Great location. Easy walk to center of Annapolis and some great restaurants. Try the crab cakes at Boatyard Bar and Grill Hosts were very prompt with answers to the couple of questions we had.

Very nice, clean, and easy! Snacks were a very nice touch. Host was very accommodating to our request. Nice open living room with a work space and desk. Close to downtown -we could have walked but it was raining. We’d come back!

First, the hosts are amazing! Mario and Farinoosh are extremely warm, inviting, and provide an apartment in a great location, decorated beyond belief with a "Go Navy" theme, and every appliance and ammenity needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay near downtown Annapolis. The location is within walking distance to Annapolis City Dock (I walked to the Holiday-Lighted Boat Parade!), downtown Main Street, and just a block or two away from Vin 909 (one of the highest rated restaurants in Annapolis...the Margherita Pizza is one of the best I've ever had), ample on-street parking in front of their home, and high quality fixtures and ammenities. I was so lucky to find this apartment on VRBO and experience above and beyond hospitatlity.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Wonderful apt and location. Very accessible to downtown. Parking was very user-friendly. The hosts were very easy to contact and check-in and out was very easy. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

We were in Annapolis for a NA football game. The apt was fabulous. Everything one could need and more. Super comfortable and quiet. Easy parking and excellent communication with the owners. We will look to stay here again next year!

Eastport is a wonderful neighborhood in Annapolis. The room was great, the location was close to everything with easy access to DC, Baltimore, and BWI Airport. Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend this unit. Hope to return soon!

This was our second stay at this property. It is a super walkable location, though a car would have been helpful for basic groceries. There are wonderful places to eat nearby, including the best crab cakes on earth at the Boathouse Bar and Grill.

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated basement apartment. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets. There was plenty of seating for watching movies and for everyone to relax between outings. I highly recommend this rental.

This is a lovely apartment, the perfect size for our family of four to rest between daytrips around the state. The two days we spent in Annapolis we walked everywhere, it is a nice easy stroll to get downtown and to many of the historic sites, restaurants and shops. We also had <1 to 2hr drives to get to Asseteague Island, the Underground Railroad museum and Baltimore. The host was very quick to communicate and had many thoughtful "extras" supplied in the apartment. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property.

I was in Annapolis for a sailing seminar at Severn Sailing Association and needed something in walking distance. This was a great location to the club, along with great restaurants and a Walgreens. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. The unit had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed! Having the desk was an added plus since I was doing some work also. I will definitely check on availability for this again when I return. Thanks!

This is a great property situated within walking distance to charming downtown Annapolis and delicious Eastport restaurants. The owners were wonderful and honestly the most responsive hosts I’ve had the pleasure to interact with on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot for groups of 2-4.

Everything was great! This is a nice basement space—you need to be prepared for stairs down—beautifully kept and decorated, comfortable and super clean. The location is a quiet neighborhood, about a 20 min walk from Annapolis harbor. It was great to be on foot in the historic part of town so as not to wrestle with traffic and parking. Our host was very responsive and kind, and granted us grace to get in an hour early to nap before our reunion dinner. We would gladly stay again!

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Annapolis over the July 4 holiday. We loved the location. You can easily walk to downtown for shopping, eating and tour boat departures. There is a fantastic restaurant VIN 909 right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. The property was clean with a small kitchen that had everything we needed!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Even before arriving, the owners were excellent communicators. Upon arrival, one of them briefly welcomed us. Super nice. I chose this location due to its proximity to a couple venues for a weekend wedding for my nephew. I also chose it because of the reasonable price! The photos accurately match the spaces. It's clean and well-stocked with supplies. Coffee (Keurig) and some snacks provided. Although it's in a basement, there are a couple windows, so you have light streaming in; we didn't feel as though we were in a basement. It's on a quiet street. Each day, we were able to park in the same shaded spot on the street near the house. The house was quiet, too. Now and then, we could hear the dog's toenails as it walked around above us, but we enjoyed that sound. The dog barked a couple times, but it was not a big deal at all. It was nice to hear some activity amongst all the quiet. It was great to have a king-size bed with a door for privacy, and our daughter was comfortable in the 'office nook' area on the single daybed (that has a trundle underneath if you need to add a 4th guest) - very sturdy daybed. Nice! The bathroom door stuck a little while trying to open/shut it, but again, not a big deal. This rental is just one block from an awesome restaurant that is very popular: Vin 909. (Go early to wait in line. They don't take reservations. If you need to wait, enjoy a beverage and conversation while you wait.) Just two blocks away, there is a small farmer's market under a tent; and it's only four blocks to the best bakery in town: Bakers & Co. where you can sit outside and sip your coffee and enjoy a pastry. We had never explored Eastport before and were happy that we did! We also enjoyed time at Davis' Pub, Blackwall Hitch and the Annapolis Maritime Museum (we drove to those locations but easily found nearby parking at each). This rental is a hidden little gem! Eastport is a destination all by itself! p.s. Also be sure to visit Quirk-n-Bach Pottery! Super cute shop!
