Duplex of 63 m2, 2nd floor east-west oriented 15 minutes from the sea and close to the historic center. Apartment labeled 3 stars by the prefecture. 3 rooms, living room with open kitchen with dishwasher, radio and television. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large bedroom with views over the rooftops of Pézenas with a large 160 bed and a cot, 1 office-room door furnished with a sofa bed window Near a large free car park and all shops. 2 Public Gardens, historic old town and its shops. Linen provided (bed, toilet and table). Beds prepared for your arrival. WIFI

The apartment is nice and big with high ceilings.
It is only a minute's walk to the wonderful sights and restaurants of the town centre.
It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors up a narrow steep stair so if you have any mobility problems this is not for you.
It's also on a busy and noisy main road so if you open the window it is loud.
Parking is over the road by the river. Do watch for notices of ocassional closures, you could get your car towed!
The kitchen is not a cook's kitchen and has practically no worktop space and a iny chopping board and kitchen knoives that are as blunt as an old toenail. However if you're just heating up readymeals it's fine.
However, overall we enjoyed staying there.
