Welcome to our beach home away from home. Enjoy the PEARL of Navarre with It's beautiful white sand beach and breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico that has the beautiful turquois and emerald green water. The Pearl offers two swimming pools, one heated and a wonderful spa you will love to relax in. Our location is what makes the Pearl so attractive. We are connected to Pensacola Beach via the National Seashore. You will enjoy the serenity of the seashore while driving the beach road where you will see the wonderful beach life that include dolphin, pelicans, sea turtles, sea birds and abundant sea life. Once you arrive in Pensacola Beach you will find additional restaurants and activities. There are plenty of activities if you never leave Navarre Beach Island. We have the longest fishing pier in Florida. There are several restaurants to choose from within a very short distance. The grocery stores are very convenient with Publix, Winn Dixie, and a Walmart Super Store. Fabulous Beaches - Navarre beach is family oriented and has been rated one of the best beaches in the United States and is #1 in best restored beaches. We boast about our 322 sunshine days a year! Our third-floor condo, is always in the process of re-furnishing and decorating. With 1378 square feet of living space plus 156 SF of covered lanai off the living room and master bedroom, it is perfect for family or friends to spend a beautiful beach vacation together. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and 2 Queen beds in the guest bedroom that can also be a Master Suite by closing off the great room with a pocket door allowing you a private bathroom. There is an inflatable bed available upon request. There is new furniture as of 4/15/2018 There are 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors on gulf side, The master bath is huge and has a separate walk in shower. The jetted tub is big enough for two! Of course there is a washer and dryer and we are a child friendly condominimum! Come on down and enjoy our place in the sun like we do!!!!! The Pearl was perfect! The owner was very kind and the condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed, the pictures online do not do the condo justice, it is bigger than shown in pictures, the master bathroom was huge! We had a great week of weather too, everyone we interacted with was very friendly! We will definitely be back in the future! 10 out of 10 stars for this property.

This unit was not very clean! Four adults were provided with one thread bare wash cloth and two bath towels each. Each bathroom had a small soap bar and a roll of toilet paper (not a full roll). One dishwasher tablet, two kitchen dry towels and and an old used scrubby stuck inside the cabinet. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary dinner ware and pots and pans. The LR furniture appears to be from the 80’s and is dirty and in poor condition. The master closet houses a large folded mattress on the floor (?). We have rented condos at The Pearl for many years but this condo is well below the standards we expected and have experienced in the past.

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

The Pearl of Navarre was nice, buttt...
Unfortunately, we had an issue inside our condo with roaches. The host informed us the condo had been professionally sprayed the week before, but during our stay we killed 15+. I kept trying to stay optimistic and blame it on the bag we had down at the pool. Thinking we carried them back up with us. Obviously not the case though.
Our last day there we packed everything up, so we could go out and enjoy our last evening, then come back to get some rest before our 12 hour drive home the next day. When we returned to the condo and flipped on the lights, roaches scattered! It was extremely disappointing and overwhelming. We were up until after midnight unpacking everything that had already been packed so we could shake it out and make sure we didn't take any home with us. Not to mention I could barely sleep thinking something could be crawling on me in the bed.
I sent the host several pics that evening. The next day when she replied, she was very apologetic and did refund the cleaning fee ($135) but in my opinion there could have been more done. I was honestly shocked and slightly offended when that was all she offered. We spent way too much money to stay there to have to deal with that type of inconvenience!
Not only will I not stay in this specific condo again, but I will probably never stay in this beautiful building in this beautiful location that my family and I had fell in love with.
Hopefully they are able to get the issue under control before the next guests arrived. Such an unfortunate situation.

I liked the gym and the combination of 1 heated pool and one not. I was able to workout and swim laps in the morning before the pools filled. The place we stayed was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

The condo was dirty. We first walked in and were killing bugs on the floor. Waited three days for them to fix the television. Had our grandkids there to watch tv. Will never do this again.

Upon opening the door, the pleasant feeling of arriving home surrounded us. Every necessity was provided. Views from the balcony provided beautiful photos. Daily beach service helped complete a wonderful vacation. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at pearl, very clean and it had everything we needed. The room was perfect for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pools and how the room was literally on the beach. Sue was so nice to talk too and always anwsered our questions in a quick matter. We will be staying again for sure. Already looking at our next getaway.

The condo is easy to get to and close to shopping. The view is amazing! Short walk to the beach from the condo. Watched dolphins playing each morning while sitting on the patio.

Very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with a monster ice maker. Sue was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful trip!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Pearl! Our condo was perfect. Updated and well-kept amenities, comfy beds (really comfy!), and convenient 3rd-floor placement so the stairs are a nice option--especially since there are only two elevators on the property. The staff worked very diligently to keep the public areas clean and safe and the beach service was fantastic. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed soaking up the sun, long beach walks, and playing in the water. Thanks, Sue, for your kind and hospitable service!

This condo was amazing. Right on the beach. We had no issues with the condo. If/when we come back to Navarre we will definitely look to see if this unit is available. The Pearl is conveniently located close to the bridge and close to all the restaurants and stores. A little tip: make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap. All the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes that you will need. Hope you enjoy this as much as our family did.

We had the best time, we definitely will be back. My grandkids loved the beach and we loved being right on the beach. It made it so nice to go back to our condo if needed.

The beach at The Pearl is quite crowded. Our stay wasn't the best due to a few things. We were told the pool would be open the weekend before we arrived. We got there Monday and there was a crew working on it. Pool was still closed Tues, Wed, Thurs and no crew working to fix it. Friday, finally a sign was posted we could use pool if no workers were present. Supposed to have had beach chair service. No one was there to set up chairs Tues, Wed, Thurs. Friday they put a line of chairs up. The wifi didnt work the majority of time, maybe 1 day. The owner Sue did respond back when I had questions, but would sometimes be next day. I wouldnt reccomend this property. We have stayed in nicer and cleaner condos with less crowds for less money.
