Any noise after this time or during weekends can be reported to property manager or hotel staff. ** This building is a Condo/Hotel all units are individually owned and operated and/or lived in. We are not responsible for any noise (including construction) that is taking place outside of our unit or in the surrounding area which is beyond our control. If noise such as music, yelling, etc is coming from a nearby unit, and it is quiet hours (10pm-7am), you can call the front desk to report the noise and they will send security up ** Because the unit is located in a building, there may be times where the building will need to do maintenance or repairs on certain things unexpectedly in order to keep things running smoothly.
