About this house rental

Situated in Palavas-les-Flots, this attractive house for $370 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This architect house was fully renovated in 2012. It is located right on a fine sandy beach where few people go even during summer. The sea is shallow and during high season, the part of the beach in front of the house is secured. It is surrounded by a big garden with trees and is completely fenced with 2 portals opening onto the beach, as well as an electric portal opening onto the avenue. There, 4 to 5 vehicles can park in total safety. It is secured with an alarm system and video surveillance. The opening and closing of the electric shutters are centralised. Pros of the house: superb raised terraces with sea views, a more private spot still with a sea view under a tamarix with a barbecue, a plancha and a huge, round stone table that can host 8 to 10 people. Another garden table that can host up to 10 people is set on another terrace. The living and dining room have AC on the ground floor, as well as a modern, yet warm decoration. This large room extends onto a terrace which is partly protected by electric awnings. Inside of the house, there is a flat screen LED TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi stereo system with an iPhone docking station. Still on the ground floor, lies a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large induction hob, a fridge, a traditional oven, a multifunction microwave oven, a classic coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), an electric kettle, a toaster, an ice machine and a whole set of tableware. You can also find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room with a second fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a tap, a wardrobe and storage room for beach equipment (rackets, balls, flippers, masks and tubes for your own use), as well as garden chairs and sun loungers. Upstairs, you can find another separate toilet, another bathroom with a bathtub, two bowl sinks and a huge wardrobe on the landing. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms with their own wardrobe and desk. Three bedrooms and the office have a direct sea and beach view. Two of the bedrooms have 160-cm beds, the third one has a 140-cm bed and the last one has a 3-person capacity with 90-cm beds including 2 bunk beds (CD radio player available in this room). All the bedding is new. Sheets are provided. There is broadband internet with Wi-Fi as well as a well-supplied bookcase with different kinds of books and board games. Any sport and nautical activity can be practised close to the house. Corner shops and nice restaurants are 5 minutes away. The heart of the village is a couple minutes’ drive. Hypermarkets and cinemas are 15 minutes away. Montpellier and all its activities are 20 minutes away. There is a rich hinterland.

Pour la 2ème fois nous avons occupé cette superbe villa en bord de mer et nous avons bien l’intention d’y revenir l’année prochaine, elle nous manque déjà… Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Tout est parfait: la villa, la vue, le calme, l’emplacement. Un vrai bonheur et le dépaysement est total. Encore merci!!!

Wir haben ein wunderbar sauberes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Die untere Etage ist wunderbar eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte oder nur im entferntesten brauchen könnte. Bis hin zu Austermessern. Waschmaschine, Trockner, zweiter Getränkekühlschrank, Eisklumpen Maschine, alles da. Sogar ein Surfboard war in der Garage. In der oberen Etage waren die Schlafzimmer funktional eingerichtet. Bei starkem Wind ist es etwas laut und zugig in den Schlafzimmern, da die Fenster älter sind. Und die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer war mir zu weich. Das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten, bei so einen schönen Haus in super Lage. Gerne wieder.

wir haben diese Woche am Strand sehr genossen. Die Lage ist unglaublich, das Haus ist sehr modern und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern vom Inserat. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle wenn etwas ist.

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances formidable dans cette maison fin Mai 2021. Le propriétaire, très sympathique et prévenant, était présent pour nous accueillir et faire la visite des lieux. La maison est spacieuse, pratique et on s’y sent très vite comme chez soi. La situation est idéale en première ligne sur la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée, il y a des commerces aux alentours facilement accessibles à pieds. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour cet excellent moment et nous avons hâte de revenir l’année prochaine.

Zweiter Aufenthalt (Familie mit zwei Kindern) in diesem traumhaften Haus, diesmal im Oktober. Das beste ist sicherlich die direkte Nähe zum Wasser, der Strand beginnt direkt hinter der Grundstücksmauer. Die Fotos des Hauses und der Einrichtung entsprechen der Realität, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand mit allem Komfort wie Klimaanlage, elektrische Rolläden, Regendusche im EG mit direktem Zugang von der Terrasse, so dass der Sand weitgehend aus dem Haus bleibt. Sehr großes Grundstück mit Grill und Plancha, so dass die Küche kaum benutzt werden musste. Großer Terrassentisch, Liegen und Liegestühle-perfekt. 2 Fahrräder, Kinderspielzeug für den Strand ist reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, für die Kinder war es ideal, nur 100m bis zum Meer. Es wurde schon einiges renoviert, die beiden WC's und das obere Bad hätten noch ein update nötig. Küche ist klein, aber da sich fast alles draußen abspielte, war es OK. Geschirr, Gläser etc. sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellente expérience dans cette maison avec une vue incroyable. La maison est de tout confort et la cuisine très bien équipée. Très pratique d'y avoir tout le nécessaire quand on est nombreux. Le propriétaire est très aimable et disponible. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis à bras ouverts. La maison est super pour famille nombreuse avec de grands enfants. Das Objekt ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt direkt am Strand von Palavas-les-Flots. Der Vermieter ist sehr umgänglich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut raibungslos, wobei zumindest geringe Französisch-Kenntnise von Vorteil sind. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen!

Many words of thanks to our hosts for the perfect week we spent in early May in their spacious Palavas beach home! It is the perfect setting for farniente, outdoor plancha or BBQ meals and romantic sunsets. It is also well suited to small children who can play safely outdoors, in the garden or on the beach. We were 7 adults and 3 little ones, and all agreed that this house was very comfortable, with all necessary amenities. For those who appreciate a French touch or "cachet" when travelling in France, this house has an amazing Le Corbusier-inspired architecture. Our hosts were charming and eager to make us feel at home. We highly recommend it, not only for the beach but also to explore the picturesque Languedoc area (pink flamingos on salted lagoons just a mile away, and a little further on the Camargue area with its wild horses and bulls.) Super propriete au bord de la mer ! Amazing stay with friends in France for my birthday. Good location, right on the beach. Designed in the 60's but still very modern interior.Could do with an open plan kitchen and two bathrooms, or a good oven! but thats modern living! still a very nice property great for short stay. we all had a great time , very friendly owners. definitly booking for next year.,
