Apartment overlooking the Ocean, close to all amenities (Bar, Restaurant, Commerce, Supermarket, Golf and Lake) Fully equipped (bedroom with 140 cm bed, living room with comfortable sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, citrus press, coffee machine, TV with articulated arm, washing machine, etc.) Wifi, Cellar in the basement, 3rd floor without elevator July & August: 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday, do not hesitate to call us for any questions 06.47.70.21.75 No cleaning fees applied, we ask that cleaning be done by travelers, cleaning products are available, 50 Euros will be taken from the deposit if cleaning and not done correctly

I was quite disappointed with the apartment- the toilet seat was broken, shower head broken off the wall and bed extremely uncomfortable with stained sheets and no towels provided (which we were not informed about before our stay) The view from Balcony of the surf and sunsets was the main reason we stayed!

Very clean and superbly located. We loved the views. Mathieu was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here!
