There is also a TV room with a wall mounted LCD HD TV with built in standard DVD player which is perfect for the children. The property has a large, modern fully equipped kitchen with a stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and complete cooking facilities including an electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave. European laundry including front loader washing machine and dryer is also provided. All bedrooms are located upstairs, the main bedroom having access to the balcony to allow the natural breeze to flow through. The main bathroom next to the main bedroom, has a spa bath, shower, double vanity, and toilet. There is also another bathroom located downstairs with a shower, vanity and toilet, making this very convenient for guests. There is a fully enclosed yard with a gas BBQ, single garage parking and driveway parking for one more vehicle and ample street parking for a boat. All this and perfectly positioned within walking distance to Corlette Beach, Anchorage Marina and Peppers Resort makes this holiday property the perfect destination for your family holiday. We manage both 7 and 7a therefore the extended family can all holiday together and still have their own space. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Air Conditioning + balcony access Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Air Conditioning Bedroom 3 - Tri Bunk ( Double underneath / single above) Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. Parking: Single Garage + Driveway Lift: No Notes: By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Based on property detail in ad: - Second living area: This area is only large enough for a single mattress. - large, modern fully equipped kitchen: inadequate cooking facilities. Gas cooktop old and element knobs in poor condition. - BBQ: in poor condition. Does not sit flush on the ground. - Bathroom upstairs is only bathroom (even though it is referred to as an ensuite). - Bin: no bin provided of adequate size. - Outdoor Table: No outdoor furniture provided. - Bathrooms flood when you use the shower.

Everything was ok. Only problem I face that cleaner didn’t clean property accurately under the bed and etc before we boardin in. We cleaned as my wife and daughter have dust alergy. Other than this everything else was good. Will recommend others for this property.

Great location but inaccurate description and not super clean
Great location but inaccurate description and not super clean
The house was fine and did the job for our stay but the description mentioned things that did not exist and the reaction from property managers was a little underwhelming. There were things missing from the kitchen and it didn’t feel very clean - we found grass and dirt in the smaller room and given the current climate this felt a little concerning as to whether it had been well cleaned. I don’t usually write bad reviews and generally am pretty happy with anywhere when I am in holiday but this place was just a little disappointing

Dirty and in need of maintenance. Lack of information even down to how to switch of alarms in the dark. Cannot access balcony or open a window as louvre blinds are damaged and falling apart. I definitely will NOT be back They call themselves property managers what a joke
