Our two families spent a few great days here. Good location, walk to the beach or in to town. 5 bedrooms and nice and spacious.
Bring your own coffee plunger or tea pot, and there was almost no toilet paper when we arrived so bring some with you, and have a great stay.

The property is getting tired. It needs a paint. The gutters are blocked with grass growing out of them in several locations this is a big problem. The gardens and sideway need weeding and the lawn mowed. There was no hose available this would be handy to have. All the pegs on the clothes line were plastic and breaking due to exposure to the weather, perhaps some wooden ones would be a better option. The dishwasher stopped on one occasion but then started working again. The ECO wash took over 2hrs. Having a Bosch at home this dishwasher was a cheap disappointment given my ECO wash is 35 mins and big disappointment to the cleaner who wasn't happy about it at all. Some windows didn't have Fly screens. Most windows were dirty and full of spiderwebs in the corners. the rear upstairs deck needs a paint and the hand railing is starting to rot. The down stairs heater stopped working by the second day for which you came and checked. The upstairs couch arms are all filthy perhaps a steam clean could fix that. The vacuum cleaner blew up while we were trying to vac the carpet before leaving. The cleaning contractors were rude on arrival and made false assumptions that we were still occupying the house after 10am when in fact the house was ready for cleaning we just still happened to be in the driveway waiting on a pickup for one of the children. Perhaps we were holding him up from his hectic schedule in Apollo Bay. I advised the gentleman the the vac broke and he replied it wasn't his problem and wouldn't effect him. I found his amazing as its clear he was never intending to vac the house. Perhaps you need new contractors.
I sprayed the squeaky door hinges with WD40 i had with me and fixed those. The front door sticks at the bottom and needs a slight shave to fix that. I fixed a few of the loose internal doorhandles which just needed a tightening. A fly wire screen on the front door should be considered to keep out the flys. The house was well stock in terms of cutlery and utensils. The location was nice.
