arrivée, nous avons été accueillis et mis au courant par Ann, qui aussi a donné de bonnes informations sur les visites tout près et les bons plans . La maison regarde exactement comme sur le site Web. Tout le confort est présent: bonne literie, espace, grande douche dernier cri, Wifi, salle de jeux et plusieurs espaces extérieur. La vue est dépaysante. C'est parfait pour une famille ou un couple

Parfaite location pour un séjour en famille
La maison est joliment meublée, très propre et le jardin est le grand atout de la location. La salle de jeux et le "bon" wifi sont des plus appréciables. Cette bâtisse est située à proximité d'un grand champs avec des gentilles vaches, tout près du centre village. Les enfants ont adoré. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants (1 et 5 ans), rien ne manquait. Nous sommes souvent allés à l'auberge du village, ou nous y avions "nos habitudes". A recommander fortement

Great house, with great host in great location, and great spot
We really enjoyed our stay here with our 2 kids. The house was clean and tidy and we spent a lovely few days there.
The host Ann is great and extremely helpful. The booking process was very straightforward and any questions we had, were dealt with straight away.
Can not recommend this enough!

Could not see that anywhere in the property details or booking email. Needs an ironing board. Calico sheets a bit scratchy and rubberised protectors hot to sleep on. Generally very good though.

Super gite et super restaurants
La maison du Périgord merveilleuse, est située dans la campagne paisible dans un petit village classé par ses 3 châteaux.
L'attraction principale de la région est les villages de France, les grottes, les bastides et la rivière Dordogne. nous avons apprécié toutes nos visites de ces sites toutes proches et remarquables. Le marché d' Issigeac est le meilleur que nous ayons été visité.
Le gîte avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et était très décoré avec goût. La conversion globale est très impressionnant.
Ann est extrêmement amicale, serviable et à l'écoute, nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux.
nous avons l'intention d'y retourner dès que possible ...

Vacances idéales
Dans la vallée de la Dordogne, parfaitement située pour toutes les visites .. Châteaux, grottes, jardins ...dépaysement complet....
La maison est typique de la région avec le charme et le confort. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, un cadre soigné et reposant (quel calme ...que de verdure avec un beau jardin.!!!)

séjour innoubliable, splendide
Située dans une petite ruelle sur les hauteurs d'un village classé grâce à ses châteaux, plein de charme. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Elle bénéficie d' une vue imprenable sur le château et un vaste champs totalement biologique. la Dordogne n'est pas loin , non plus. La maison au confort moderne (lave vaisselle, lave linge, wifi, 2 salons de jardin et salle de jeux indépendante, etc...) est magnifique avec pierres et poutres, ses lits "plateaux" forts confortables, salle de douche à l'italienne, son grand Jardin avec terrasse ombre et soleil. Que dire mis à part que c'est une magnifique maison où il fait bon à passer un agréable séjour avec un accueil tout aussi convivial et chaleureux. A recommander !
Il faut venir voir les beautés du Périgord au moins une fois dans sa vie. Une semaine ne suffit pas.

Maison authentique dans village typique. Enfin, une maison authentique, rénovée avec soin avec des meubles de la région. Tout le confort moderne est disponible avec la qualité. Tout est réalisé, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour d'agréables vacances au calme. Nous apprécions beaucoup cette atmosphère paisible, et les visites intéressantes sont toutes proches. Tout ce qu'il faut et meme plus, temps excellent..
« Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire avec des confitures maison et un bouquet. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans la maison et son grand jardin. Il est très calme, donc on pouvait se détendre. La décoration de la maison était comme sur les photos et même mieux. nous avons pas été déçus. Le salon, salle à manger et cuisine sont spacieux. la cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il existe également un poêle à bois et beaucoup de bois, pour une soirée cocooning . Les matelas dans les chambres sont neufs, larges et excellents. Salle de douche XXL et les toilettes sont séparés. Pour explorer la région, vous disposez d'un recueil de prospectus à jour et classés...

idéal, en famille "spot of sport"
Très facile à réserver avec des réponses très rapides à mes requêtes. La maison autonome est en parfait état et nous a fourni un endroit fantastique pour séjourner en famille. Extrêmement propre, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, une belle salle de douche, grande douche à l'italienne avec eau chaude sans fin, des lits larges et confortables . Un jardin et une salle de jeux indépendante pour que les enfants jouent et crient .Tout est fait pour un agréable séjour. L'auberge du village est conviviale et excellents. Ann est sympathique et confiante et nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être assis au soleil en profitant de la vue magnifique du jardin sur le château. Nous recommandons vivement comme base de départ pour faire du vélo, la course ou visiter les nombreuses attractions locales. Ce sera notre premier port d'escale si nous décidons de revenir

Nous avons énormément apprécié le calme, le confort et la décoration. De plus, elle est idéalement placée, à quelques minutes des commodités et des sites touristiques.

We had a fantastic friendly holiday. The home was superbly equipped and provided the perfect place to explore Dordogne and off course keep the kids happy with the generous sized private garden and the game room. Ann and Jean were extremely hospitable and were on call for any questions we may have had. I would highly recommend this home and we would certainly rent again.

Fantastic, charming and confortable
Maison Aliénor is the most fantastic place to stay, it has everything you could want for a totally relaxing get away from it all holiday. The house is in a rural hamlet which gives total peace and quiet, it is lovely to relax on the garden and just hear the sounds of birds. We had some lovely hot days 30-35 degrees and the outdoor was nice to have an evening barbecue and enjoy the setting sun
The property feels like being at home and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The local town Lalinde is really lovely with a selection of shops and places to eat if you dont want to cook yourself. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a home from home holiday in this part of France.

great accomodation, local shops and hepful owner
Accomodation is well presented, rooms are more than ample and the outside space is great. We especially liked the outside seating areas.The owners have done a wonderful and sympathetic renovation. Lovely muted colours, pared back but elegant interiors. Each bedroom have a king size bed. We all felt instantly relaxed.
Basic shops, including the all important bakery are within short distance in the" Lalinde" and "Couze" villages. We did trips in the morning and lazed languorously by the garden in the afternoon. It was utter bliss.
