About this condo rental
Beautiful newly renovated luxurious apartment in a residential complex (not holiday rental). It has 3 magnificent luxurious balconies, the main one with private BBQ facilities. The property backs onto the Cascade Gardens and the Nerang river. It is a 7 min walk to the beach, and similar to the main restaurant strip in Broadbeach. Upstairs is the main bedroom and ensuite, and also two huge private balconies. Downstairs is another ensuite bedroom with a Queen bed and also another bedroom with two king singles. Downstairs we also have living, dining, laundry and lovely sitting balcony overlooking the pool. The complex also has a pool and spa as well as a gym. Please note that unfortunately the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is only accessible by 3 flights of stairs.

Great apartment, comfortable, quiet location but still handy to the beach and restaurants, shops etc. Would definitely recommend.

We spent New Year's Eve here, and it was an excellent apartment for our family. There was plenty of room both inside and out. Our kids loved the pool.

Amazing location- just a very short walk to Florida Gardens station that you can use to travel north to Surfer's and on to the theme parks or south for shopping and airport. Easy walk to the beach. The apartment is a great layout, plenty of space for a family.

This apartment is equipped with everything you could need, and is in a great location near a tram stop, supermarket and an easy walk to the beach. In between Surfers and Broadbeach so you can easily explore either/both areas. The host was great, very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the minor issues we had. Would stay again.

We had our family stay - two adults and three teenagers. Plenty of space, great outdoor areas. Proximity to tram station and beach was great. Was nice to come back and crash after a day of roller coasters!

This apartment is really spacious and light, and has everything we needed to make our family stay easy - linen, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, pool, and TV with streaming services. The nearby tram stop meant we travelled nearly everywhere by tram. So easy and convenient. It is also walking distance to the beach. The hosts were lovely, provided lots of local information, and were easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Thankyou!

Jim and Jess were great to deal with and answered all questions quickly nothing was a problem
The Apartment was very clean and homely with everything you need. It is large enough for everyone to have there own space . The location is great with access to public transport if needed. As for the stairs is not that bad.

The Apartment was very clean and homely with everything you need. It is large enough for everyone to have there own space . The location is great with access to public transport if needed. As for the stairs is not that bad.

The location is great because it is more towards Broadbeach. The apartment is lovely, clean, well equipped and is exactly how it is described. I would definitely return.
I would just suggest that the communication to improve slightly because I would have to chase.

5 of us all in our 60s. Plenty of room with great deckings for bbq and drinks. We all have great calf muscles dealing with the stairs but where not put off by them . Great place for a relaxing holiday.

It is the perfect place to stay for families like mine with an adult child, but would also be great for younger children. It is safe and secure. The owners were fantastic to deal with and responded to enquiries promptly. It was great that the pantry had a lot of staples in it, so we did not have to buy to much, but we also left some things there for the next guests. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. I would book to have another holiday there any time I am in Surfers Paradise.

Tastefully decorated apartment, walking distance or tram to everywhere. The unit had everything you could need and comfortable beds. The seperate balcony areas were great to escape from the kids! Highly recommend!
