Located in Brignoles, this attractive villa for $310 per night is a great choice for your next break. 57-m² villa, completely new and fully equipped, lies on a 1450-m² garden with trees and flowers. At your disposal during the stay: heated pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, external solar shower and sun loungers. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary flatware. The living room features a small sofa, coffee table, dining table, TV (TNT channels), Wi-Fi (free). The first bedroom (16-m²) has a queen-size bed (160 x 200-cm) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom (11-m²) has a double bed (140 x 190-cm) and storage spaces. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a toilet. Exterior: the house has no direct neighbours and is south oriented. Swimming pool: 8.50 x 4.20 m heated. Jacuzzi: for 5 people, jet streams. Hammam: for 4 people. Terrace: equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. There is an external solar shower and a large parking space (4-5 cars) completely enclosed. Extras without additional costs: baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, and pool equipment like baby float); gas barbecue; bed linen (home linen, sheets, pillowcases, blankets). Extras with additional charge: cleaning service (bed linen change, vacuum cleaner, toilets disinfection) is possible at the end of the two-week stays or more for €40. The village: Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole is a Provencal village, with a bakery, small shops, a café, a square and a medical centre, a pharmacy and restaurants. It is located 40 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches on the coast. Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole is ideally located between the calm countryside and the tourist areas on the seaside. Region's activities: you have the possibility to enjoy the activities of the region such as hiking, Provençal markets, the Gorges du Verdon, paragliding, canyoning, and concerts. For children, the Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole municipality organises a summer camp (please book in advance). For facilities maintenance (especially for the swimming pool, the hammam, and the Jacuzzi), the owner lives on the same property in a detached building. During your stay, she guarantees total discretion for a peaceful stay. She will be at your disposal to give you all the information about the facilities and to suggest activities of the region. Noise: this villa is located in a green and calm residential area. It is a place to rest and relax. Please respect the neighbourhood, do not play music too loud.

Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice.

We say thank you, for the wonderful time in this beautiful und perfect holiday home. The landlady Babara gave us a very warm welcome and we immediately felt very comfortable.
She was always very helpful and did everything to make our time nice and relaxing.
She gave us many excellent tips for our excursions.

tolles Haus zum Entspannen
Es war ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns als Familie sehr wohl fühlten. Saubere Ausstattung,alles sehr gepflegt.Der schöne Garten lädt ein um sich zu entspannen Der Pool perfekt geheizt . Außerdem der brilliant warme Whirlpool.Barbara ist eine sehr freundliche, engagierte Besitzerin, die uns mit vielen Ausflugszielen versorgt hat und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Magique
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours et 3 nuits au sein du magnifique établissement de Barbara.
Tout y était absolument parfait en commençant par un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Barbara qui nous de suite mis très à l’aise . La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et tout est très bien aménagé .
Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour car la maison est très bien équipée.
La qualité des équipements est un vrai plus chez Barbara .Nous n’aurions pas rêver mieux pour notre petite escapade c’est un véritable havre de paix .
Nous remercions encore une fois chaleureusement Barbara pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse ainsi que ses conseils très précieux .
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr et conseillons cet établissement les yeux fermés.

Un paradis sur terre
Sur nos 4 semaines passées dans le VAR, celle passée chez Barbara dans sa magnifique demeure était la meilleure.
Tout est soigné, maison super équipée, Propreté au Top, à l'image d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, voir plus.
Sa présence est un plus, elle a une réponse à tout, et ses conseils sont d'une valeur inestimable.
Je ne parle pas du confort de la piscine, hammam et jacuzzi, tout est bien fait, jusqu'aux différentes activités proposées : lavandes, marchés, plages, ......
Si je continue, j'écrirai un livre sur vous, mais en résumé : Bravo Barbara pour l'accueil super chaleureux.

Magnifique séjour et belle rencontre !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette location.
La maison est très confortable et l'extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu.
Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des supberbes vacances; une grande piscine, un jacuzzi et même un hammam 4 places.
Barbara (la propriétaire ) est une personne très attachante et très bienveillante, en effet, le gros “plus” de la location est la compagnie de Barbara qui est une femme très cultivée avec laquelle nous avions grand plaisir à discuter. Elle nous a donné des très bon conseils sur les visites et excursions à faire dans la région et surtout elle était aux petits soins pour nous tout en étant discrète.
Nous espérons renouveller cette expérience.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire des lieux. Logement en excellent état et très bien entretenu. Tout le confort pour passer un moment agréable. Vous n'avez rien à faire qu'à profiter du lieu. La proximité de l'habitation de la propriétaire n'est pas une gêne car cette dernière est d'une grande discrétion. A recommander !!!

