We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend. We had toddlers with us & it worked perfectly, it is a lovely space for families. The house is well equipped, clean, great facilities and a wonderful pool.

Lovely big clean villa with plenty of outside space for both eating or just lounging around by the pool. Villa has everything you could possibly need also with WiFi and English TV. Lovely quiet location and very short walk to the beach or "The Strip" for bars and restaurants and supermarket. Have been visiting Los Alcazares for 12 years and this is definitely a villa we would love to return to. Thanks to Dominique who responded promptly to any questions we had prior to the stay and to Laurent who was very flexible with the check in/check out times.

Excellent location for an ideal holiday getaway. Very nice villa with a lovely, good sized pool in a central location, close to shops, restaurants, beach and promenade.

The villa is in a prime location a short walk to a beach safe for small children. The villa is spacious with a large pool and a newly built terrace seating 8 people. Three double bedrooms however one is accessed via external steps with own en-suite shower room. Clean, comfortable and kitted out with everything you could need.

This villa is in an excellent location for both the beach and the restaurants. The facilities offered are very good, the only fault we had was the bed linen and also the towels weren’t the best. We think they are ready to be replaced. Apart from that we had a really good week.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs bedroom accessed via external staircase worked really well for us, as had in-laws staying with us and it was like their own space . During summer months, pool is probably fine, but in October, it was really cold and as a result didn't get much use at all. Meet and greet was fantastic and would stay again, but during summer, only because the temperature of the pool.

The villa is lovely, we had a great time, even though the fabulous pool isn't heated it didn't stop us using it. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc etc Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely book again. Great welcome pack too Thanks Dominique

Huge Villa, Huge pool (was too cold for us to use though) Great selection of English (and other countries) TV Kitchen well stocked with everything you need and a great outside cooking / eating area - front, rear and side terraces plus a roof solarium

We went with the mother-in-law (80 yeas old) and our 2 sons 25 & 22. This villa was ideal a real home from home. All White goods available so we came home without any dirty washing as even in December (christmas week) the weather was warm enough to dry outside. 3 toilets, 1 by the pool in with the washing machine, 1 in the upstairs (stairs outside)bedroom, ensuite and 1 in the house. The main bathroom has a seperate shower and bath. We had fun with the bird that lives next door waking you up with it's whistles. The dogs from the neighbours can sometimes get a bit noisy but that's the only fault I could find. The kitchen had everything you needed. The pool was clean although not heated so to cold for us to swim in. They came during out stay to put in English progammes so if you like your soaps etc you won't miss any. All I want to say is you won't be disappointed. Enjoy you stay.

We very much enjoyed BBQing and eating out on the terrace. The pool was a bit cool (October) but we still made good use of it, as it looks so inviting. The villa is very well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't available. The upstairs room is accessed via external stairs, so perhaps not convenient/suitable for families with young children, but as we were two couples it wasn't a problem - just a bit different to what we are used to. The upstairs shower is very tiny. The towels and linen could be of better quality, and the beds creak - but these are just minor criticisms. Beautiful villa, mattresses slightly too hard for majority of our party and bedding and pillows very tired. Outdoor area is amazing and well equipped although it was at times like being next door to a zoo, With the dog barking and waking us up in the early hours and the bird ( or a human? ) constantly whistling. We found the extra charges a little harsh as it was most definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived! There was an empty condom wrapper on the floor of one of the bedrooms and it certainly wasn't any of ours. We also had problems with the TV and only one English Channel. Nicholas was extremely charming and very welcoming and assisted with all our needs. Please accept this as constructive criticism as overall, the villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. Close to all amenities and within walking distance to the beach. We would most definitely stay there again.

had a lovely holiday in the villa - a new terrace has been put in since our last visit and made a great focal point for outdoor living - - the only piece of feedback we can give is that they need to put proper pillows in the bedroom upstairs and the shower cubicle is a bit small but overall a great villa and we would love to return

Regular visitors to Los Alcazares. Stayed here for second time this year. Excellent villa, very well equipped and well maintained. In a quiet area, near restaurants, shops and beach. Outside area is great with a large swimming pool, lots of sun loungers, barbecue for wonderful outdoor dining. Will definitely be returning.

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week stay in this villa. It is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is also close by, about a 10 minute walk away. The villa is clean, tidy, well maintained and has all the mod cons. All the rooms have air conditioning units in them, a must for those warm evenings. One of the big plus points is the large, private and well maintained swimming pool and patio area. There are plenty of sunbeds, tables, chairs and shaded areas. Lawrence and his team who look after the villa and pool provided excellent customer service and were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this villa.

This villa is much larger than the photos give it credit for. The pool is BIG. We ( me, hubby, daughter son in law and 3yr old and 9month old) absolutely loved it. Clean and tidy. Plenty utensils. Bbq great. We had the room upstairs which was ideal. Private and lovely roof terrace. Utility by the pool was great with washer and toilet and plenty room to store toys. Shops bars restaurants and beach all within 10 minute walk. The "strip" was ideal for evening meals everything you could fancy to eat. It's worth taking the train to the old town more bars and restaurants there. It's an easy walk during the day comlng back along beach. Pity there wasn't more beach front cafes Would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to return. 10/10.

we spent a week in the villa. it is a great size for a family stay or a group of friends. the pool is idea also the bbq. not to far from the town once i get use to which way to go. loads of pubs and restaurants to choose from. compared to some of the places are friends stayed i would say this is 5star

The Best villa we have stayed in.

Villa is in a great location so handy for all bars,restaurants and shops. The Rio Nalon is the street with all the bars and restaurants with the 525 hotel at the top and it is only a short stroll from the villa. The villa is well equipped with fairly new white goods and a really good cooker/oven. The air con is great and a nights sleep is possible no matter how warm although the two single bed are noisy when you turn over lol. The outside pool area is one of the best we have had with good sun loungers and tables/chairs for outside dining. The toilet by the pool is very clean and also has a nice Samsung washing machine. We would happily return here in the future.
