Good location, facilities not as advertised. Some attention to cleaning required.

Good location near lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Shopping centre nearby also. Great views of Mount Fuji from the front windows. There were lots of clear instructions regarding the hot water etc. in English and helpful information about nearby restaurants and things to see.

The property is listed as a three bed house. When we arrived there were only two bedrooms with beds in them and we were three couples. The host was aware of this as we had to upload our passports etc. in advance of arriving at the property. There was a room upstairs set up as a sitting room so we ended up taking futon mattresses we found in the cupboard and making a makeshift bed for one of the couples on the floor of this room using the bedding from one of the extra beds in the rooms downstairs. Otherwise we would have had to share a bedroom with another couple. Far from ideal and not as advertised. There was black mould all over the downstairs bedroom window. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Mould spores are a health hazard. The sink in the upstairs bathroom is ridiculously small. You can barely wash your hands in it. It is a big bathroom and could easily fit a proper sized sink and even a shower which would be so much more useful and comfortable for guests using the upstairs. There was only one mirror in the whole house in the downstairs bathroom. A mirror in each of the bedrooms to facilitate putting on makeup etc. while the bathroom is occupied would be really helpful. There was no toaster in the kitchen. Information in English about how to work the heating system would be helpful. The sofas were covered in bed sheets presumably to protect the sofa but it looked awful and these were not on the sofa in the pictures on booking.com

Excellent location

The location is excellent with stunning view of Mount Fuji. A number of restaurants nearby in walking distance.

The room heater is not very efficient. Even we turn it to the highest temperature, the room is still freezing.

Superb

Perfect location. We can see Mt. Fuji right right in front of the house and balcony. Donki store was just 1-min driving distance. The house was clean and spacious. There was a massage chair but pity that we did not have time to enjoy.

The slippers provided were a bit dirty and finally we did not use it.

this property is out of town and expensive for what it offers

the view of Mount Fuji from the town and this property is stunning on a Clea day. The beds are western style and comfortable. staff at the cafe who look after this rental are sweet. there a washing machine.

the WiFi was unreliable. it didn’t work for most of my group. there are several restrictions around cooking although there is a substantial kitchen. it’s quite far from town 25-40 mins walk. several rooms are out of bounds which feels unwelcoming. showers/bathing facilities are dated. though there’s a washing machine there’s no drier which was stressful in bad weather. we booked last minute and it was very expensive given the facilities.

It's facing Mt Fuji 😀. Many bedrooms so there's no need to fight over.

Only 1 shower room so we had to take turn to shower. To consider changing the check out time to 11am instead of 10am just like any hotels.

good house - shame about the heating issues which are huge

Large, spacious property and very clean

heating was not optimal and for a family this is an issue. no heating at all in the bathroom!! this brought the whole experience down. be aware if you going in winter it may be an issue for you.

Modern big house with views of Fuji

Great view of Fuji from upstairs level. Well equipped kitchen and separate dining/lounge room. Spacious, clean with laundry facilities. Massage chair was a nice touch. Good communication with staff who quickly sorted minor issue with bedding. We had a car (highly recommend to hire for sight seeing), so everything was very close by but even without a car convenience store, mall with restaurants are within walking distance.

Extended check out comes at a price. 1000 yen per half hour!

Waking up to the fuji mountain view is a bless of staying in the area

- Comfort with spacious rooms and beds - Massage chair - Big bathtub - Washing machine - I recommend ShabuShabu place near the house, so good!

- A little bit far from the station, recommend to use taxi (approx. 1,000 yen)
