Sail View is a wonderful retreat in St. John, offering a gorgeous view, A/C in the bedrooms and just a short drive to local restaurants and activities. The home is situated on the side of the hill, in a private area, away from other residences. The outdoor area features three different patios, encouraging your group to socialize and relax outside as they enjoy the expansive view of Coral Bay harbor and Bordeaux Mountain. Inside, the Primary Bedroom is located upstairs, connected to the living room and kitchen. This level also contains an half bath and laundry room. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs (stairs on the outside of home). They are connected, but a door closes between them, offering privacy for both bedrooms. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms as well as A/C. The two lower bedrooms have mini fridges and coffee makers. Bed sizes Upstairs bedroom: King First downstairs bedroom: Queen 2nd downstairs bedroom: King The kitchen contains a Vulcan stove and breakfast bar, creating the perfect setup for in home dining. An ice maker is also provided to keep your refreshments chilled. With an open floor plan and comfortable living room furniture, everyone can find a spot to relax at the end of the long day at the beach. In home entertainment includes a Smart TV, board games and books. Come and enjoy the untouched beaches, incredible hiking, rolling hills and fun excursions in St. John! Please provide your e-mail upon booking so that we can send you our virtual guide of the island, restaurants and info about the residence. We will also need it to send you driving directions and information about how to get into the home on your arrival day. Please note rates are based the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms.
