This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children (5 & 7). There was ample space to have quiet times or family together times (a living room and a family room plus large bedrooms). The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for several of us to be in the kitchen at the same time during meal prep. The back yard is large and the patio had a great space for eating outside (including a bbq). We appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs and sand buckets which we took to the beach. Most evenings we all walked to downtown Charlottetown (15 minutes) for a Cows ice cream. There is also a large children's playground a 5 minute walk away. The home was a great launching pad for our every day excursions further afield from Charlottetown.
The owners always responded very quickly to any questions we had. They also generously invited us, if we needed to, to drop our luggage off at the house before we checked in and to leave our luggage there when we checked out to accommodate our plane schedule. We definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.
Cheers and many thanks - Kathleen

Our group was 4 adults in PEI for golf and food and we had a great experience. The house was very comfortable for our group. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to TV with cable and chromecast. Location was great, very quiet area. Wonderful hospitality from Frank and Jennifer. Our group would love to come back.

Centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was fully equipped to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were available and welcoming. We ended up leaving a day early ahead of a forecasted hurricane but were kindly told by the owners that we were welcome to stay an extra day to avoid being caught in the bad weather. We hope to stay at this property again on our next visit to Charlottetown.

Wonderful location close to downtown restaurants and a short walk to Victoria Park. The house was well equipped. Having a garage to store our bikes was a bonus. Jennifer and Frank were very helpful hosts in recommendations and tips for enjoying our time in PEI. I would highly recommend this property!

We spent 4 nights at this lovely home. We were 3 couples and had plenty of space. The home is well located and has all the amenities. Frank was very helpful in getting us settled and provided lots of local information that helped guide our exploration. We would highly recommend the lobster supper in New Glasgow and the Dunes & Tunes Ceilidh at Brackley Beach!

We were in general happy with the location, and condition of the home.
Our number one concern was that the photos of the home show pictures of the water. This led us to believe that home was located on the water front. We were let down when we realized the home was in a subdivision, and not on the water front.
We visited PEI during a terribly hot season, and found that air conditioning window units in the house did not cool down the house. Only cooled down 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom did not have air conditioning, .(which was stated in description of the house) Since we thought we were on the water, it was not a concern to have air conditioning in the 4th bedroom
