We were at the property over the week of New Years 19/20. Nice property, great location. Very walk-able to all in-town restaurants. Lots of beachfront restaurants. Great beginner surf and boogie boarding right outside the condo. So much to do. Great, very attentive, property manager. Wish we could go back for Spring Break!

We have stayed here for 2 different vacations now, and each time has been heavenly. The check-in process is easy and the team is helpful and responsive. The place is always clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thanks again for a magical trip!

We really loved the location of this property-in the center of the beach area, a little away from the jetty where it was really busy but a quick walk to the action. The village center is a short walk (less than ten minutes) away with lots of options for food, companies that offer surfing lessons and souvenir shopping. The unit was super clean, had everything we needed (the high-pressure showers are great!) and has an unbelievable view. I did yoga (using the provided mat) several mornings at sunrise on the balcony which was an amazing way to start the day and work out sore muscles from kayaking and paddle boarding. We used Taxi Jose at the owner’s recommendation and he was fantastic. Having him right at the airport with a sign for us was bliss given how noisy & hectic the airport exit was. We hit a snag with some unforeseen construction in a different unit. Suzi, the owner, was immediately responsive and gave us several options for solving the noise issue. I would definitely return to Punta de Mita and this rental.

The property was safe, secure, clean and comfortable and well very well stocked with household items. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. We felt the balcony was great. Thank you, we had a great time.

The condo was great. Had everything we needed. And the pool and all the condo neighbors we met were fantastic. Our two tween-age kids were able to toggle between the nice easy surf break right there and the pool. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We have been staying in this condo for over seven years, it’s beautiful, you can’t beat the views, it is always so quite and relaxing. The owners Suzanne and Rick will do what they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Suzanne was one of the best VRBO owners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Jose met us at the airport and took us to the front door where the property manager was there to show us in and make us feel welcome. We have three teenagers and the property was perfect for us. The views were awesome and it is right on the beach. The only negative of the condo was there is only enough hot water for one warm shower then you have to wait quite awhile. The beach is rocky but beautiful. The best restaurants are on the beach.

Loved my stay in Suzanne and Rick’s condo. They made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, including airport transportation and a stocked fridge. The manager, Betty, was always available for questions. The building is well maintained. Best of all, it’s just steps to the beach!

We just spent a week in this property in Punta Mita. Condo is very large, on the second level with 2 big bedrooms, common space, and 3 bathrooms. Master suite is awesome. The balcony is long and stretches the length of the condo facing the ocean and the pool/hot tub. You are literally overlooking the ocean! There is space in the condo property (not in the condo) to store surfboards. We felt very safe on this property and in the neighborhood. You need to have a key to enter the property from the street and the beach. There is a full kitchen with everything you might need. We cooked meals in the condo and also went out. We took advantage of the grocery service offered- fridge was stocked when we got there! The main downtown strip is about a 5 min walk, you can walk either on the beach or street. We rented a car but found we didn't really need it. If you plan on visiting Bucerias, Sayulita, or other towns nearby then maybe get a car but if you are just staying in Punta Mita and can walk- you don't need one. There are also some great little restaurants in the streets just behind the condo. Overall this was a super relaxing, quiet, peaceful environment- just what we were looking for! Would definitely stay again.

The location and property are great. The condo is amazing - spacious, clean and most importantly - a gorgeous view overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. We fell asleep each night listening to the crashing waves. The building manager/maintenance person is very responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Punta Mita and at this condo. It is just on 2nd floor and high enough to get great views of the ocean and mountains. The pool is great. Easy walk into town. Lovely hosts.

One of the best stays we have had. The condominium was perfect for myself, husband, and two young boys. Plenty of space, and the cooking facilities are amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked which was important for us. The beach is literally 2 steps away and it is the softest sand you can imagine with perfect beach break for our kids to play in. Suzanne and her management group were also some of the most responsive I have worked with. They answered all my questions in no time, and the condo was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to return.

Great property, with all the amenities, location and views are fantastic, one of the premier properties in the area, highly recommend.

