La ubicación y el ruido extremo
No puede ser que un hotel de 4 estrellas y a esos precios esté situado junto a la zona de marcha de Gijón y que además no esté correctamente insonorizado.
Nos dieron la primera planta (habiendo otras libres) y al ver que podría haber mucho ruido por la noche, pedimos el cambio a otra planta. Menos mal que cambiamos, pero deberían habernos ofrecido planta más alta sabiendo que eso iba a pasar. Era sábado noche y el ruido de la calle era terrible (motos, gritos, música...) Lo siento pero es a evitar si vas en fin de semana.

The guys at reception made such a friendly and warm welcome to us that it gave the whole stay a really pleasant feeling! Hotel is modern indeed, design, facilities, rooms, equipment, everything. We had 2 very spacious suites, with a sitting room and bedroom each, nice modern design and comfortable, with balcony to the street; beds are comfy, bathroom is well-equipped. Wi-Fi works ok. Breakfast had lots of options, very tasty.
Nothing really; coffee machine in the room would make me happier as well as in ironing table but the latter one per request. Be aware they don't have own parking in the hotel but advise a public one nearby and you can stop for 15 min in front of the hotel to offload or load luggage - so that was not an issue for us.

Personal un encanto, que nos explico cómo realizar una visita rápida. Muy limpio el hotel y cama muy cómoda. 100% recomendable

Simpatia dos funcionários, modernidade do interior do hotel e beleza conservada da fachada. Localização . Quarto bem desenhado. Conforto do quarto com grandes janelas .
Poderia ter um pouco mais de luz interior. Pequeno almoço era bom, não surpreendia.

Hotel boutique muy bien decorado, está todo como nuevo. Está muy bien ubicado. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño, con armarios y el baño grande y moderno. El personal es muy amable y en especial Daniel de recepción, un encanto y nos ayudó con los sitios a visitar y donde comer.
Me hubiera gustado que el bar del hotel cerrara un poco más tarde, y que hubiera opción de cocina sin ser el desayuno.

Well located good room.
Very bad service. No parking, no help with luggage. The toilet was in the living room and the shower in the bedroom. Very uncomfortable

This was our last night on Camino Norte and the hotel was a great way to end this portion of our journey.

the toilet is not in the bathroom and it does not have a sink, so you need to cross the room to wash your hands afterwards.
The room in the second floor was very noisy in the night and we could not sleep well.
the room was very dark, the light was indirect and poorly oriented, it was impossible to read or put on makeup.

Nice hotel, great location and very professional and friendly staff.
I missed a small desk inside the room so that you can do some work in a comfortable spot, but other than that great rooms.
