About this condo rental
Large spacious luxurious comfortable ski-in, ski-out condominium, located on Bear Mountain. Walking distance to Sunrise triple chair lift. A high quality constructed property that includes three (3) bedrooms with three (3) bathrooms (adjoining to the bedrooms). This is one of the most prestigious developments on the mountain. Wake up and first enjoy the view from the great room, dining area and kitchen. The major advantage to the property is the short walk to the Sunrise Lift. You can avoid the crowds by just putting on your skis and then navigate down the mountain! Ski and stop back for lunch, since you are already on the mountain, you can ski right up to the unit! You can use the Sunrise chair with out a lift ticket (you would be restricted to a few of the adjoining runs 'Sundog, Bearview and Rendezvous'). Kitchen is well equipped with granite counter top and granite island. All amenities are included (pans, coffee maker, silverware, dishes). The great room has a gas fireplace. A 55 inch flat screen TV with cable is above the gas fireplace. The open floor plan gives you views of the mountain from the kitchen and the great room. After skiing, enjoy the private health club (also in walking distance) which features an indoor pool (outside pool in summer), work out gym, hot tub, steam room, dry sauna and restaurant (seasonal). The unit features a full size fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bath tub, spacious family room (with mountain views), washer, dryer and gas fireplace. The master bedroom sleeps 2 on a king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds that sleeps 2. The third bedroom has two (2) sets of bunk beds (four twin size beds) so that room sleeps four (4). The living room has a sofa bed which is a pull out and opens into a queen size mattress. Please note that there is an 8 guest limit. Each bedroom has its' own flat screen television. Each bedroom has its' own adjoining bathroom. One of the best locations on the mountain. A true skier paradise! In the summer, enjoy the local area Golf Courses, Mountain Biking, Outdoor Pool, Antiquing and more!

Generally a great stay with the property as advertised. The lift is adjacent to the property, so not quite ski in ski out, but close enough to work out well. Nice accomodations in the condo community and generally an enjoyable stay.

The condo is in a nice development, quiet but close to one of Killington’s base lodges. It is spacious ((8 of us), with good beds. Great stay!

The condo was perfect with a great lay out and 3 bathrooms for our group of 6. The community building was a short walk away to use the hot tub. We would defiantly stay here again.

Due to a winter storm we had to adjust the start and end date of our stay. Our host was very accommodating.
The location is great. We were able to walk to the ski lift and ski home - this was FANTASTIC.
The boot, coat and ski room help keep the rest of the place neat and clean.
I hope to come back next year.

We had two families staying together, so 8 people total. The ski-in, ski-out location is so easy to pop back in for food and rest, and the condo is beautiful and well-appointed. We had a great time!

6 guys in my group for our annual ski trip. This house was great and fit all of us comfortably. However, our only complaint was that since it was -22 to 5 degrees it would have been nice to have a fireplace to warm us up. When we turned it on, the flame would only reach about 3/4-1". Other than that it was great!

Fine fit and finish on all things in the unit. Clean, comfortable, roomy. No rental condo "meh" or "dinge" or "funk", which was a surprise. There's typically always a thin layer of ick in these type of units (we certainly expected it), so it was refreshing that all was pretty perfect in that regard. New listing pictures with better lighting would help.
Directions were a bit squirrelly, as the printed building number doesn't match Google or Apple Maps, so getting groceries delivered was tricky. What defines "Ski In/Ski Out" is a little puzzling, we had to walk 150 yards to the lift in the morning, though you can ski through the trees into the building parking lot to get back. Ski In...more or less, Ski Out, no way. We were up midweek, so the pool and restaurant were closed most of the time, but we knew this and made do.

The layout of the condo was perfect for us. 6 adults , so the 3 bathrooms were great. The kitchen was well appointed and the location was good for both skiers and non skiers. One thing, you should have an SUV/truck to get up the mountain to the condo. We had some tough weather travel days and it was needed.

We had an awesome time in Killington. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for two families. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Elliott was super helpful and very responsive will all our questions! The mountain was amazing and everyone we met was super friendly. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay - spacious, clean 3 bedrooms and good location for skiing! We got some excellent skiing under our belts and really enjoyed the resort. The condo was the perfect home base. Thank you!

My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. It was very poor. The bathrooms weren’t overly clean, the floors weren’t vacuumed well, the shower in the bunk room didn’t drain and the kitchen wasn’t the cleanliest. With that being said, I would recommend the place but I do think the cleaning person needs to spend some extra time doing a better job.

It was a pleasure to stay in this home. The space was big enough to accommodate our group. Very short drive to the Killington Ski area. Unfortunately the lift on grounds wasn't open due to covid-19. The community was super quiet and well kept at the time we went.

Great location. Open and comfortable space living room and bedrooms. Nice Kitchen. Stocked with little essentials like salt/pepper and sugar. Whirlpool hot tub needs the jets cleaned. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great time
Had a great time with a group of friends. Condo is not a true ski out/ski in, but it is only a quick minute walk to end of parking lot for lift. And to be fair if weather conditions has been better we probably could have skied to the lift.
Pictures do not do this place justice, has great front entry mud room/ski gear storage. Great room with fireplace and plenty of seating.
Would 100% rent this place again.