Suzanne and Rick’s place is a pure slice of heaven. Beautiful condo overlooking the pool and the ocean. It was just my wife and I, but could easily accommodate a family having 2 full bedrooms and 3 full baths. All very modern. They offer to have groceries delivered prior to arrival and I would take them up on this offer, and Betty who locally manages the property is fantastic and will help you out anything you want to do. We travel during off season and love the quiet, but the restraurants in town were all open, easy seating with great food. And you have to meet Ropi who runs Casa Del Pintor right behind the building. We will be back!!

This is our 2nd year in a row of renting this beautiful condo right on the best surf break in Punta Mita! This condo is perfect for our family of 4- 2 teenage boys. It is clean and tastefully decorated! Alejandro, the property manager is very sweet and will take care of anything that you need. We have her pre-stock the condo with basics and breakfast and lunch items! The owner Suzanne is very accommodating and is easy to get a hold of. This year we were wondering if the unit had a CO2 detector- I contacted Suzanne an she called me back the same day and overnighted a CO2 detector to us in Colorado so we could take it with us and plug it in when we arrived! (apparently Mexico is sold out of CO2 detectors because of the incident in Playa de Carmen). I was so impressed with Suzanne's immediate action on our concerns! We also love that they have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use because we love to sit on the beach! We also rent surf boards and paddle boards from Surf Mita in town and it is so convenient to sit on the beach right outside the buildings gate and our boys can come in and out of the water and change boards, etc or hop in the pool! We also love that we can walk into town as well! We usually get guac, salsa and chips from Se Seniors for happy hour everyday at the pool or beach! The view from the condos 2nd floor balcony is amazing and Suzanne keeps and yoga mat and small hand weights in the unit and I do my morning routine every day while we are there! I highly recommend this unit and we are hoping to rent this unit for longer periods of time when are boys go off to college!

This was the whole package! Suzanne the owner was incredible and had everything we needed in the Condo and even set pick up transportation from the airport for us. Her assistant at the El Farrow was also super helpful. We loved, Loved the condo, pool and beach and had a very hard time saying goodbye. Thank you Suzanne!

Our experience at El Faro II #203 was better than anticipated. The rental was accurately described, clean, well maintained. Suzanne - the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. In addition to responding to questions regarding the property, she was insightful on where to book surf lessons, boat tours, and restaurant recommendations. My family spent hours in the pool and at the beach right outside El Faro II We created wonderful and lasting memories. We will definitely be back!

We loved every second of our visit to Punta Mita. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care and didn’t have a worry in the world. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the property, pool and jacuzzi was fantastic. The adjoining beach was wonderful. I would definitely vacation there again, and recommend this property to family and friends!

I wish I had more time to spend here. Vacations are always gone before you realize you didn't schedule enough time. Especially when in a beautiful tropical place such as Pta. Mita. Just a short drive from the Pto. Vallarta airport, we head north into this atmosphere that seems to be all local, and calm, and comfortable. Then a turn or two into and through a lovely little town and we are at the condo. With white wash walls and tile floors, this place has all the room and amenities that make me feel like a princess. There's a huge room (MY room!) with private (huge) mexican tile shower and giant comfy bed. There's an open kitchen and living room and dining room. The expansive balcony overlooks the ocean and I could sit and watch the birds and the boats and the swimmers all day long. But there is a pool to do laps in and a jacuzzi that sits inside of it that needs to be sat in. Then the sand is only a mere 15 feet away that needs to be walked in. Once I'm hungry and we haven't bought our groceries yet, the little cantina across the street (really, another 100' or so) has killer burgers and this great cucumber type dipping sauce for your fries, or maybe your burger. I don't know, but it was good. We spent a 1/2 day in the cute little town of Sayulita, right on la playa, where you can find good food and drink, hardware, and tons of great shopping. This seems to me it was less than an hour away. I could have stayed there a bit longer too, but I was falling in love with these beautiful hand blown glass light fixtures, and there's NO WAY those would have made it on the plane with me. I'm just going to have to come back, that's all there is to it. I loved it here and am only sorry I couldn't stay longer. So nice to have friends over, all helping in the kitchen and playing mexican train dominoes, and I highly recommend making tamale pie from scratch, even if you DON'T have all of the ingredients!

