Known for its sprawling estates, opulent resorts, and world-class spas, Paradise Valley is a haven for the discerning traveler seeking a truly unparalleled experience. The area also boasts several world-class golf courses, including the Arizona Biltmore Country Club and Short Course Mountain Shadows, as well as nearby hiking destinations such as Piestewa Peak, providing opportunities for outdoor recreation and adventure amidst the stunning desert landscape.       NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS: Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:       - You must be 33 years of age to book this home - A signed rental agreement is required to book this home - NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed - Occupancy is limited to 14 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day - No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund. - A valid credit card is required for all incidentals - Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid - Reservations are non-refundable         After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.     Tax License - 21128125

Great family vacation spot
This house was in a great location in Paradise Valley. The common areas (kitchen, living room, pool, outdoor kitchen and decks) were awesome for everyoone in our group. The kids and adults loved the gorgeous pool and spa and kids played pingpong and ball on the grass. The sleeping areas were pretty variable - huge lovely master bed and bath and one other ensuite bedroom but other bedrooms had shared bath. The downstairs bedrooms share a tiny bathroom - good for kids but not great for a big group of adults. Kitchen was well supplied - we ate at home every night. Close to lots of trails, shops, shopping, and everything PHX has to offer!

We loved our stay in this house. It was huge and clean. The location was great and there was a ton for us to do in the house! The home is beautiful and great for entertaining. The whole family loved it with so much to do there

The views from ALL angels at this modern home we incredible Great house for our 14 person family reunion. Very clean, good selection of kitchenware, excellent communication with property manager. Definitely would consider this property again if we get the whole gang together.

This house was amazing! The views were incredible! The location was perfect. Fifteen minutes from just about everything. We will defiantly stay there on our next visit to Scottsdale!
