This 2-bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue - From the Taste of Delray event to Old School Square and Crest Theater, you will find plenty of activities and world-class dining and shopping. Try the local golf cart service from downtown and you can easily be on your way back home! Also less than a mile from the wide open white sandy beach, SeaBreeze is the perfect hub to enjoy your holiday! Welcoming and completely updated, this unit features a cozy living room area with a plush sofa and a Smart TV to unwind at night. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals. There is a dining table with seats for four. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, lush linens, and ceiling fans for comfort. There are two full bathrooms in this unit, both with stand-up showers. For a fun and relaxing stay in Delray, SeaBreeze is the way to go! WHAT YOU'LL LOVE: High-speed internet access; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced side yard; private patio; shared heated saltwater pool, outdoor gas BBQ grill; outdoor seating; 4 beach chairs, beach towels; beach umbrella; infant pack’n’play. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 5 guests in 3 beds - Bedroom 1: 1QUEEN (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN (Sleeps 2) - Living Room: Queen fold-out sofa (Sleeps an extra person) BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all the cookware you need to make a delicious meal at home. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a blender. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided for your cooking needs. PARKING: Onsite parking off the rear alleyway for one car. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living. ** We require our guests to be 27 years and older to reserve a home; ID will be required after making the reservation. **

Property was exactly as described. Up-to-date, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay, extremely clean. The pool was beautiful and clean. It was also a great location and a quiet spot to unwind and relax. Already looking forward to going back!

I do feel like the listing ga was confusing that 4 other duplexes share the one small pool. The unit was cute abs clean. I was surprised with the list of cleaning that was required when we were paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was good.

Cottage was supplied like my home: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rubber gloves for the sink, new washer/dryer, gift basket, comfy bedding, pillows on the sofa, etc. Very quiet location. Management was very responsive and friendly and easy to reach.

Well maintained, thought through, super clean in the nicest possible location in Delray. Property manager and owner are highly responsive, Accommodating on any requests yet not overbearing. Home and outdoor spaces are very private. Plenty of parking available. The home, areas outside and the pool are well-maintained and clean. Overall very comfortable stay with zero issues.

We really enjoyed staying at SeaBreeze! The home is very nice with two bedrooms, two full baths. A nice kitchen and living room. The pool is great for a refreshing dip too! The location is minutes from everything you want to do, so we’ll be back.

The accommodations at the Seabreeze location were perfect! It is a short walk into town where you will find a number of coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife. The house was very enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you would need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, updated and comfortable! The customer service throughout the entire process could not have been better. Kate was fantastic scheduling and Yvonne was extremely helpful and accommodating while staying there. She even stopped by to introduce herself and asked if there was anything additional, we needed. The pool area is shared between two other couples. However, each spot had their own separate patio to provide some privacy. We would highly recommend the seabreeze as it is the perfect spot if you need an updated, modern place to stay.

We are from Tampa area and we booked this when the hurricane looked like it was going to hit us directly. The booking was not used as the path of Hurricane Ian switched and was now further south. We let them know on Tuesday morning that we would not use the property. The owners of the property graciously reimbursed 50% of our costs. The problem is that with the change in direction and path of the hurricane they actually expected us to travel and put ourselves and others in danger. They actually expected us to join the hundreds of thousands of people who were evacuating South of Tampa and to add to the conjestion of the roads. They opened their property for bookings but had a 3 day minimum. so no one took it. I think that greed and financial gain in a time of distress is pretty aweful. If i had owned this property i would have opened it for 1 or 2 day bookings and would have freely given it without charge. On top of this reports of tornados and flooding in Delray Beach made the situation even more variable. We are out hundreds of dollars but they feel good about their decision. Karma.

We had a wonderful time at Highland Park Delray. The property manager was available to answer any questions and went out of her way to help. The place is adorable and the shared pool area was lovely. They had everything you needed from beach chairs and towels to a coffee maker and even an electric tea kettle. The full size washer and dryer was a nice surprise. It was a perfect location being about a half mile to Atlantic Ave. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to visit Delray.

It was comfortable and quiet. I wish the pool lights would go out at night because they kind of light up the master bedroom through the blinds but I am a light sleeper so I brought an eye mask.
Otherwise super clean, super safe, super convenient.

The accommodations were perfect for myself, husband and our 2 grandchildren. We had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. We had a slight hiccup with the plumbing, but Yvonne was on top of the matter and got the problem repaired. She checked in on us regularly and was so pleasant and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. Thanks again Yvonne for making sure we had a 5 star stay!
