Accueil chaleureux, l’appartement est conforme au descriptif. Idéalement situé au cœur d’Ajaccio, il est grand et fonctionnel avec une très belle vue dégagée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour près de la mer, des commerces. De plus l appartement possédant la climatisation c était parfait ! J avais peur d avoir du bruit le soir en pleine saison estivale mais non on a très bien dormi !

The flat is nice and well located. However, I would not recommend renting this flat due to the landlord. He kept nearly 1/3 of the deposit for a cracked bathroom mirror (we did not do it, and the bathroom furniture is about 20 years old) and cleaning (on top of the compulsory cleaning fees). We cleaned the flat the day before we left and in the morning of our departure we made sandwiches and left. We fully expected to receive our deposit back as we always have in the past in similar situations. It turns out that we were expected to return the flat "in the same condition that we found it". The report says there were crumbs on the table!!! It also said that the mirror was so dirty they didn't notice it was crocked until they cleaned it. All very sad and disappointing really. And the landlord's email to us was aggressive. We did have a nice week but this leaves a bitter taste.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Bernadette, dynamique ,efficace et gentille. L appartement correspond en tous points aux photos. Un vrai coup de coeur pour Ajaccio où nous espérons revenir bientôt. A RECOMMANDER.

Très belles prestations. Appartement très lumineux et agréable. Quel plaisir de découvrir la Corse dans ces conditions. Une mention spéciale à Bernadette, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et bien évidemment à M. Renucci pour son professionnalisme.

Séjour très agréable à proximité du centre ville, du marché, du port de plaisance, de la plage et des commerces, face à la mer, sur la place du DIAMANT; Bonne prestation, appartement avec beaucoup de volume.

Nous avons passe un très bon moment en famille dans cet appartement spacieux et agréable,, très bien situé. Merci à Bernadette qui nous a accueilli si gentiment.

Appartement très spacieux très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio et la très belle place Diamant avec départ et arrivée de tous ses merveilleux bateaux de croisières et ferry , proche de tous commerces , restaurants , etc etc !!!!! Sans oublier la gentillesse , la serviablilité de la personne qui nous a accueilli .Je recommande cette location nous avons passé un très très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement du diamant, accueil au top, appartement spacieux, propre, lumineux, avec place de garage (ce qui est très utile à Ajaccio), nous étions six personnes et un bébé, emplacement central face à la mer... rien ne manquait, nous vous conseillons vivement cette location !
