Providing private laneway access and surrounded by a mature, picturesque garden, this holiday home has a surprisingly secluded feel considering that it's so accessible and close to town. The level floor plan features sunny living spaces, a north-facing deck, a modern kitchen, open plan living room that opens onto the lush garden, dining and comfy bedrooms. BED CONFIGURATION Sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Bed Extras: 2 x Single Roll Away Beds (Upon Request) BATHROOM CONFIGURATION Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and basin FEATURES 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom Gas log fireplace Central heating Smart TV Wifi Netflix Well-equipped kitchen Dishwasher Laundry with washer dryer Gas BBQ Tasteful modern furnishings throughout Pet and child-friendly, with gated front garden High chair and portable cot Quality linen provided NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY FEES Base Tariff includes 4 people and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night. Pet Fees are applicable and are applied separately and in addition to the online booking total. Pets are $25 per pet, per night. PETS Pets are payable at $25 per pet/per night and are paid in addition to the reservation cost after you have booked. Please advise if you are bringing pets and a payment request will be sent after you have booked. Please ensure that you have paid for your pets if you would like to bring them. Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture, beds, linen, and blankets. Please bring your pet's own bedding to rest on, food and drink bowls, and pet poo bags. Ensure all pet business is cleaned up and disposed of upon departure. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cause no damage to the house, furniture or garden, and do not disturb the neighbours. Fines are applicable if these terms and conditions are breached. 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time. IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property. The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue. The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area. Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions. PAYMENT POLICY Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date. The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date. Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date. Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee. Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff. Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff. If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change. Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy. Very cozy, the heating works well. Lovely sheets and towels. Many unexpected extras as coffee, tea bags and condiments.

This quaint house & garden is really lovely. The bed was very comfortable & the house is cozy, ducted air con AND a gas log heater for atmosphere. Our little dog loved exploring in the safety of the garden within the enclosed yard. Quality toiletries provided & other touches such as a coffee plunger, ample cooking saucepans, casserole dish etc. Cling wrap & foil, even baking paper. A perfect kitchen for self catering and room for a group to enjoy the home. Only downside was the access, the code provided was incorrect, but this was rectified quickly.

Lovely traditional mountain home thoughtfully fitted to make this a very comfortable stay in the mountains. Simply but beautifully appointed. Only comment would be that property description on Stayz states seperate toilet which it isn’t.

Good property, close to Blackheath. Only disappointing thing was.the television that didn't get all free to air channels, only channel 9. However we did have Netflix so not too bad.
