מעולה

החדר היה נקי ונח,מרפסת גדולה צופה לבריכה,הצוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי מיקום מעולה סמוך למועדונים השווים,המלון הרבה יותר מרשים ממה שרואים בתמונות,יש הרבה עניין,הבריכה ענקית,יש די ג'יי עם מוזיקה מערבית ביום ולקראת הערב אזור הבריכה הופך למועדון עם די ג'יי שמנגן בעיקר מוזיקה ערבית,אוכל וקינוחים מעולים ,אלכוהול,נרגילות,אנשים יפים. במלון יש גם בר ספורט ענק עם הרבה מסכים,יש גם מועדון ששייך למלון,מוזיקה מעורבת,רקדניות ,אוכל ,אלכוהול,מועדון מהמם עם שירות מעולה ודי יוקרתי,בנוסף יש גם מועדון קברט ששייך למלון.

מי שמחפש שקט זה לא המלון בשבילו,אנשים חוגגים במרפסות עד שעות הבוקר,מוזיקה,רעש,מדברים בקול רם,דופקים על הדלתות אחד של השני ולרוב הולכים לישון בבוקר. ארוחת הבוקר מאכזבת,לרוב חדר האוכל ריק כי כולם ישנים עד מאוחר לאחר שחגגו עד הבוקר .בחדר שמים רק מגבת רחצה אחת וכל פעם צריך לבקש . ביום העזיבה ניגשתי לחדר האוכל לקחת קרואסון אחד כי התעוררתי מאוחר ומיהרתי והבחור בחדר האוכל סירב בתוקף גם לאחר שהסברתי את עצמי. אומנם כשניגשתי לקבלה העניין טופל אבל זה היה מאכזב. המקלחת לא אטומה בחלק של הדלת וזה מציף את חדר האמבטיה .יש יותר מדי ריהוט בחדר וזה תופס מקום. בחרתי לתת ציון יחסית גבוה כי עדיין נהנתי מאוד מהשהות במלון והייתי חוזר שוב

Good stay but won’t highly recommend

The reception stuff were great, we had an early check in, the free upgrade of the room, the hotel tour. Was nice to be greeted like valued guests. The room itself was clean and nice, had all the necessary stuff. The stuff of the restaurant is amazing, all of the waiters and lifeguard at the pool are considerate and nice.

The toilet was leaking so the bathroom’s floor was all the time wet. After the luggages were delivered to our room we gave the porter a tip and he tried to kiss me. We acknowledge that this might be a cultural difference but it’s not acceptable for me as a guest in any hotel that a stuff member is trying to cross my personal borders and KISS me. We were also denied to order alcohol drinks at the restaurant on the second and third day of our stay, while at the first day they gave us drinks of our choice. When we asked why is that we were answered that it was due to the fact that “they are Muslim”. We respect every religion and culture so we didn’t get deeper into that, but when we asked stuff from the reception what was the reason to not sell us alcohol, they were very confused. We also checked with our Muslim friends if there were some Muslim holidays going on at that time and they said there were none. It left a bad aftertaste to be treated like this.

Very good

The nice staff, the location and room is clean. We were earlier there than the check-in time. That was not a problem for the reception.

The night club around the pool had loud music till midnight.

Nice hotel, nice staff.

Lovely staff. Nice pool. 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Breakfast is not great for someone that avoids animal products, their only option is bread. Fruit and orange juice was only available sometimes. Felt ill eating bread and cake for breakfast each day. Ps. No alcohol served during Ramadan.

Nice hotel but too loud at night

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious

It was VERY loud at night until 2/3 AM every night. My girlfriend was not able to sleep at all without earplugs. Only stay if you plan on being up until that time every night

Lovely hotel & staff but noisy!

Staff were lovely and very helpful! Thank you Hassan for all the advice and places to visit. Made our trip worthwhile. The breakfast was amazing and lovely poolside. A place to visit if youre for a lively vibe. Not family friendly as it converts to a shisha lounge and club in the evening. Good location and close to the beach and restaurants.

Can be noisy due to the attached club and people coming in and out all night. Depends on what kind of holiday you're looking for.

most amazing trip I have been on! an I have travelled. arrived for a girly trip me and my bestie! we did t have high exp

The property possesses a wow factor literally from the moment you arrive! surrounded by palm trees and strobe lighting! it literally lights up the street. with a huge electric barrier gate and security staff! it literally feels like you have arrived as royalty. The inside is clean and inviting with 24hr reception staff that will literally do anything for you. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. we were kindly upgraded just because! an our suite was amazing with a terrace area big enough to host a gathering. An the amazing view of the pool area that becomes "the hottest spot" in town on the evenings with entertainment. honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay forever and ship my family over lol x

It was our first time in Agadir, and as two woman we were abit unsure what to expect.. but the hotel made us feel so saf

The hotel is attached to two nightclubs, which for us was great as we love a party. Although drinks were more expensive here than they were anywhere else, but you are paying for the service because the staff in the nightclubs were amazing. Once you walk in they take you to your table, you order what you want, so we ordered a bottle of grey goose and sprite, they gave us the vodka, sprite, a bottle of water, bucket of ice and snacks. Once you finish your drink the staff will fill up your cup again, once you run out of water of mixer another bottle is replaced. At the end of the night we were only charged for the bottle of vodka (€130) which was great. And we didn’t finish our bottle so the staff took it up to our room with a new bottle of water and new bottle of sprite (fridge was too small to store all of this) Even if your not into nightclubs it’s definitely worth going in one night for the experience, the nightclubs stay open until 4:30am and the music is extremely loud, but you get a taste of the Moroccan music and their way of dancing, so different to ours 😂 The staff and the desk were friendly and helpful as well if we had any questions. The pool was lovely and clean, we were the only ones that used it for some reason, there was security at the entrance all day and night which was great, room was cleaned everyday and was lovely and clean, would have liked a room with a balcony tho, but for the amount of time we actually spent in the room it was fine

Only thing I would say is the staff during the day at the pool were slow to come to us, and there was no lift in the place but the staff carried our bags up to the room when we landed

Passable

Staff were quite nice and always willing to help out. Breakfast was good and generous, and room itself was generally quite comfortable and clean. Food from the restaurant was good as well, and room service was relatively cheap.

Number of things here, notably that the hotel also hosts its own club and therefore events that can be quite loud in the evening/night. This was still the case despite having a room that was not close to/not facing the pool. The WiFi was also very inconsistent; we relied on 4G for most of our stay. The shower in our bathroom also leaked - base isn't properly sealed. Whilst the room itself was clean, the hallways outside on the different floors often had trolleys which would have leftover/finished food on it, which seemingly always took a while to clear. My girlfriend found the crowd at the hotel a little bit intimidating, with a lot of older men bringing in young women. Overall not great value for money, given this was the the second most expensive accomodation we had for our trip in Morocco.

nothing! the receptionist was lovely and the food was fantastic, pool staff weee rude bouncer at 10pm for our hotel was odd! club for locals was at our pool. very strange wouldn’t stay here again
