Very nice stay…. Loved the gated community and a pleasant view of the ponds from our patio and living room. The condo bed was very comfortable and the entire condo very clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were very conveniently located to the condo. And the owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The condo is located very near good restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this condo if you plan time in the Mesa/Gilbert area.

The style, amenities, furnishings, were all absolutely top of the line quality. The view was gorgeous, the patio was huge, the location and proximity to restaurants couldn't have been better. We would make this our first choice on our next visit to Arizona.

This condo was clean and comfortable! Perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood/neighbors and great directions on location and and instructions for procedures/expectations. Master bed was comfortable although I personally didn’t like the pillows. Peaceful setting. Great view and quiet patio was so nice! We enjoyed the ducks and geese we saw! A great spot for morning coffee and freshly juiced Arizona oranges!

This Mesa condo was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. The unit was spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room with large screen tv. The pool and hot tub were just steps away and there was plenty of parking. Lots of places to eat a short walk away. We would stay there again.

Condo very nicely furnished, comfortable and homey. Enjoyed our evenings out on the patio overlooking the lakes. The location of the condo was excellent. Within walking distance of restaurants and amenities. Grounds nicely maintained.

This condo is located a great area with shopping food and entertainment very close. The home is very clean, very well taken care of and comfortable. The owner has added all the wonderful amenities you will be looking for. Great TV’s, high speed internet, WiFi, furniture, etc. The beds are all very comfortable and clean. Plenty of needed space an storage if needed. We enjoyed staying and will definitely stay again. This owner has done up this property just right for a vexation rental.

We felt at home in Erich’s condo from the minute we stepped in the door. The unit is very well stocked and organized. Location location location. Getting around the area is so easy from this location. We had a car so we ventured all over but we also enjoyed the walks to the nearby restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed many morning coffees on the patio. Thanks Erich!

The first impression of Superstition Lakes is how clean and well-cared for the property is.

This particular unit is extremely well-equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The furniture is lovely, beds comfortable and it is truly a home away from home. The outdoor patio faces a lake where many hours can be spent just watching wildlife. The sidewalk circles five man-made lakes and makes for an enjoyable walk, both morning and evening. At one end of the lakes, there are numerous restaurants as well as car rentals. The other end of the lakes takes you to Fry's grocery and pharmacy. These are all within a walking distance of 10 minutes. I also walked to Superstition Springs Mall (about 20 minutes) so the convenience to all amenities is second to none. We golfed at many of the courses in the area, and of course the Arizona temperatures did not disappoint. Lovely home, lovely scenery, lovely vacation. Thank you!!

We would come back every year. In fact, I had a hard time leaving! Such a beautiful decorated condo, so clean and well taken care of, everything you need is furnished. The mornings on the patio were so serene and gorgeous. Loved watching the herons flying into the pond. Our main goal was to finally see the Grand Canyon, which was all we expected! Perfect location for shopping, grocery store and the restaurants!! Was pleasantly surprised there was a BJ's Steakhouse right across the street. Looked at the Krispy Kreme shop, but stayed away!! Carrabbas Italian and The Outback were within a 5 minute drive. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive or within walking distance. Owner was great to work with and gave us a very detailed list of instructions and what was available in the immediate area. Cindy was a tremendous help if needed. I'll be keeping an eye on the calendar for next year!! Thank you so much. Barb, Julie & Mark.

Just wanted to say that I stay a this Condo again love the place, love the location, no need for a car, the golf course is right there, lots of resturants near by. The Condo is very clean lots of up grades I enjoyed the free calls to Canada plus the High Speed Wi-Fi One of the best part of this Condo is sitting on patio reading a book and enjoying the veiw of the ponds..so glad I was able to rent this Condo again

Rented this Superstition Lakes condo for a golf get away. Real nice place, well cared for and it has everything you need, including a ground level patio view. Easy access to Walmart, Costco, Frys and a variety of restaurants. Hope to be back

My husband and I were both impressed with this condo. The condo itself is very well equipped, clean and organized. Gated community with trails to take a nice stroll. Outside the gates there is everything a person could ask for. Great eating facilities, grocery store and movie theatre within walking distance. Lots of shopping located close by also. The area around mesa has lots of great hiking available if you are into hiking, which we are and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors.
