This modern and spacious condominium is located on the beach front at Eagle Beach which is rated one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. From the condominium you have wonderful views of the white sandy beach, turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. The condo is registered and certified by the Aruba Tourism Authority which has implemented a strict set of protocols to ensure enhanced cleaning practices and social distancing measures. Tastefully decorated, the condo has an extra large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. It offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has a large built–in cupboard with ample space and the Queen bedroom has a wall mounted TV. There is a full modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer. The living/dining area is spacious with comfortable settees and chairs and has a panoramic sea view. There is a separate glass top dining table with chairs for more formal dining. The lounge has a wall mounted 55’’ Smart TV with free cable system and broadband wireless internet connection. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and large breakfast bar with bar stools. The lounge area opens on to a large L shaped balcony with tables and chairs enabling you to eat and drink outside in comfort. There is also a further guest wash room. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The resort facilities include four large swimming pools, pool decks with lounge chairs and palapas (sunshades), tennis, padel, pickel and raquet ball courts, gym, saunas, children’s playroom, business centre and management office. The condominium is situated in the low rise area. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, hotels/resorts, casinos and health/beauty spas. It is also minutes away from the Robert Trent 18-hole golf course and only 5 minutes away by car to the high rise area with many hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, casinos, cinemas, live theatre and health/beauty spas. The capital Oranjestad with its duty free designer shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, museums and picturesque harbour is only 10 minutes away and the Reina Beatrix airport is 15 minutes. There is a bus stop outside the resort and taxis are readily available. Aruba is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy what the friendly island has to offer. We rented this condo for 6 nights. The location was perfect, right at the quiet part of beautiful Eagle Beach. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need. The owners provided lots of very helpful information. The person who met us was delightful. The whole apartment was clean and welcoming and we wanted for nothing. The entire condo complex was well cared for - everything clean and very user friendly!! We were in Aruba, visiting friends who are Aruban and they strongly recommended Oceania and now we will spread the word to folks we know who will be vacationing in Aruba. We will be back!!!

We got back from Aruba last night and we had a great time and this condo was perfect for us. First, I mainly dealt with Ted, who was an excellent communicator and very responsive. The property management team that he uses onsight is very good as well. The condo is very clean and more spacious than you might think, especially with a very long hallway seperating the living area from the bedrooms and main bath. The condo is confortable and has a wrap around deck (it is a corner unit). This came in handy for the island-wide fireworks display on New Year’s Eve. There is a new resort being built next door so, for now, it is unfortunate but we did not even notice it after a day or two and there is not much noise. It will be totally fine when done. There is construction being done all over the island so par for the course. Very short walk to one of the best beaches we have ever been to. Cool white sand, turquoise waters, palapas (first come first serve) - perfect. About a 12-15 minute walk to the SuperMart grocery store and various restaurants. We used cabs all week, which were reasonable and prompt for what we needed. All in all, a great rental experience for my family and I.

It was paradise. Our condo side and pool were our favorite as there were fewer units but although there was 75% occupancy you could not tell it. Our beach was the least crowded and the water temp was perfect! We did not rent a car and found lunch places and dinner places in walking distance. The patio had a great view of the beach and the unit was perfect! We had a representative who greeted us, Ana, and she was amazing and helpful and She also met us at the end of our sta. We have never had that kind of service. Our host always responded to my questions and easy to reach by phone. It was our 50th anniversary and we were greeted by balloons and sparkling wine. Such an unexpected welcome. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at the Oceania Residences . Totally different from the high rise hotels and timeshare experience. Cross the street and you have a huge clean beach to explore. Pools are never crowded. Apartment was very well stocked. Great rental....

The condo is perfect but there were some issues along the way with the outside. The pool was not very clean and though I loved the iguanas there was poop all around the pool. The beach is across the street and there are only 10 palapas available so you have to be out there at 8am to get a spot and not fry the whole day. I definitely recommend getting a car, for the same money you’ll be paying for taxis and waiting for them or the bus the cars are super easy to get around and with ease. I do ask the owners to consider have an umbrella available for the people that cannot get a palapa. But the chairs were available and was perfect, the low rise district restaurants were our favorite and all on the water so the condo location was perfect for restaurants, but the grocery store is a little while away and hard to carry all your stuff for the week to and from so best to get a car in that sense too.

Love the condo, the grounds, the people working at the location. It has great security with easy parking if you rent a car and beautiful beach, and pool. The condo was clean, and honestly much bigger than it appears in pictures. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and a cooler for our beach days. I can’t wait to go back, the condo and the island exceeded our expectations.

