The room was as expected-was great and felt like a Marriott hotel room. There were some issues with the water as only one shower and sink would get hot, even after running it for an extended time. The main issue which could be a seasonal issue or one with the entire building but there were cockroaches all over. We saw them throughout the room throughout the entire duration of our stay. Upon initial checkin there was one on the nightstand of the master bedroom. Eek. But my kids loved the hotel and the pools. We paid extra for the resort fee to utilize the beach and everyone enjoyed.

We had a great time and enjoyed the property and location. Kids LOVED the slide and teen enjoyed the fishing, think it was nearby, there was a mullet run this time of year. Above all every one felt safe. We want to return.

The amenities and room were very nice. We had two electrical outlets in the kitchen that did not work and it was hard to make our morning coffee. A knob was missing from the stove top and we could only cook from one stove eye on back side. There was also a leak in master bath sink on counter each time water was turned on. Called and left message with property management and no one called us back to have someone to fix the issues during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is nice with a wonderful view and the private beach is great! The lagoon pool was a hit! Only caveat, there is only valet parking if you are driving which costs 35/night. Also, there is an additional resort fee (not mandatory) because the apartment is managed by an outside company. The resort fee does get you chairs and umbrellas at the beach. It’s standard at most resorts so it’s not a negative, I’m mentioning it so others can factor the extra expense. Overall, we had a great time.

Really five stars but took a star off because it lacked some basic kitchen needs - no oven, no blender, minimal plates. I guess everyone is expected to eat out every night but that is not how we roll.

Great as usual. Hotel staff and everyone so nice. Clean and perfect. Good communication w the rental property, as we were having water pressure issues. Once they get that resolved it would be 10 out of 10!

Comfortable & Spacious Floor Plan
We’ve stayed many times in Singer island and specifically at the Marriot Hotel. This was the most comfortable and spacious unit we’ve stayed at. However we had 3 big complaints that adversely affected our stay. The icemaker in the freezer was broken and when we contacted the manager it was not fixed during our stay. This is a major problem since this hotel does not provide ice machines for guests like some others. The other issue was the showers water pressure and temperature was extremely low and no hot water every single night in both bathrooms. As mentioned we have stayed here before and have not encountered this problem previously. The last significant issue were all three televisions- all very old poor quality and bad image. The worse TV quality I can recall in several years! Newer and higher quality TV’s are not too expensive anymore and it reflects very poorly on the manager/owners that they would offer such older poor quality TV’s while demanding such high room rates and fees. It definitely detracted a bit from our family movie nights after dinner. These TV’s were 20-30 years old. Despite the spacious and comfort of the unit unless they fix and update these issues we will not be staying in this unit again.

Sun and Saltwater
My family of 5, my sisters family of 4 and my dad have come to this property for the last 5 years. It is reliably clean, well serviced and fun! We loved this room in particular because it was bigger and now that our kids are 12, 8 and 5 -- we needed it! However, we didn't spend much time in the room as the beach, the kids pool and the infinity pool were our hot spots. Having a kitchenette is key and there is so much you can do in it! We highly recommend this place!

Super fantastic with or without kids - right on the beach - not on the main stream... luxury place! It was a WOW MOM moment. Beds are good, saved allot of money being able to make breakfast and lunch in our room.it was quiet. It’s near a Trader Joe’s :) loved every day!

Beautiful Condo
Perfect for a family of 5! We liked/felt “special” that this is a condo “not associated” with the hotel, BUT, you get ALL the same amenities as the hotel guests. Great view. Amazing beach and overall location. Kings size room and bath were awesome for mom and dad- with walk in closet for mom. Living room/kitchen breaking up the area with the kids room and shower on the other side is a good set up to give everyone some space. Obviously dishwasher and in room washer/dryer (next to kitchen) is great as well having kids. Overall a very nice place and I think any family would really enjoy. If palm beach is an area your looking to vacation, definitely put singer island and this condo on your list. To the owners- thank you!

Great resort, friendly employees
No issues with this unit or management company -- very clean and large unit and well equipped with enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The resort itself is also great, with the highlight being all of the extremely friendly employees.

The views from the penthouse are spectacular!!
The penthouse had everything we wanted for our getaway. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal.

Substandard Rental
The king bed should have been replaced 10 years ago and was completely shot and uncomfortable. The dishwasher fell out of the kitchen cabinets and was never properly installed. When I added in the daily fee for cleaning and the old bed and dishwasher problem I should have rented directly from the resort and not VRBO

Very nice Palm beach suite with great balcony views of Ocean and unabstructed Northerly views of intetcoastal. Nice functional kitchenette, washer dryer and luxurious bathroom.

We love staying at a marriott location!
Unit was perfect for us. Location was convenient to everything. The unit offered all we needed with kitchen and washer and dryer.
Beach was beautiful and we loved having Starbucks coffee available to purchase down in the lobby.

Great view of the beach and park.
I recently stayed for 6 nights on the 21st floor. Great view of the beach and public park with beach access. The room is very modern with a high bathroom and full kitchen. The resort is super nice staff is friendly too. The kid pool area was fun, our 7yr loved the slide. My only complaint would be the $27 overnight parking fee a bit steep in my opinion. It would be great if special pricing could be secured with the reservation.
The beach was rough with lots of seaweed the first 3 days but it calmed down the rest of the days. The sand gets really HOT make sure to wear shoes.
We drove North to Juno beach one day and went to the loggerhead sea turtles rescue center. It was really nice and worth the trip, plus it's free. Also checked out the manatee observatory which is also near by.
Over we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit and resort.

Amazing condo with incredible view!
Just loved our week at the Springer Island Marriot Resort and Spa. Very comfortable and met all our needs. The staff is friendly and more than accommodating. Would highly recommend. The restaurant food is excellent also.

Such a beautiful condo in a beautiful resort. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. The view from wrap around balcony was incredible. Loved sitting out there with my morning coffee. Right on the ocean. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Came back from publix with a car full of groceries and they were immediately taken up to our room for us. Conveniently located to many restraunts and 15 min to city place and airport. Can't wait to return.
