This condo is in a perfect location for visiting Santa’s village and Storyland. It is comfortable for the family, very clean and well equipped. The only disappointment was the indoor pool which was very cold.

It’s great to be able to stare at Mt Washington after a hard day of skiing. There is a clubhouse with an indoor pool as well. Plenty of sleeping options for the family. It is a good place to ski at either Attitash or Wildcat.

We really enjoyed our stay, beds so comfortable, the pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and we were impressed with the Covid procedures at the clubhouse. Will be back for sure. The owner Joanne was so wonderful to talk with and accommodating. Great experience.

Joanne was so accommodating!!!! She let us check in early and check out late. The place was in great shape. Lots of room but yet cozy. Instructions to check in and out very easy. Close to so many different things. The view of the mountains right from the living room were stunning. We were also able to book private hot tub sessions at the club house down the road. We went for our anniversary and could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely mountain getaway.

So less than 24hrs before we were to depart to go to this destination, the owner canceled on us. Stating she overbooked by accident. She then stated that she would help us try to find another place by checking with neighbors with similar units. She texted us that no one had anything available but would look online for us, let us know what she finds and would issue us a full refund and 2 nights free at this same location. After this text, she went silent. Absolutely no further follow-up and no refund. 4 days later we inquired about our refund and she complied that day. Needless to say, we lost money because, after our booking confirmation, we scheduled the trip, the house sitter and pet sitter. NOTE: Most VRBO places won't allow you to book something else when you are trying to find something in less than 24hrs. We had to change our plans entirely! This was a horrible experience and caused lost funds, as well as a LOT of stress and anxiety. I DO NOT recommend this owner at all. We don't want the 2 free nights she offered for fear that if she can't keep her rental calendar straight and keep it updated on VRBO, then how can we trust it won't happen again.

We were a group of 6. Two children and 4 adults. Plenty of room for all. We also have a family of five across from us in another condo which was so fun. The view is incredible - doesn’t get old. Fun was had by all!

Great location and beautiful views, the colors were amazing! Nice condo which had everything we needed for our stay. We were a party of 6 adults and the condo has lots of room and only negative is that it's a bit outdated. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in condo since the weather was perfect and we were out exploring.

Comfortable property with a beautiful view! This was our third summer in a row vacationing in this Christmas Mountain condo — we feel like it’s our home away from home!

Incredible views with a perfect location. Just up the road from Storyland and a few minutes from North Conway. We had 4 adults and two small children and there was plenty of room to spare. Comfortable beds and everything needed for a east and enjoyable stay. Hope to be able to use the club house if we get to visit again!

We enjoyed a 3-night stay at Joanne's beautiful property with my wife and 4 teenagers. Plenty of space to sprawl. Very large open living room looking right out to Mt Washington. Huge comfortable sectional ideal for post-skiing nap or morning coffee and an book. 2 downstairs bedroom with plenty of space. The loft had tons of extra space and additional beds. Nice kitchen space with all the requirements. Joanne was very responsive when we had basic questions about the area. The kids loved the rec center and pool.

We stayed here for Christmas with the family and loved the location and view of Mt. Washington. The vaulted ceilings gave the property a nice spacious/airy feel and the owners have put a really fantastic guide for all of the great spots to check out in the area. Additionally, the home is very kid-friendly and there are lots of things to keep the little ones busy. The only (very minor) drawback is that the kitchen is a bit tiny and has outdated things like cutlery / utensils.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again next time we are in the area. Love the very large living area with vaulted ceiling in the great room and built-in dining area. AC up in the very large loft area kept that cool, and open windows in the evening on the main level cooled it down at night and closed windows kept it cool enough through the next day. TV/Cable system is a bit quirky but large HDTV was great to watch the Pats game on, and WiFi was excellent. Access to the clubhouse indoor/outdoor pool, ping pong, game room, and boccie court is a great perk (free access for 6 guests). Unit was clean and well furnished. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc and full size dryer was handy for swimming gear and towels.. Great location close to great dining, hiking, swimming, etc.

Nice quiet location close to area attractions and restaurants. Condo is spacious with lots of room. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the front windows didn’t have any screens. It was an extremely hot weekend. We didn’t want the Unit full with bugs so we didn’t open them. Otherwise everything was fine.

Our family has stayed at several properties on Christmas Mountain over the years. This particular condo is a second floor unit with a beautiful view. It was tastefully decorated with plenty of room. During our stay we encountered a few quirky issues that Joanne was quick to reply to. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was large and comfortable. Plenty of space for three generations of family - 3 kids and 3 adults. Well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and view and location wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pools and game room and I liked being able to watch them from the comfort of the glassed in area above the pool. The resort and condo are a little dated and there were a few minor cosmetic issues (for example, the screen door was off the tracks), but nothing that detracted from our stay. Owners were helpful and communication was fine. We highly recommend renting from them.

Some things actually appeared dangerous. The microwave door was broken and taped together with duct tape. The light switches in the bathroom were at least a 1/2 inch away from the wall.

Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the mountains. We were close to everything the White Mountains area had to offer. The kids are already asking to go back.

3rd year staying here and never disappointed. The views from the deck are just incredible and worth the trip alone. Plenty of room for my family of 5 - kids loved the loft area, leaving us the master bedroom and another to spare for those that need space. Proximity to all area amenities is a giant plus - Wildcat, Attitash, Cranmore, multiple trails, waterfalls, rivers , Echo lake, Saco - not to mention all the restaurants and North Conway center. I've said it all before and will again - recommend this place without hesitation.

My family of four and my parents rented this property for our Thanksgiving weekend. We had a great time. The chalet was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The view of Mount Washington was amazing, defiantly one of my favorite things about this place. It has a very cozy feel with the gas burning fire place, it's just like being a friends house. Overall everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed which was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I had also chose here because of the pool access, however it didn't open til noon time and morning seemed to be our only time to go. We were a little disappointed that we didn't make it over there. The location is just two min from StoryLand and about 10 min from downtown N.Conway, so location was perfect. We would rent again for sure!
