It was just what we needed, two beds, a bathroom and kitchen. Clean and inviting, would stay there again.

This was one of the most well-appointed properties I have ever stayed in- everything was clean and well supplied. It was very comfortable and in an excellent location.
Carteret Street is a lot busier than I expected and I was concerned about traffic noise but the bedroom was quiet.
Walkable to downtown. Parking. Secure. Laundry.
An excellent place to stay when you are in Beaufort.

Wonderful visit to Beaufort! The apartment was so welcoming. Good location. Very clean and organized with all sorts of information about site seeing, restaurants, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed Hunting Island Park! What a bonus to have a park pass. Owners went above and beyond with attention to detail.

Perfect spot where you could get to all your destinations easy. Also for it being just off a busy road it was fairly quiet. It was our 27th anniversary and first time to Beaufort really enjoyed it. We will be back but in early spring or end of September first of October it was really warm downtown and on the waterfront.

Great location with plenty of kitchen utensils to use. The only thing that I would consider changing is the couch needs replaced as well as the mattress on the bed. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I have visited Beaufort several times before, staying in a different Vrbo each time. We enjoy walking trough The Point and Pigeon Point. Bay street is a. pleasant walk away on Boundary. This property is right sized for the two of us and is very clean and maintained. We would return.

This cute little place has everything you need! Was in a quiet part of town. We enjoyed our morning walk towards the water for coffee. Beaufort is great!

The property was easy to find and easy to stay in. It had all of the things we needed for that part of our trip. The kitchen was especially well stocked with kitchenware which I gratefully used to do some cooking for the next wave of our trip. Beaufort was lovely and easy to get around especially because of the bikes provided! Very nice touch to have two bikes and the pass to Hunter's Island State Park.

It was very nice ,clean, adequate, comfortable.
Very conveniently located.
Our only “complaint “ was a difficult small toilet! We r thin, fit people but still too small, low!

We stayed a full week at River Watch unit A. It has all we needed for a few light breakfasts and a few dinners of local sea food and veggies.
Take note of the stairs if you are older like us. Over all clean and well maintained, sofa in living room could use replacement due to collapsed cushions.
Parking is a bit short out front of the unit if you have a mid to larger sized SUV.

Everything was there that I needed. It was comfortable. It's an old building, so you need to be vigilant when using the stairs.

This property is well situated to enjoy all that Beaufort has to offer. It is .5 miles to the Visitor's Center, stores, and restaurants. The kitchen and linens were clean and well stocked. Be aware there is a cigar store on the level below this property and several times the stale smoke smell was quite strong. We also had a problem with bugs in the kitchen, which it looked like the owner was trying to deal with.
