About this house rental
Full renovation completed. Luxuriously refurbished to a high standard. The large kitchen is designed for entertaining and offers top of the range appliances, caesar stone bench tops, gas hob and 90Cm stainless steel oven, double door stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Loads of storage. The large lounge offers stylish decor and furnishings, 55 inch Smart TV, including Sky, and sound system. Excellent quality comfortable beds. There is a large covered deck overlooking the inner harbour and golf course, with large outdoor table and chairs, along with steamer chairs on front deck. Perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Our sunsets are amazing from the deck. Off the back deck, enjoy the ambience of the outdoor fireplace. Firewood supplied. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and two down. One with private ensuite, the 2nd with shared ensuite. Plus separate bathroom with shower downstairs This home is only an hour drive from Auckland. Off street parking is available and room to park your boat. Mountain bikes are available for you to explore the surroundings of Point Wells, and the Omaha to Matakana cycle way. Fabulous Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, or the cinema are only 7 mins drive, visit the Marine Reserve at Leigh or the Regional Park at Tawharanui. Lots of local vineyards, or the beautiful white sandy beach at Omaha are all only minutes away. Close to surrounding wedding venues. With our two properties if you require extra space, we can sleep 20 guests comfortably or 15 separately. Check out our 2nd property Bookabach Ref No. 20012029. Stunning Beach House. Special conditions: 2 night minimum stay, long holiday weekends 3 nights minimum, Easter weekend 4 night minimum, Christmas/New year 7 night minimum. No smoking inside, bond required equivalent to one nights rental. Full linen available for extra cost of $175.00 per stay including beach towels, exit cleaning charge $200.00 per stay. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$200.00 per stay); Linen (Optional, NZ$175.00 per stay);

I can not express enough how amazing this place was!
Travelling with a family of 9 it’s difficult to find accommodation that fits everyone comfortably but gets makes you feel like you’re all together. Robyn was amazing, and although there was nothing else you could possibly need, she was there with a response in moments to help. I look forward to visiting again!

This property met all our needs and expectations. Very nicely appointed and with plenty of room to accommodate the nine of us. We really enjoyed our stay and the property nicely accommodated our group of extended family. Listing was accurate and there was clear communication and instruction leading up to the rental. The outdoor front deck was great for family meals, the beach was an easy walk.

Our extended family really enjoyed our long weekend spring break here. The house is really lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped for cooking meals for a group. The layout works really well to give people their own space. Fantastic location and only a short walk to beautiful Omaha beach.
We are all keen to visit again. Highly recommend this property.

Peace of Heaven
Our family thoroughly cherished our stay at Robyn's holiday home. All the interiors, amenities and location were well thought of and on point. Robyn was a wonderful & warm host, so very responsive!
Robyn welcomed us with a beautifully divine choc mint slice in the fridge. The home was sparkling clean and everything was just comfortable.
Especially loved the location, close to the golf club, cafe and beach & managed to spot a pod of dolphins too.
Peaceful and beautifully spacious living areas. Wished we couldve stayed longer.
Thank you for sharing your tranquil holiday home with us. We will definitely be back & highly recommend to all.

Great family spot
Fantastic Bach. Clean and well stocked, lots of space and warm in winter. Excellent location walking distance from beach, view of estuary and short drive to Matakana. Robyn even left us brownies! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in Every Way
I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax with friends and family. Plenty of room for the children to play in one area and adults in another. We never felt on top of each other. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the day time and grouping around the fire in the evening. It was also lovely to have a fully equipt kitchen and large oven to create big family meals.

Amazing house close to everything!
The perfect beach escape. Big, beautiful house located near to golf course and beach (5 min walk). Well stocked kitchen, two decks, great views, great layout for families and caramel slice waiting for us on arrival! Already planning our return

Wonderful home away from home
This is a lovely property that was a perfect base for the weekends golfing event.
The house was really comfortable and well set up so that meals were a breeze to prepare and we loved sharing them on the deck overlooking the golf course and estuary.
It was great to have bikes to be able to explore the local area.
Robyn was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble for her.
We look forward to returning again.