We had wonderful days in Aruba. The apartment was perfect and as described. the hosts were very helpful and nice. there was no lack of. We'd love to come back!

The good: The location on Eagle Beach is amazing. The condo is an easy walk across the street where you’ll find great palapas and a gorgeous beach. A lot of great restaurants nearby and Super Foods is a quick car ride away. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you may need; the host even got us a coffee press. It was great having a washing machine in the unit to be able to wash towels and clothes. The host provided laundry detergent, which was a pleasant surprise. The property is well maintained and staff on site were nice and helpful.
The just okay: the “master” bedroom is pretty small with a large built in closet, which was great for storage, but ended up making the room feel claustrophobic. The full bathroom is quite small. It’s obvious the true “master” and possible en-suite is located behind a door marked “Private.” (There is a half-bath near the kitchen/living room.)
The bad: There is new construction being built to the left, which is not in any way the host’s fault, but does mare the view slightly and means you will have construction sounds from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Our family of 4 (two teens) stayed here for a week in early June and if you are considering this property, do it! Location was perfect - quiet, close access to beautiful beach with palapas and lovely pools, plus a great gym on site. Condo had all the space we needed and was stocked with basic household items plus beach chairs and pool towels and toys making it easy to just pack clothes and toiletries! Great communication prior to and during our stay though not a thing was needed during our stay as the condo was just as expected. Highly recommend - delightful!

We loved the location -across the street from the most amazing part of eagle beach-always quiet yet short walk away from food. The apartment is huge and very clean and everything is well stocked ,the property managers are very helpful with a lot of tips and help days before arrival. The only watch out is the construction on the left side, as mentioned on other reviews. As long as you sit with the back to do it, you are OK otherwise it’s a bit of an eyesore and does get noisy early in the morning when the construction workers start to gather in the parking lot right behind the bedroom window. But it’s nothing to do with the property owners who are an absolute five to work with the or . Oceania is very secure, easy to get a taxi, the rental car also came right to the parking lot. We did use the tennis courts on property which was nice . I would stay here again and overall rate our stay a 4.5!

This was one of the best vacations we have taken. The condo was beautiful, well stocked and had plenty of room for myself, husband, daughter and her boyfriend. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed!
Ted and Marilyn were fantastic hosts! They responded to any question or need we had immediately (not just through the booking process but throughout our stay)!
The location was excellent. We were just steps from the pool and beach and a short walk to beach bars and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to anywhere on the island.

The owner of this property thought of everything. They even provided shopping bags so we wouldn’t have to purchase at the local market. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the sitting room. Great views and perfect location. The pool on this side is much quieter than the other.

My husband and I traveled with our two adult children ages 20 and 18. There was plenty of space for all of us. We throughly enjoyed the condo, the complex and the location!!The complex seems pretty big but during this time of year (Christmas week) there didn’t seem to be too many people. Many times we had the pool to ourselves which was great! We never had to worry about finding a spot at the pool. Our little section of the beach in front of the condo is between two very busy areas but our section was not too busy. I think people from the cruises get dropped off just south and north of us causing a large amount of people in both directions but our space was fairly quiet. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed everything about this trip!! The only negative had nothing to do with the condo but Super Foods was incredibly busy the days leaving up to Christmas! We could barely get through the store to find what we needed. The check out line was over an hour both times we went. It was complete chaos inside and in the parking lot. Despite that small issue we will definitely be back!! We love Aruba!! Thanks for sharing your home with us and allowing us to come a day early to avoid our storm at home! We enjoyed that extra day!!

We absolutely loved our first Aruba vacation! The condo at the Oceania was a great decision. Loved the condo - it was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great. We rented a car so enjoyed exploring the island and visiting the high rise hotel district. We were very happy the days we stayed at our condo and walked out the door to Eagle Beach. Perfect beach! It was nice having the supermarket so close. Luckily we didn't get that much because we enjoyed choosing a restaurant every night to go to.

Such a stunning view upon walking in. It was so nice that there were items available for us to use during our stay, such as chairs and a cooler to take to the beach, swim floaties and pool noodles, even bags for going to the grocery store. We also were thankful for the spices and condiments that were available as well. We loved the pool and gym. Security staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a question and the owners responded immediately and were so friendly. Amazing vacation!

