We thoroughly enjoyed the Fish Creek Retreat! It was in a great location but we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The cabin was well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay stress free. We appreciated the ‘roominess’ and the owners did a great job communicating with us by sending points of interest information as well as construction to be aware of on our drive up. The backyard is wooded and has a feeder and apple trees. We got to enjoy several days of watching the deer come in and feed! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home had everything we could have possibly needed. We used the new gas grill every night. The kitchen was well furnished. Very comfortable furniture in the living room, nice flat-screen TV. We loved sitting on the deck watching the deer family come up to eat. Very convenient, we walked to downtown fishcreek a few times. Barbara was a dream to work with, quick with responding to my messages. All in all a wonderful stay

This is a cute Door County property. It has a regular shower/tub and a walk in through the master bedroom which was perfect for my 88 year old father. Lots of outside deck time and campfires. The doe and fawn came daily to get food from the feeder. You can easily walk into fish creek. Nice not to have to bring sheets and towels as they are provided. Also the kitchen had every thing you need to make dinners. Would definitely stay again.

Everything felt like home away from home. Only issue was mosquitos.

We loved the easy location to many parts of Door County and enjoyed having the fire pit in the back yard. Most nights we had a fire. The addition of the new TV was great too. Thanks for adding that.

Very nice place with everything as advertised! Very close to shopping and restaurants! Very well appointed with excellent kitchen and very nice bedrooms and bathrooms! Beautiful fire pit in back and plenty of firewood! Highly recommend!

Cute house. Perfect for winter, heated floors are heavenly, fireplace and a whirlpool tub too. We were able to child proof, my husband and I couldn't hear the 19 month old baby, which was good. You need to take coffee, paper plates, some garbage bags. The beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture comfortable too. It's weird to watch an old tube TV. A flat screen TV would be nice.

This is a beautiful home! Very spacious and very Door County! Beautiful yard in front and back. Set back from the road, backing up to the woods. There is a place to put the supplied corn to feed the deer who visited every day! There is a motion sensor light in a tree that goes on for a few seconds if the deer come at night, so you can see them from the living room! Unlimited supply of firewood for the awesome stone fireplace. Master bedroom on the first floor separated from two more bedrooms and another bathroom also on the first floor. The master bath has a very nice jacuzzi bathtub. Very comfortable living room - great furniture to relax in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make whatever you want. The upper loft is set up as a bedroom and is very nice and comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer - detergent and dryer sheets supplied. We gathered with our family for a lovely Thanksgiving weekend. This home feels like you are away from it all but is very close to everything that Door County has to offer. There is a firepit outside with seating in the backyard. We just loved it! Though you aren't watching much tv when you're in Door County, we did watch the football games over Thanksgiving, so my only suggestion might be larger tv in the living room. You won't want to leave this home!

Beautiful property, location was amazing. We biked to the Peninsula state park trails from the house. Away from everything but close to all of fish creek. Very well maintained house. We saw deer outside in the morning. Very relaxing! The master bedroom was a quiet oasis where we couldn’t hear a peep from the grandkids :). Added bonus!!

The house served as a great home base and cozy home away from home for our 3 day getaway over the kids' Christmas break. We were able to sleep in comfort, have relaxed family breakfasts, get out for lots of winter outdoor hiking, ice skating and enjoyment of the beautiful fresh snow and majestic water - then come home for long evenings by the fireplace with games, puzzles and movies. We'd highly recommend this house.