Barbara est l'hôte la plus attentionnée que j'ai connu ! Aux petits soins tout le long du séjour, sait mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée, le cadre est idyllique, mais notre séjour n'en été que meilleur grâce à sa compagnie !
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'il y ai tout ce qu'il faut pour bébé jusqu'au jouets et bouées !
La propreté des lieux n'a rien a envier aux plus grands hôtels !
L'emplacement est parfait, cadre calme parfait pour la détente

Très bon séjour en famille
Très agréable dépendance dans une belle propriété très bien entretenue. La propriétaire vit sur place, sa maison et a côté de la dépendance. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très sympa. Le bien est très propre nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout équipé pour les enfants. Sans parler de la gentillesse de Barbara qui est au petit soin pour vous tous les jours. Merci pour son accueil et sa compagnie. See you ;-)

UN SEJOUR MERVEILLEUX
Nous avons passé quatre jours merveilleux chez Barbara !
La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et très ensoleillée. Il ne manque rien, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour que la détente soit totale !
Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu.
Les équipements : piscine, jacuzzi, hammam (très propres) ont fait le bonheur des petits et grands !
Barbara nous a accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention et de bienveillance. Nos filles se sont régalées auprès d'elle.
Outre le cadre idyllique, c'est assurément cette magnifique rencontre que nous retiendrons de ce séjour.

Excellent, court et reposant
Court, car les vacances sont toujours trop courtes et reposant car malgré la mini semaine que j'ai passé, cela m'a reposé.
Un accueil excellent par la propriétaire qui vous met à votre aise. Je ne parle pas de la propreté qui est juste impeccable.... Tout est à sa place, propre, rangé... Tout est pensé pour votre confort... Des ustensiles cuisines aux sacs pour vos courses... Sans parler des bouées pour votre bébé et des frites pour la piscine..... Le barbecue, le jacuzzi et hamam... Je vais m'arrêter parce que je revis mes vacances au travers ce message et je vais écrire un roman.
Un grand merci à Barbara qui est sur les lieux et qui s'occupe de vous comme personne.

Une expérience inoubliable dans un cadre idyllique
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la propriété de Barbara.Tout y est pour passer du bon temps.
La maison est bien disposée, d'une propreté irréprochable, l'extérieur est magnifique et bien entretenu avec des plantes qui nous font vraiment sentir en Provence (lavande...).
Les équipements sont top:
Une piscine propre avec une eau à 30° dans laquelle les enfants se sont régalés... et les adultes aussi!!
Un véritable jacuzzi avec une eau claire comme l'eau de roche,
des jeux de lumières variés et étonnants, un plaisir exquis le soir en regardant les étooiles que l'on peut bien voir car la maison est bien isolée ( pas de vis à vis).
La cerise sur le gâteau , un superble hammam quatre places avec huiles essentielles et tout le nécessaire pour un bon gommage... relaxation et bien être garantis.
Barbara ( la propriétaire ) est une personne merveilleuse et a été toujours bienveillante avec nous.
Nous avons beaucoup sympathisé malgré le court séjour (12 au 15/07)/.
Mes deux garçons l'ont très vite adpotée et même appelée "Mamie". Il faut dire que Barbara est une personne attachante,
cultivée avec beaucoup de conversation.
Elle sait être aux petits soins pour ses locataires tout en étant discrète, ce qui est loin d'être une tâche aisée.
J'ai un seul mot pour vous : chapeau!
Nous espérons renouveller cette expérience très bientôt.

TRES BELLES VACANCES
Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison du 5 au 12 mai 2018. Tout était parfait : la maison, très joliment aménagée, d'une propreté irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire, les abords très bien entretenus et agréables (terrasse, verdure, fleurs...) et les équipements à disposition totale : piscine (dans laquelle nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours), jacuzzi (très propre et chaud), hammam... Nous avons également apprécié Barbara la propriétaire qui était aux petits soins, disponibles, pleine d'attentions et de générosité avec nous et nos deux garçons. Une très belle rencontre et de beaux échanges autour d'apéritifs ou de simples discussions au bord de la piscine. Elle savait également être très discrète au cours de la journée. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Vacances extraordinaires! Bien etre extreme
Nous avons eu la chance de passer une tres belle semaine dans cette villa vraiment extraordianire : rien ne nous manquait, elle est parfaitement équipée, et décorée soigneusement à l'interieur comme à l'exterieur, rien à signaler au niveau propreté tout est nickel.
la piscine: bien propre, chaufee, et dotée d'un systeme d'alarme pour la securité des plus petits, du coup on a pas trop stressés pour la securité des bouts de chou.
Le spa et jacuzzi : parfait pour un bien etre en couple, la detende est au rdv
Les chambres: grandes et tres lumineuses, literie confortable.
Je laisse le meilleur pour la fin, on peut paa parler de notre sejour a sainte anastasie sur issole sans parler de Barbara (la proprietaire), elle est vraiment adorable et très humaine, elle est en meme temps disponible et discrete, elle a meme fait des activites de coloriage avec les enfants,et a fait des petits gestes qu'on oublira jamais . Merci beaucoup Barbara, vous etes unique, les enfants parlent toujours de vous et de vos fraises si bonnes;).
On y retournera sans hesitations.