Great location, bus stops right in front. The condo was great, clean and so well equipped. Pool was lovely clean and warm. Beach is two minutes away. The Condo Faces the beach and you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down, wonderful vacation

This place is awesome. The beach is literally across the street. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. Staff on the complex are very friendly and helpful. Apartment is nicer that the pictures. Very close to restaurants and food market. The beach is very quite. Hoping to go back soon.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this property, great access to the beach and pool area. We rented a car for the week, convenient assigned parking spot available. The beds were comfy, condo was very clean and had great amenities. We made dinner one night and had plenty of pots and pans /dishes. Beautiful veranda. Beach chairs and cooler/ice packs were provided which was amazing and convenient. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would certainly stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious , spotless and comfortable. We loved the wraparound balcony overlooking the pool with an ocean view. The property is in a great location right across from beautiful Eagle Beach. The pools areas (3) are large and there was plenty of room (without having to reserve a chair like some of the hotels we have been to). The beach chairs, beach towels and coolers were a great bonus. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the furnishings were tasteful and in good condition.
There were enough supplies to get us started the first day, and we replenished during our stay, and the property manager guided us in our shopping, and offered excellent local advice that we used throughout our stay. The veranda was the most comfortable place for morning coffee, and the view is spectacular. The beach chairs were especially helpful, and we used them every day. The pools, the gym and the staff were also top notch. It's a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but right on Eagle beach, absolutely perfect!

What a great place! We’re so happy we stayed there. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We did not have a rental car and didn’t need one. Taxis were easy and plentiful. Many of the neighbors in the condo were repeat guests or owners and they were friendly and willing to share tips, advice and information. The pools were a good place to meet people and the beach was incredible. I slept well every night of our stay and I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s the kind of place where you know you have aggravations but you can’t remember what they are. The apartment was very comfortable and the balcony has an amazing view. The people I stayed with enjoyed the gym and took long walks which they enjoyed very much. Getting to and from the airport is easy. I plan to return.

Oceania Resort is very well manicured. It is very close to Eagle Beach and features pools and fitness center.
We loved everything except for the construction of an All-Inclusive resort next door to this side of the building.

Highly recommend this property - the location is ideal and the unit itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Well-stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.

The warm welcome from Anna was the best start to the week. We totally enjoyed the apartment, immaculately clean and charming. We spent our days between the beach and the pool, sometimes having the pool to ourselves, good time of year. We would definitely return. On saying this, there is a building lot next to the apartment. Don’t worry about that, the time we spent on the very roomy balcony watching the workers we found it quite fascinating, its called progress. Highly recommended. Just returned from 8 nights in Aruba at this condo. Location was perfect, right on Eagle beach, literally walk past the pool and through a gate and you are lounging on the beach. Nice chairs and a cooler were provided to use at the beach and pools were very nice too. Condo was exactly as described and very clean, corner unit with large open living room and an oversized balcony. We sat on balcony for coffee each morning and for drinks after coming home from dinner every night. Furniture and beds nice and comfy, full size washer and dryer in unit, and everything you need in the kitchen provided. Eagle Beach is way better than Palm Beach and is right in middle with Downtown a $9 taxi ride South and the more lively Palm Beach area a $9 ride north with a good amount of good restaurants in walking distance as well as a very big and nice Grocery store about a 13 minute walk away. You can walk to store and take a cab back if you buy more than you can carry and taxis are easy to get at Oceania, just call the security desk and they call one for you. Additionally all the tour companies have Oceania in their list of pick up locations.
Aruba is awesome with everyone speaking English, dollars accepted everywhere, very clean, and very safe. Already planning our next trip and would totally stay at this location again if it was available for our trip.

This condo looks exactly the same in person as it does in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were comfortable with great closets. Perfectly located at Eagle beach, away from the crowds and close to the supermarket . The pools were never crowded, always clean and they are pretty big. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the condo that we used every day. We are a family of 4, with a 13 & 14 years old and the condo was spacious enough for everyone. We are very happy with our choice. It was great vacation!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, and comfortable. Has all appliances and kitchenware. Located on the third floor. The resort was quite empty (March, 2021) which was a plus for covid distancing. Located across the road from Eagle Beach which is wide and with nice sand. This part of the beach was not crowded at all, so umbrellas (palapas) were always available. There is a nice paved path along the beach for evening walks. Resort is well maintained, pools are clean and empty. Resort is gated, so parking is safe. Property management agents are very welcoming and available to advice.

This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath is an easy stroll to the beach or to the 4 pools on the property. While having breakfast , we would sit on balcony or in kitchen and gaze at the beautiful color of beach.
