Perfect house for family fun. Lots of room inside and out. Everything was as described. We rented a boat for three days and tied up on the dock. Easy access to everything on the island. The host was super attentive as well. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for my family and my best friend’s family! It’s listed as a 4 bedroom, but really it was like 5 b/c of a king size bed that was added to an upstairs living area. We rented a boat for the week and spent most of our time on that, exploring the beaches and islands, but when we were home the kids loved being in the pool and hot tub! Also had a friendly dolphin that visited us each day at our dock! Michelle was super easy to communicate with and check in/check out was easy! Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

My family had an incredible time staying in this spacious, gorgeous home on a canal. The house is in an amazing location on Marco Island close to the Farmer's Market, a grocery store, and several restaurants. The neighborhood is also great for walking. There is plenty of room for everyone to comfortably have their own space. The pool area and view from the backyard are incredible and it's so fun to watch the boats go by. My 18-month-old nephew loved waving to all the boaters. This home has clearly been well-loved and taken care of. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. We also all LOVED the couch in the living room. It is a gorgeous, comfortable piece of furniture. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your cooking needs. There are two ovens, though the bottom one did give us a little trouble with holding the temperature consistently. Given that there are two ovens, this was not a problem at all but just something to take note of. There are plenty of pool floats and beach toys in the garage, which was great to see as we almost bought several of our own.
It's worth noting this house actually has 5 king-size beds as the upstairs Bonus/TV room with the balcony is not like the pictures on the listing and actually has a bed in it. There is no door on this room but it has an incredible view! I slept in this room and am an early riser so not having a door didn't bother me but, given the gorgeously high ceilings noise does carry and you will hear noise from downstairs if you sleep here.
If you are looking for a great place to rent on Marco where a big family or multiple families would be comfortable, this is the one for sure! Michelle is a wonderful host and sent us a lot of great recommendations on the day of our arrival. She was also very responsive if we needed anything.
My only suggestion would be that some of the mattresses may need to be replaced soon.

After owning a property here we have been delighted to stay at this wonderful home. Everything you could wish for and more. Very spacious and well equipped and owned by a wonderful lady who did everything to make our stay so enjoyable. From age 3-71 it caters for all ages. A fabulous holiday for all the family and so conveniently situated in the middle of the island. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

This was a perfect home for our party of 6. It’s a great, central location with easy (driving) access to the beaches and shopping. The kitchen is well-stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the pier. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with room for everyone
The home was beautiful and spacious with perfect sunsets. Great pool and hot tub. The only negative was the distance from the beach. You needed to drive if you planned on staying for the day, or bike - way too far to walk. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and there were floats and noodles for use in the pool. Many bikes available in the garage (a few needed servicing so you had to choose wisely - and they could use some bike locks). Walking distance to CVS and stores, if you want that, and close to many great restaurants. Overall, this is a terrific rental. Would definitely stay again.

Otherwise, everything was great, except for the alarm security panel that went off many times with no code to stop it!

6700 Square Feet of Vacation Fun!
My sisters and I (five of us) looked so forward to this getaway sibling reunion and we were not disappointed! Lots of room for a clean and comfortable stay greeted us upon our arrival to Marco Island. To say we loved the lanai, with its searing area, pool and spa, would be an understatement! And to have four King size beds and four full baths was a dream for us! The house is located pretty much in the center of MI, which made for very short drives to area stores, restaurants and attractions. I’ve rarely seen such a well equipped high end kitchen, laundry, or garage boasting gear for all sorts of beach, bicycling, and other outdoor activities. Our hosts were extremely responsive to a couple of minor housekeeping issues we encountered, and their quick response ensured that our stay was not adversely effected. I would highly recommend George and Michelle and their gorgeous property for your next group visit to Marco Island! FIVE STARS!!

Family Fun
7 members of our family stayed in this lovely home for a week in August. The home was beautiful, there was everything that we needed in the kitchen, towels were plentiful, the king beds were a plus, and the pool and the hot tub were utilized from morning to night. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. My husband and I had the master, my son and his wife had the second master with the kids in the room next door, and my older son had the room upstairs where he could have some privacy away from the children's noise. It was fun fishing off the dock and taking day trips to the zoo, beach, boat tour, and seeing the beautiful sunsets! We have been to Marco Island many times and this home was one of the best we have stayed in. We plan to come back again!

Everyone had their own space including a massive first floor Master with a designer quality bathroom and access to the lanai. Upstairs is a complete dream with a second bedroom full bath, large family room and private balcony. Two other bedrooms are in the other wing of the house both with bathroom and one with direct access to the lanai and pool. The Kitchen is designer quality and you will literally need nothing. Everything is provided. Going to the beach? Fully stocked with coolers, beach chairs, toys etc. Want to bike? Have your pick of about 10 models! Want to fish off the dock? Grab a pole and a tackle box and catch catfish like we did ! We explored Marco Island, Everglades, Naples and much more but the best part of our vacation was always coming “Home”! This is a “must stay” at type of property and special thanks to the Phy family for the generous hospitality!

Beautiful Home!
We stayed at this lovely home in April- and had a wonderful time. We are a group of 4 adult couples who travel together frequently- and we are very familiar with Marco as we've rented many houses on the island before. This house was perfect for us! Four bedrooms, great location, well equipped and close to all amenities. The dock was gorgeous and allowed us to rent a boat and kayaks that were so easy to access. The outdoor living space was gorgeous as was the pool and spa. We cooked at home almost every night- and while we were worried there was no gas grill, George assured us the George Foreman on the lanai would work like a charm, and it did! We never thought it would handle everything from fish to steaks just like a bbq. It was excellent! Thank you so much for having us at your beautiful home- we'll be back!

Perfect Home for Family Spring Break
This home was perfect for our adult family spring break. 8 people spent a week very comfortably in this home. Each pair of people had their own king bedroom and bath and the shared space was perfect for cooking, eating, drinking, laughing, and relaxing. The Pool and Spa were lovely for cooling off and warming up. The dock was a nice place for morning coffee or an afternoon sun session. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, bicycles for everyone. The location of this home is within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, souvenirs, and a short drive to the beach. We are already inquiring on a longer stay next year.
