Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Mr Marlière. La location est très bien équipée, sécurisée et proche du centre ville de l'Ile Rousse. Mr Marlière nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Mr Marlière pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il était très spacieux, lumineux, propre, bien agencé, très bien équipé. De plus il a été récemment rafraichi avec beaucoup de goût et bénificie d'une magnifique vue sur l'Ile-Rousset et la mer; c'est un réel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner du balcon de l'appartement. Il est idéalement bien positionné à 5 minutes à pied du centre de l'Ile Rousse (et de la plage) et dans un quartier; on peut trouver facilement une place pour se garer. Le propriétaire de l'appartement, François Marlière, est une personne vraiment très agréable, prévenant et aux petits soins vis à vis de ses locataires. Une adresse vraiment à recommander. D'ailleurs, nous envisageons d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour à l'Ile-Rousse.

Une très bonne expérience! Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir! Le propriétaire nous a bien reçus et nous a bien guidés pour nos visites!

IDEAL PROPRE FONCTIONNEL BONNE SITUATION

The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. It has a balcony with fantastic views of the sea to one side and the mountains to another. It is light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped - including washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa is comfortable, as is the bed (firm mattress). There are doors onto the small balcony terrace from both the bedroom and living room. This is not at all a complaint - but the only possible improvements would be the addition of a hairdryer and a couple of hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom (although there is a small towel rail). We also couldn't get wifi to work, but weren't sure if that was our error! The apartment is easy to find (with google maps) and has prominent signage. It's just outside the main part of the town - in easy walking distance (along a purpose built path with steps). It's part of a complex of several buildings with gated access. There's allocated parking for the apartment (within the gated complex). Just outside the complex are a few local businesses - so parking there is difficult (when you arrive and want to park whilst you wait for Francois to meet you). Francois was prompt in arriving, flexible about our arrival arrangements and very welcoming. He suggested a couple of places for us to visit - including recommending we drove along the coastal road back to Ajaccio (for our return flight) - rather than inland. We followed his advice and had an amazing return trip with stunning scenery. We also really appreciated him meeting us at the apartment complex - rather than his previously suggested location of the post office (as we arrived in L'ile Rousse and drove straight to the apartment rather than going into the town). We'd definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent all round. Well appointed modern apartment with all facilities including a sea view from the small balcony. Only downside was 90 steps up from the town centre if you didn't have a car! Plenty of good places to eat including beach side restaurants. Francois met us at the station and took us back at the end of our stay.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, Balkon mit Meerblick, Ortszentrum, Strand, Bahnhof etc. fussläufig schnell erreichbar, sehr netter Vermieter

Schönes, modernes Appartement! Es entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und liegt sehr zentral, sodass sowohl Strand, Bahnhof und der Ortskern gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Meer und Berge, morgens kann es jedoch sehr heiß werden. Geheimtipp: Auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit offener Balkontür schlafen und sich vom Sonnenaufgang verzaubern lassen ;) Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

War modern eingerichtet mit kleinem Balkon und Meerblick, auf dem Balkon war es früh (Osten) sehr heiss, ein Sonnenschirm wäre deswegen super gewesen. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. WiFi gibt es leider nicht.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour trois nuitées fin octobre. Très bien situé, car très proche du centre, il n'en a pas les inconvénients. La décoration est faîte avec beaucoup de goût et son design s'allie fort bien avec le pratique des installations. Tout y est bien pensé. Sa situation au dernier étage de la résidence (de bonne qualité) nous fait oublié que nous sommes dans un ensemble d'immeubles. C'est un appartement où l'on peut très vite se sentir chez soi !!! Nous avons été enchantés et il est indiscutable que nous le réserverons dès notre prochain séjour à l'Ile Rousse. Nous remercions monsieur Marlière, le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Parfaite location, décors et équipements modernes et sobres. Tout est propre. Elle est situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage de l'Ile Rousse. L'ensemble résidentiel est un peu grand à notre gout, mais garde un aspect estival, ensoleillé, bâtiments et jardins sont très bien entretenus. Une place de parking serait bienvenue. M. Marliere, nous a très bien accueilli et nous l'en remercions. Mauduit F.

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Zudem sehr ruhig und sauber. Sehr schön ist der kleine Balkon mit Sicht aufs Meer. Zudem ist das Zentrum zu Fuss in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen - perfekte Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Leider hatten wir keinen fixen dazugehörigen Parkplatz und mussten auf dem Areal jeweils einen suchen. Ansonsten aber top und sehr empfehlenswert.

Ce petit appartement, neuf, d'une propreté impeccable, fonctionnel, équipé de grands rangements est parfait pour un couple éventuellement accompagné d'un enfant. Il sera idéal quand le propriétaire aura fait installer la climatisation qu'il nous a annoncée comme prévue. L'accès au centre-ville et à la plage est rapide à pied par un escalier qui traverse la résidence, agréable également. Nous avons passé un séjour très plaisant.

Nous avons omis de souligner l'excellent accueil du propriétaire, - venu nous attendre à l'arrivée du ferry pour nous guider jusqu'à l'appartement, - qui nous a offert quelques spécialités locales de bienvenue, - et nous a fourni des renseignements précieux sur les lieux à visiter.