Vacances très agréables !
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui était au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour et la maison bien équipée et très propre.
L'emplacement de la maison nous a permis de faire de belles excursions aussi bien du côté d'Hyères que de St Tropez. Le secteur de Cotignac, plus proche, est aussi très agréable à visiter.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Besides from the "cooler" pool, we also enjoyed the warmer jacuzzi (38.5 degrees) and the sauna on site.
We also did a short hike to nearby mount St. Quinis which Barbara had recommended us to do. The hike takes about 60 to 90 minutes to get up there and about the same time to get back. There are also many different other locations to visit and Barbara is always glad to recommend local markets, museums or sites. We visited a local market in Garéoult, a museum in Aix-En-Provence, an abbey in Le Thoronet, hiked on the Isle of Porquerrolles and went to Monaco, to name just a few.
Barbara's welcome was warm and we felt at home at her place from the start. It also seems to be a great place for families with lots of room to play outside. Both the kitchen and the rest of the holiday home are well equipped - and if anything might happen to miss, Barbara is always happy to assist and share. For instance, when we arrived, Barbara told us about a strike that caused many gas stations to run out of petrol just when we had arrived at her place. She made some phone calls to find a gas station in the area that had still petrol, took us there so we could refuel and even gave us a 20 litre canister to extend our range in case the strike would last longer.

un cadre idyllique
Le cadre, la maison et les équipements sont très agréables. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et très confortable: tout est optimal pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Nous avons appréciés l’accueil et les conseils pratiques sur la région et les activités à y pratiquer de la propriétaire qui est sérieuse, charmante et dévouée. Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.

The water of pool and jacuzzi are very clean and clear. Barbara looks after the quality of water.
There is also a hammam but we didn’t use it because the weather was to warm (for us) to appreciate a higher temperature
There is a pleasant garden with flowers and trees
In the garden, there are barbecue and plancha: everything to cook good meals
We appreciated to eat on the terrace with the beach umbrella because we are in south of France
The free WiFi is efficient and a lot of books that we can read on the terrace or near the pool
And the most important is Barbara: she is very pleasant and gives good advices to visit or to discover pleasant places or town around the house. She likes to help their guests and to offer the best during holidays
We are near the beach (30mn by car) and also les gorges du Verdon, etc…

Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden und besonders sauber. Der Garten ist wunderbar geeignet, um sich zu entspannen. Alles war besonders gepflegt. Die sehr engagierte, freundliche und kommunikative Besitzerin hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt und war überaus hilfsbereit. Der Ort bietet einige Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Vacances irréprochables
Nous sommes plus que satisfait de notre séjour chez Barbara à Sainte Anastasie sur Issole. L'endroit est calme, très arboré, reposant et sans vis à vis.
La villa est très bien entretenue, très propre, on s'y sent extrêmement bien. Barbara veille personnellement au bien être et au confort de ses occupants. Nous avons été plus que bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation et nous recommandons vivement cette annonce à toutes les familles qui,comme nous, sont à la recherche de confort, de sérénité, de calme.

Merveilleux !!!!!!!!!!
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette splendide demeure avec nos 3 enfants dont 1 bébé.
Je tiens à dire que l'on a été agréablement surpris car le décor était encore plus jolie que sur les photos et l'accueil superbe !!
Hygiène irréprochable et vraiment du côté équipements il ne manquait absolument de rien ( cuisine fonctionnelle et moderne tout était de qualité, la vaisselle ainsi que le matériel était quasi neuf ).
Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'intérieur joliment décoré.
L'extérieur très très bien entretenu.(piscine chauffée, jacuzzi 5places, SPA privatifs (avec bougies, encens et lumière led )... un LUXE d'avoir les 3 réunies pour ce prix, la détente était assurée :)
il y avait tout l'équipement nécessaire pour bébé (chaise haute, lit bébé ,plan a langer, petite baignoire, plein de jouet , poupée, lego ,jeux de société ,bibliothèque de livre...) la literie est très confortable et l'hygiène je le redis IMPECCABLE ce qui est rare souvent dans les locations.
Pour terminer ,le meilleur pour la fin ...
Barbara la propriétaire, est vraiment une personne pleine d'attention et de gentillesse, digne de confiance , et toujours de bonne humeur .
Nous avons bien appréciée discuter en sa compagnie et les enfants aussi. Elle a sû être disponible et discrète à la fois, et a même préparer du thé à la menthe fraîchement cueilli de son potager le jour de mon anniversaire, un petit geste attentionné qui fait toujours plaisir 😊.
Elle est très soignée, les lampes, coussins et rideaux relookée par elle-même et assortis au tableau peint.
Elle nous a donner que de bons conseils ,et à veiller a la réussite de nos vacances.
Un Grand MERCIIIIII Barbara!!!