Look no further! This place is fantastic...the location, the amenties, and the local people are wonderfully inviting. I spent a week in this beautfully appointed home. The views are STUNNING! Really, the beach is just right THERE!. And the POOL--WOW!!! You can see and hear the waves upon entering. Everything was just as represented in the photos. The beach is free from vendors; a short stroll--just steps-- really, and you are in the viilage which boasts cute shops, a great "pharmacia" and EXCELLENT restaurants. This home has everything you need--all I brought was a carry on for the entire week! Every detail is considered. An incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay for a very resasonable price...

What a beautiful condo & such a gorgeous setting for anyone who wants to just get away from it all and enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches & quaintness that is Punta de Mita. El Faro II was all we hoped it would be, overlooking the ocean and the wonderful infinity pool. The condo is open and bright with a huge patio and two great Master bedrooms. You want to stay in all week and do your own cooking? No problemo, you supply the food and drink, everything else you'll need is in the large kitchen. But the infinity pool is where you'll want to be during the day. Sipping cervezas and looking out to the ocean, nothing better! But if your thing is leaving the cooking back home there are some fantastic restaurants in the town, all with beach dining. Margarita's, Si Senors, El Anclote, Cafe des Artistes are all superb. If you want to take a little drive head to La Cruz and have dinner at the Yacht Club overlooking the marina excellent. And don't forget to visit Casa del Pintor right across the street from the condo and meet the owner, Ropi, what a character. If you like to golf and don't want to drive back to Puerto Vallarta, try Litibu, just 10 minutes away. Beautiful course, newer so they don't have a clubhouse yet but the price is right and the people are very nice. All the other courses that are close are private. Don't forget to take some long walks down the beach and enjoy the setting and atmosphere of a small town in Mexico. If you want to get away from the huge Mexican beach resorts and really enjoy some serinity, then El Faro II in Punta de Mita is what you are looking for, it was all we hoped it would be!

This is a five star property with amazing views, amenities, and all the comforts of home in a fabulous serene location right on the beach. The living room and dining room doors slide wide open, almost the entire width of the condo, to provide a bright and airy beach experience when you are in the unit. It is close to great local restaurants or you can cook in your fully equipped kitchen. If you really want to unwind to the sound of waves in a low key Mexican village, then this is the place. You have lots of options for activities. You can lay by the pool, run or play on the beautiful beach, snorkel, kayak, paddle board, fish or take a trip up the coast to explore Suyalita, San Francisco Beach, and many other locations. Our regret is that we weren't here the entire 10 days. We'll be back!

Beautifully Furnished Beach Front condo with Great Views. No photo shop on the Pictures the unit was actually more spectacular in person, Clean & well kept. Surfing, Fishing, Beach Walks all right there. Great Beachfront Restaurants 5 minutes or less walking distance. This is a Awesome place to get away and relax. Short drive to Puerto Vallarta if you need more excitement or Sayulita for a cool, relaxed surf town. Owners were great to deal with, will Most definetely recomend this Condo to Friends. We Will most definitely by back Soon!

This was our 1st visit to this area and we lucked our and picked the most fabulous condo on the beach! It is decorated beautifully, ON the beach, very private, pool right outside......just heaven. Our only mistake is that we only went for one week :( We have already booked for 2 weeks for next October. We had spent tme in Puerto Vallarta before but never again....LOVE THIS PLACE!

We just recently returned from our third trip to this beautiful condo in the last year and a half. There is probably no more beautiful beach front location on the entire Banderas Bay. The pictures on the web site are just a taste of how beautiful, luxurious and spacious the condo is in reality. You are just a couple of minutes walk to the fantastic, and ever improving, restaurants in Punta de Mita, twenty minutes from the popular northern beach towns of Sayulita & San Pancho and right in the middle of paradise. We both love this place and will be back in the fall.

Rick & Suzi, Our stay at El Faro was perfect. The condo was just as described and a close walk to everything. Having stayed at Hotel Artistes & Hacienda de Mita in the past, El Faro in my opinion is the best value among the three places. Nice, Spacious, Convenient and right on the beach.
