The award winning community boasts of two pools and beach access with a boardwalk at a wide section of the St. Simon’s beach. Go for a morning stroll, only a short walk to the beach. Mariner Cottage, built in 2000, has a unique feature of a stunning living room built in the shape of a lighthouse. A great place to relax with family and friends, this room is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows. At night the lighting is spectacular and lends a cozy, comfortable, relaxed feeling to the room. This three-story home has the living area and kitchen on the top floor. Enjoy the front and back porches with one of St. Simon’s beautiful live oaks just off the front porch and a lovely view of Coast Cottage Lane off the back covered porch. You need not worry about carrying groceries to the top floor. Just hop on the elevator and ride to the top. Sleep a total of eight on the first two floors. The bottom floor has two bedrooms and a bath with queen beds in each room. The second floor has a bedroom with twin beds and another room with a King. Two full bathrooms are on the middle floor. Enjoy a bike ride into the village or take a longer trip to the north end of the island to see the beautiful setting of Christ Church amongst the hundred-year-old live oaks.