We stayed for 9 nights in September at Barbara's house in Ste-Anastasie-sur-Issole as a couple and had a wonderful break!
The house is as beautiful as the pictures show, equipped with everything we needed to self-cater for our stay as well as being clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was lovely and clean (although it wasn't quite warm enough to get in more than a couple of times due to the weather not being as good as the week before our arrival) and the jacuzzi was amazing - we spent almost every evening in their enjoying the view of the stars!
Barbara is a fantastic host, who lives in the main house on the property so is available to answer any questions, pass on her knowledge of the surrounding areas and have a chat and share some local foods with you. She is friendly and quick to respond to any messages before we arrived.
Overall, a nice, relaxing break in a beautiful area. Thank you Barbara and we wish you all the best!

Une superbe villa, une propriétaire aux petits soins
Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec nos 2 enfants dans cette magnifique maison.
La décoration est moderne et soignée, la propreté est impeccable à l'intérieur aussi bien qu'à l'extérieur.
La piscine est très bien exposée et très agréable pour jouer mais aussi pour faire quelques longueurs...
Barbecue et plancha pour agrémenter les repas
Spa et sauna pour le bien-être en plus
En résumé des prestations et un confort exceptionnels!
Pour finir, la propriétaire est aux petits soins et fait preuve d'une bienveillance exemplaire pour ses locataires. Tout est pensé pour que l'on se sente bien et nous avons hâte d'y retourner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location de Barbara qui nous a offert un accueil très chaleureux et qui nous guide dans la recherche d'activites aux alentours. Rien ne manque. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du jacuzzi.

We stayed for a week in August in the house in Ste-Anastasie-sur-Issole with the family (two adults and two children) and had a fantastic time! There are several reasons for this, being the house itself, the owner (Barbara) and the surroundings.
The house
The house of the highest standard: modern, new, very well maintained and equipment with every appliance you would desire to make it an enjoyable stay. It is a clean and well cared for space, with a lovely terrace and close to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The swimming water is very clean, largely due to the cleaning robot that does its work dilligently in the early morning.
The owner
Barbara is a very caring, friendly and attentive person. She really takes pride in providing the best for her guests (as she did for us) and tries to help in every possible way. Barbara provided us with really interesting advice about where to go, nice places to visit and things to do, also considering the kids. Foremost, Barbara is a very nice person and has been a real asset to our stay.
The surroundings
Ste-Anastasie-sur-Issole is a great place to explore the environment as it is close the coast (e.g. Antibes, Hyeres), the Camarque Parc, Arles and all sorts of wonderful picturesque villages and markets in the countryside. Ste-Anastasie-sur-Issole is pretty nice too, with good facilities (supermarkets) close by.
To wrap it up: a highly recommended place to stay!

Un Petit Paradis
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Tout y était parfait : l'intérieur de la villa est douillet, confortable et très propre. Les extérieurs sont remplis de senteurs et autres parfums de la Provence. La piscine est très belle et le jacuzzi nous permettait de terminer nos soirées en toute décontraction. Le jardin est superbement entretenu. C'est un endroit parfait pour les enfants. En plus, nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à côtoyer Barbara, la propriétaire de la villa. Une femme exceptionnelle toujours prête à nous aider, nous conseiller, nous dorloter. Elle a beaucoup contribué à la réussite de nos vacances avec ses bons plans, sa conversation et ses nombreuses attentions (Merci pour tout Barbara, on vous embrasse). Bref, nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à quitter ce petit coin de paradis. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette villa. Valérie, Jean-Luc, Jules et Pierre, les Suisses.

Barbara est une propprietaire super sympa,elle a su etre discrete et disponible à la fois.
Superbe maison, tout le confort y etait.
Meme des jouets pour les enfants ce qui est tres rare.
Nous avons pu nous amuser dans la piscine avec toute sorte de bouets fournis par Barbara, nous relaxer dans le Jaccuzi et le Hammam.
Bref super vacance dans une superbe maison qvec une propiétaire géniale.
