Beautiful apartment T3 on the 1st floor without elevator completely renovated of 80M2 that can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a large sliding wardrobe and TV, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 2 dressers and TV, 1 bathroom with electric towel dryer and hair dryer, separate wc, Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Dining room, living room with 1 double sofa bed TV, WIFI ..... 40m2 terrace facing south, garden table, gas barbecue and deckchairs. The apartment is located about 500m from the Thermes Marin and its beach, Saint-Malo Intra Muros is about 3 minutes by car, bus stop about 150m, near the TGV station. Pellet stove for the late season. Bed linen, towels and tea towels included. 2 parking spaces on private courtyard with electric gate. Shops nearby.

This second-floor unit is spacious, airy, and well-lit. It is a great space and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly situated for a short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Chrystelle recommended Les Embruns for dinner. Make a reservation and GO! Spectacular food & lovely ambiance. Longish walk or short drive to walled old town and Solidor neighborhoods. In Late September, no problems to find parking just ouside of the old city. We would have biked with the provided bicycles if not for the rainy weather all 3 days of our visit. As for the appartment, comfy furnishings, very good shower, plenty of heat ( it was chilly and rainy), wonderfully appointed kitchen, We were sad not to have been able to take advantage of the loungers on the deck. (Darn rain!). It was great to have spacious and safe parking in a gated lot right at the apparment. Yummy Breton cookies, caramels, cidre, (and OJ) as a welcome treat.

From past experience, we knew parking is very difficult to find inside or even surrounding the intra-muros. We wanted a location with parking for our rental car while in Saint-Malo and enjoyed the secure residence we chose. Our rental was spacious with lots of natural light from the windows. There were very good blinds and shades to block the light for sleeping. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities one needs for eating in. The location was close to grocery and boulangeries for provisioning your stay. The unit had a large deck to lounge on or dine on and it included a barbecue. Chrystèle our host, showed us how things worked and though her english and our french language skills were spotty, we managed to communicate with no problem. We would highly recommend this rental. Par expérience passée, nous savions qu'il est très difficile de se garer à l'intérieur ou même autour de l'intra-muros. Nous voulions un emplacement avec parking pour notre voiture de location lors de notre séjour à Saint-Malo et avons apprécié la résidence sécurisée que nous avons choisie. Notre location était spacieuse avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle provenant des fenêtres. Il y avait de très bons stores et stores pour bloquer la lumière pour dormir. La cuisine était bien équipée avec toutes les commodités dont on a besoin pour manger. L'emplacement était proche de l'épicerie et des boulangeries pour approvisionner votre séjour. L'unité avait une grande terrasse pour se détendre ou dîner et elle comprenait un barbecue. Chrystèle, notre hôte, nous a montré comment les choses fonctionnaient et même si ses compétences en anglais et en français étaient inégales, nous avons réussi à communiquer sans problème. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
