Theater Room available (Reservations made at the 24 hour Concierge/Bring your own DVD), Two State-of-the-Art Fitness Center. Minutes away from the two main airports- Miami International (30 min) and Ft. Lauderdale Airport (20 min). The I-95 and A1A is just 5 minutes away. A cafe downstairs by the lobby in the second building offering all sorts of drinks, breakfast, and lunch items while offering free delivery to your unit, the pool, or the beach. I chose this property for its ocean front location. The condo is well appointed and has all the basics you need. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! Check in is from 9a-5p. I was later and couldn't get a FOB until 9am the next day, which leaves no beach access or gym access until the next morning which wasn't ideal for me.

Communication with the host was excellent. Nice condo right on the beach. Easy check in and out process. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more (beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, kitchen items). Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my husband has a wonderful time in Hollywood Beach. The condo was bigger than I was expecting and had everything we needed. Lucy was wonderful to work with and answered in messages in a very timely manner. I would recommend this location and would love to visit in the future.

Overall a good stay in South Florida. We had some challenges but owners tried to assist. Check in process is cumbersome, but that is due to the resort, not the owners. Unit needs some attention, bedroom TV did not work, Keurig coffee maker broken, other coffee maker dated, mattress needs updating. But the unit was clean, pool was wonderful, access to beach great. Served our purposes.

Nice condo very clean and roomy, has everything you need! Check in and out could be a lot smoother, waited 30 minutes in line to get my $20 back from parking transponder! Other than that very nice place.

I was disappointed our view was of a big parking lot! We could see the ocean but not the beach.

Located only 6 miles from the airport and just steps to the beach from the pool. This one didn’t disappoint! The check in and out process is in need of fixing, but outside of that we were so glad we picked the tides for our get away.

We had a great stay in January 2022 for a couple weeks. The pools are beautiful, and property is very well taken care of. So nice to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean and palm trees. The unit was very clean and contact with the owners was exceptional.

Wonderful stay
This condo is perfectly located, steps from the beach, condo is as shown on the pictures, has every you need, plenty of kitchen stuff, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. Communications with Lucy are fluent, responses are quick, and the building is secure.

The weather was perfect, and the location right on the beach was perfect. Cleanliness is my number one priority, and this place was spotless!

Lots of room
Enjoyed our stay for the week. Plenty of kitchen utensils, great ice maker, nice sized unit. After getting used to the parking deck between us and the ocean, we enjoyed the view. Nice pool and easy access to the beach.

Beautiful apartment and wonderful host.
The property and apartment are beautiful and Lucy could not have been a better host. She helped me when I needed it and I truly appreciate it. The building has a lot of self-imposed rules that you have to follow, but they are for the better of all the guests. I would highly recommend Lucy and her apartment to anyone wishing to have a romantic and fun get away.

FL vacation
This is our second time staying at the Tide building and first time in Lucy’s and Richard’s condo. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. We love the Tide property, the pool and pool chairs are great. The condo is very clean and has everything you can possibly need. Everything looked just like it did on the picture and as described. The king size bed was very comfortable, so we got excellent rest after long days at the beach with kids. The kitchen was equipped with every pot and pen and utensils that you can imagine. The linens closet was stocked with bath and beach towels, and icing on the cake was beach toys for the kids, noodles, beach chairs and coolers.
Thank you for letting us stay in your place, we will definitely return.

The condo is well located. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Service oriented condo staff.
The apartment was clean and functional but needs an upgrade. The kitchen is well equipped. The internet was continuously on and off and hopefully this will be improved as a result of a change over to a new tv/internet provider (Atlantic)
The service elevator is being renovated which is putting a lot of traffic to the 3 regular elevator. We were stuck in one of them for over 15 minutes and unable to activate the bell or the emergency telephone as they were both defective.
Chairs were always available at the pool.

Wonderful Place
I absolutely loved my stay at your condo. It was so nice to have everything so clean, I really felt like I was in a luxurious hotel surrounded by such nice things. The kitchen fully stocked, abundant linens, towels, we had a beach umbrella and chair, we also had a cooler on wheels to bring our food down to the beach, I found that really nice and well thought of. The complex is very nice, friendly people. The pools are clean. What I liked about it is that you can use the pools from both the buildings. The owner really made us feel at home, she called us to make sure we had everything we needed and also made sure we knew she was just a phone call away. She was absolutely great and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to go back for my next vacation in Hollywood. We loved going down to downtown Hollywood at night and also going down to the boardwalk which was literally 5 minutes by car. I think I've found my home away from home. I absolutely loved it. Thanks
