Located in California's world renowned wine country, this 3,500 sq. foot Mediterranean home has casual elegance with expansive grounds, beautiful decks and patios, and SOLAR HEATED SWIMMING POOL (enjoyable from April-October). Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen, spacious living space, wood burning fireplace, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Our 4 large king bedroom suites are quite secluded both from each other and the common living spaces, and feature private full bathrooms (en-suite) completely within the bedroom quarters. Enjoy the convenience of location with world-class Healdsburg wineries (property adjacent to Westside Wine Road. 13 miles to downtown), Michelin-rated cuisine, sightseeing at the Russian River and the beautiful redwoods of the California coastline - all just a short drive away. Whether you are celebrating a special birthday, family reunion, bachelorette party, or just looking to relax for a weekend in wine country, the space is designed for people who love to cook and socialize in an idyllic setting. Place was pretty much as described in listing. We loved it. It’s a great location surrounded by trees with a south/SW facing resort style backyard. Plenty of comfy patio furniture to relax on and enjoy the sun. There are two hot tubs. The one pictured as part of the pool is not heated in winter. There is an above ground Jacuzzi beyond the pool that is heated. It comfortably seats about 4-5 adults, so not all 8 in our group fit in at one time, but the tub was enjoyable and we were happy it was there. All 8 of us agreed we would like to stay here again because we enjoyed so much. If you like to keep things clean, then you should bring your own products like 409 for countertops or that kind of thing as we did not find any of those things on property. Thank you to the hosts!!!!

Lovely area surrounded by gorgeous trees and beautiful views from every angle. Spacious home for our family of 8 (4 adult couples) while we attended a wedding in Healdsburg. Great communication with property manager/owner. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your property.

From check in to check out the hosts were responsive and kind. We loved that all 4 couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked affording us the time to cook and enjoy meals together. Each night we laughed and played games while sipping wine in the beautiful outdoor space. We would highly recommend this house to everyone!

Great house! There were 6 of us. Plenty of room. It even has two refrigerators which was perfect for all of the cooking we did plus the wine we bought. Lovely pool area. Tucked away in the woods.

The house was amazing for four couples! The location was peaceful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very spacious for a group and the house was very well equipped with toiletries. The kitchen was probably one of the best stocked kitchen Of any rental we have have had.

Several disappointing items...outside grill area was filthy, no glass wine glasses (we left a nice set there that we had to buy when we were out, several light bulbs were burned out, temperature control was not consistent, pool needs serious attention, no bottle stoppers for open wine, one of the owners told us to "pee outside if possible....in order to not strain the septic system".....we ended up leaving 2 days early to finish our vacation in a nice hotel in San Francisco. We had a good time due to the people we were with....but we were disappointed in the VRBO rental (although it IS secluded, has great potential, and could be very nice with some TLC....and some attention to detail).

Beautiful, private location. Very spacious and was equipped with everything vacationers need to make their stay comfortable. The pool is awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute house near wineries!
Cute house minutes from wineries, farmer's markets and trails--great for a group of friends with plenty of space, linens, towels and household items.
The wi-fi was very spotty throughout the house and in the yard, and with such bad cell service up in the hills, it would be useful to have it. The pool was nice to have but could use some love.

The outdoor patios are fabulous for relaxing.
A few suggestions: full length mirrors in each bedroom are needed, better lighting in the bathrooms, bathroom hooks, check and replace lightbulbs.

Secluded beauty
Easy communication with property manager! Beautiful house and property on a hilltop with solar heated pool and gorgeous bougainvillea! Great location near some of the best Pinot noir and Chardonnay!

Awesome place with amazing views
This spot offers an amazing home with a superb garden with great views. We sped most of the time in the garden, and cooked in the grills and great kitchen.
