Ocean Village is one of the best kept secrets on the Florida coast. Our slice of Ocean Village paradise overlooks the 8th hole of a Par 3 golf course and features a "peek of the ocean" view. Located on the second floor (stair access, no elevator), this unit has vaulted ceilings that let in extra Florida sunshine! Our Golf Villa is in a premium location, and is just a two minute walk to the beach! Staying in Ocean Village, you have access to the private beach, pools, grilling areas, clay and hard tennis courts, basketball courts shuffleboard courts, a gym, a library, a Tiki Bar, restaurant, and more! **Please note: Starting June 20, 2022, there will be projects underway to enhance Ocean Village amenities. Please visit https://www.oceanvillage.com/ or contact us for up-to-date information regarding which amenity spaces are open. PLEASE NOTE: THE MAIN POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIR, AND THE PICKLE BALL COURTS ARE CLOSED AS WELL. THE TIKI BAR REMAINS OPEN, AND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL POOLS AND TENNIS COURTS OPEN FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE AMENITIES, AND WE ARE HAPPY TO UPDATE YOU. What sets our Golf Villa apart from other Ocean Village rentals is that my mom Kathleen is local and happy to assist with any special requests to make this your best stay ever. Additionally, Kathleen personally inspects the unit for cleanliness before your arrival. During peak season (January 1 - April 15), the minimum stay is one month. We spent 3 weeks in November.
We are glad we chose Rebeca's condo for many reasons. It was very clean, spotless! It included everything you need if you like to cook. Beach chairs and umbrella were in perfect conditions. Rebeca gives attention to every little details, for example, making avalilable handy little flashlights for security reasons if you go walking on the property during the evening, which we enjoyed doing every day. Condo is centraly located. Rebeca is always available and quick to respond if you have any questions.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Ocean Village has to offer. Thanks to Rebeca.

Our stay at this unit was beyond belief. Updated, extremely clean and well stocked. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The attention to detail was amazing. Kitchen had all you needed, Coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course (and sometimes hearing the waves crash) was a real treat. Communication with owners was immediate. Can’t wait to come back.

What an awesome condo for our first stay at Ocean Village! Rebecca was such a pleasure to work with, so accommodating and prompt with replies. The beautiful condo was spacious, spotless and equipped with everything except your food! This was our best rental to date and look forward to staying there again. Ocean Village is beautiful and relaxing. My husband is ready to book again.

The host provided more amenities than any listing I have ever stayed at. The fridge was stocked with beer, drinks and water and wine. Toiletries were extensive. I have never seen anything like this. I own a VRBO listing at the beach in Panama City Beach and my place is not stocked like this.

Spotlessly clean and amazingly well equipped its like home from home.
Rebeca was very helpful when the internet went down after a storm and called the internet provider to get it fixed.
We asked if there was a beach mat Rebeca had one delivered to us.
Ocean village is great location with a nice quiet beach.
I really appreciated the desk where I could work on my computer editing the photos I had taken during the day.

We stayed here most all of February. Everything was wonderful. Check in was super easy, no problems there. The owner was the perfect hostess always there to keep us informed, providing us with so many extras and very concerned to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we had a great view of the eighth green. We enjoyed watching the golfers. We were just a very short distance from the beach. Ocean Village is a gated community with beautiful landscaping and friendly people. There is so much to do here without ever leaving . We would definitely recommend Ocean Village and especially this condo to anyone.

This is our 3rd stay at this condo in Ocean Village. The condo and Ocean Village had everything we needed for a great Christmas vacation. The condo is modern and well equipped and Ocean Village has all the amenities you would expect. Rebeca is an almost host responding quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay in Rebecas condo was awesome! One of the nicest, and most immaculate condo we have stayed in. Communication was excellent. Rebeca supplied everything one could need. It was so nice to walk in after traveling to find yummy snacks and drinks. Her attention to detail was superior. Great vacation! We will be back for sure!!

This property was absolutely delightful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything your heart could desire!
I felt like I was at a resort, not a condo. It had been upgraded, and was beautifully decorated, clean, with a beautiful view off of the golf course that you could view through the sliding glass doors or by walking out onto the very large deck. Of all of the properties that I’ve stayed at in this division, this by far has gone to the top of the list! If I could give it six stars, I would! And in addition, the owner was immediately available, kind, responsive, and very accommodating!

Rebecca's condo was beautiful and there was not a thing that wasn't supplied by the owners. We felt so at home and comfortable. Ocean Village has multiple pools, tiki bar, restaurant on site and a private beach. Our vacation was absolute paradise. Communications with owner was immediate and always ready with help or advice for dinner or activities. We hope to come back soon!

Exceptional!
This property was outstanding. I would give it ten stars if I could. The host was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and much more than you would ever expect! The community was great, with the ocean steps away, pool, and restaurants. A very relaxing getaway that really felt like home away from home. Highly recommend and would stay here any time I visit this area. Thank you Rebecca and Kathleen for providing such a wonderful experience for your guests!

Absolutely Amazing
I have never felt so welcomed as I did when we first walked through the door! The condo is amazing., spotless. convenient …..as my husband said when I asked him his opinion and he is a man of few words, is “just wow”. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience.

There is a restaurant on the property grounds that has great happy hour specials and a delicious blackened mahi meal.
Overall the condo was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Rebeca was a great host. It was perfect for a couple’s getaway and I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great time and beautiful condo
Our rental process was seamless and our hostess made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The unit was not only beautiful, but spotless and well stocked with all the essentials for a fun beach vacation. The location is perfect - close to the beach and the Island Beach Bar restaurant and Tiki Bar. The Golf course is well maintained and my husband played nearly every day. We can’t wait to our next visit. Thank you!

Awesome Condo and Development
In renting beach condos and houses for 30+ years, this is the nicest condo that we ever rented. The owner provides many personal touches that made our stay really nice. The Ocean Village community is beautiful.

Discription and photos are spot on. This property is great. The host supplies just about everything you could ever need during your stay. Very clean and nicely updated. The community is great as well. The ocean is a short walk out your door, with 3 restaurants on property, and an awesome pool area. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!
