Monthly Special from May to Oct. Just ask This condo is located on Hutchinson Islands in a Beach Front Community called Ocean Village. Ocean Village is a Gated Ocean Front community, with onsite Golf, Tennis, Pool, Spa and of course 3500 feet of private beach access is steps away. The condo is steps to the Ocean, but not Ocean Front. We are on the second floor of a three story building with an elevator. Come relax We offer a Spacious with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, that sleeps 4, but we also have a double high air mattress if needed. Newer Kitchen, with Tile floor and newer appliances. Newer (wood look) Tile floor in Living and Dining Area Brand New King Size Bed in Master Bedroom - with beautiful beachy plank style Tile Floor Master Bath has seated shower with a separate handheld shower. Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom. With new vinyl flooring. Jacuzzi Tub in Main Bathroom Large Walk-In Closet Lots of Storage The Screened Lanai is overlooking the 8th fairway Excellent amenities include: multiple pools, 9-hole golf course, restaurant, Tiki bar, beautiful brand new Community clubhouse with new work out facility, sitting area and porch. You can enjoy the lots of onsite activities, like Tennis, and Golf. Other activities include Bocce Ball, Shuffle Board, and Basket ball which are available to rent onsite for a small fee. Plenty do in the town of Fort Pierce including waterfront dining, fishing, boating, Theater, and the best farmers market around. We are located 2 hours from Orlando and even closer to Coco Beach and the space coast. Also visit the close by towns of Stuart and Vero within a 30 minute drive. If you like Major League baseball, spring training in March is nearby The NY Mets play in Port St Lucie and many others in play in Jupiter at Roger Dean Stadium or the ballpark in the palm beaches, which also offers minor league baseball at a good price all season long. Our barrier Island is a great place to ride a bike (a women's bike comes with the unit) with 18 miles of beautiful views. Everything you need is provided for you, from Beach chairs, (both High and Low) Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Waterproof Beach Blanket, coolers, and Water Jugs. Come be our Guest, Relax and Unwind. Pets allowed with a 30 days rental.

We loved our stay. We spent a month at this place and it was great! The beds and furniture were comfortable, it was a safe, gated community, and it had everything we needed for a nice stay. I loved that we had nice quality dishes, and all the little things you could need like salt and pepper, condiments, beach gear, laundry detergent…you name it! The mattresses were super comfortable and the location was perfect! We enjoyed daily walks to the beach to watch the sunrise- and a few times we could even see SpaceX launches at night. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it!

Very nice unit. Two bedrooms and two baths were very helpful. Location of property next to many beaches was great - and near historic downtown Ft Pierce. Whenever I had a question for Linda, she responded quickly - very helpful.

Very comfortable, excellent value for cost.
We were immediately comfortable on arrival.
When needed the host quickly responded and resolved a small issue and checked back to make sure everything was well.
Appliances are all new and furniture is in good shape.
Wifi is solid.
Beach access is extremely easy.
Everything is exactly as advertised.

We are from south Florida so the beach isn’t a new experience for us. That said - this condo, the proximity to the pool and beach and the overall experience was beyond our expectations!
We will absolutely come back as soon as we can!

My daughter (12) and I enjoyed our ten day stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. There were lots of amenities and the community was gorgeous.
We spent MOST of our time either at the pool or checking out the local sites. I highly recommend going to the Navy SEAL museum.
Linda was amazing at answering all my little questions leading up the visit, and during the visit! She responded very quickly! I would definitely recommend staying at this unit to my friends!

The amenities are good quality as well. The décor of the furnishings is “beachy” to match the sound of the waves you can hear when you step outside the door. The condo is not oceanfront, but only a two minute walk to the beach. The complex is nicely landscaped with a tropical feel. The owner is super nice and was quick to respond to our questions and needs.
Located in a fairly affluent beachside area, the Ocean Village complex is also just a five or ten minute drive from waterfront bars and restaurants and from other beaches both ocean and intercoastal so you have lots of variety. If you want to explore further off you can reach Jensen Beach or Stuart to the south and Vero Beach to the north in 30 minutes.

You literally don’t need to bring anything. Direct TV and 3 flat screens. All appliances were modern and in great working condition. When you step off the elevator the unit is right in front of you. Great Condo at Ocean Village
We really loved the condo at Ocean Village! Everything was as listed with a very short walk to beach and near the pool. Great place to walk, cycle, golf, swim and even has a nice library and activities for owners and renter. Restaurant, Tiki Bar on location and others near by... Linda was very easy to work with and was always responsive to questions and with information. We will definitely stay at this condo again!!!

Perfect Stay
Linda's home is perfect- a few steps from the beach and pool, quiet area and really ideal for relaxing. We have a 2.5 year old and a small dog and the place was perfect for a family. The rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable, high quality pots and pans for cooking. Linda was super responsive and thus everything at went smoothly. It was clean, AC worked great, dehumidifier also a nice thing to have in Florida. The gated community was really well maintained and had a very laid back feel to it. We are already planning our next visit!

Condo was very nice and close to the beach and pool. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrella which was very useful. Internet upgrade in the last year was also a plus.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village. The property is beautiful, just steps from the ocean and also has a well kept 9 hole golf course. It includes a nice restaurant with reasonable prices on the premises. We highly recommend this property.

As represented, all one needed for the beach was provided. The pots, pans, and plates were in good condition. We hope to be able to come back in August.

Wonderful!!!
The condo was very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The beach just a couple minutes away, the pool and wonderful Tiki Bar just around the corner. We enjoyed everyday. The walking path along the dunes was a great plus for us and the dogs.
We hope to come back next Christmas. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Place
This unit has everything you could ever want to enjoy your vacation. It has an open concept, with an updated kitchen supplied with everything you need. The master king size bed is very comfortable. Ocean Village itself has many amenities including heated pools and a 9 hole golf course. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect Island Vacation
Ocean Village has much to offer - vacationing here has 'sold us' on wanting a home in a resort community. Our Capstan condo rental included everything we needed for a great holiday vacation with family including our two dogs. The two bedroom unit had plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, was quiet, clean and just steps to the beach (down the path and across the dunes)! We enjoyed visiting a few of the islands hot spots... Archies, Manatees, the Square Grouper.... so many fun places, so little time! I wouldn't think twice about staying here again!

PERFECT
GREAT CONDO! WE STAYED FOR 2 MONTHS AND HAD A GREAT TIME. CONDO IS NEAR EVERYTHING IN THE COMPLEX. DONT NEED TO BRING A THING EXCEPT CLOTHES. LINDA IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. GOING BACK NEXT YEAR FOR 2 MONTHS. WE BRING OUR SMALL DOG AND HE LOVES IT TOO!

My husband I had a wonderful time in your condo. It was so well-equipped and inviting. We loved having our coffee on the lanai while watching the golfers go by. Although I'm not a golfer, I really enjoyed the many pools and the 3 minute walk to the beach! Linda was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed restaurants such as Archie's, (a real experience), 12A Buoy, Carlos gelato and Tapas on the waterfront. Loved the whole area! But very jealous we couldn't book for 2016!
