Vacation at our locally owned, well maintained, beachfront paradise condo, located at South Seas Club, a secure 55 acre gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds, walking paths, 8 tennis courts,8 pickle ball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, putting green, and numerous boat docks. Enjoy the view of a huge heated swimming pool, gulf waters 3 1/2 miles of white sand crescent beach, spectacular sunsets and wildlife sanctuary all from your balcony. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. The condo was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and plenty of dishes and glasses. Furniture in the living area is very comfortable. Sunsets were remarkable.

Couldn’t say nicer things about the host of this condo. Very good communication and helpful! Condo is as described and has everything needed. The beach cart, chairs and umbrella are great. View is fantastic. The only thing we found lacking was the internet which wasn’t great. Son had to use a hot spot to connect to work everyday as the wifi just couldn’t support 4 devices using it at once. Slow and crashed often. Twin beds In guest room are not comfortable for adults, but would be appropriate for young children for use. My college aged children found them to be very uncomfortable. Bob is a very accommodating host and so nice to work with!

Great location to the more secluded area of the island. Bob contacted us upon booking the property to introduce himself and asked if we had any questions. He was very responsive and informative of the area. We would stay again.

We stayed fir a week and Bob is the most gracious host and his condo has EVERYTHING you could need. He was super easy to communicate with and made our stay top notch. We’ve rented before at SS, this is by far our best stay. Thank you Bob. We will return!

Bob was always ready and attentive to collaborate with the smallest detail. The apartment has a priceless location and view! During our stay we did not have any inconvenience, even the pass of the Tropical Storm Elsa we could enjoy from the 10th floor. The property is fully equipped! Great vacation spot! The condo was so clean and the grounds were beautifully kept. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware for the nights we decided to eat in. Beach chairs, towels and cooler also provided. The beach cart came in handy since it was a bit of a walk to the water but well worth it since the beach was never crowded. Would definitely stay at one of Bob's properties again!

My son and I had the most amazing stay! The owner was incredible and so accommodating as we arrived during a storm and lost power he was so great to bring over lanterns in the meantime. The condo was clean, comfortable and a great location! We would gladly recommend to others as well as stay again!

Beautiful beach and property
Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The balcony was awesome, beds comfy, and all the convenience of home. Beach was beautiful with so much wildlife ! Peaceful with no crowds! The town was awesome and friendly.
Check in process was a tad confusing as I couldn’t find the office or box easily. Walk to the water is a good distance so be prepared. The condo only allows thermostat to be 72 and above so it did get a tad uncomfortable as I keep my thermostat at 67. Only one negative encounter the first night with the guard at the gate otherwise everyone was so friendly!
I would return and the owner is wonderful. He called right back when messaged and very accommodating. Very friendly one of the best places I’ve stayed! Marco Island is second to Maui.
