The kitchen offers ample space with granite counters, a deep stainless steel sink, and new appliances. A microwave and a coffee maker are ready for heating up leftovers or that early morning cup of joe before you hit the trail. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Clean, comfortable, well stocked and the best location in Sunriver.

We did not really use the stove/ kitchen. The Quelah Condos hot tub has been broken since last August, so I think they should stop advertising it. There are 8 SHARC passes, though. The location is good, but the walk to the SHARC is a bit unintuitive- look at a map. We were happy with the property for the price!

This place definitely didn't live up to the normal standard set by Sunriver Resort. Not only was it dated and older appliances but the home just felt neglected like the owners have lost touch with it. The shower leaked, washer and dryer made funny noises, the pots and pans were aweful and just thrown in the cupboards and they left 4 passes to the workout facility with rock wall and surfing that was so run down that the pool had algae growing it in. The place had obviously been abandoned for some time, I would have liked to see the owners update the passes and signage in the condo itself that advertised the gym. No pride of ownership. Especially for the price, I was definitely expecting more. Will go through Sunriver directly next time.

We like to stay in condos/houses that have private pools associated with them. The Quelah pool was great (though the hottub was broken,) but I love that there was a kids pool and a bigger pool to enjoy. This is the first time I’ve stayed in. Quelah condo and I love how close we were to the nature center, the village, and of course, SHARC. The condo is fairly comfortable. No A/C, but plenty of fans. Each evening we’d open the windows and draw in the cool air, then in the morning we’d close everything up and it worked well to keep us comfy. As many others have mentioned, the range needs to be replaced. You can’t read the numbers on the burner control knobs. Turning on the oven was an act of faith. Also, the electrical outlets need to be replaced. It’s a simple fix! Turn off the electric, unscrew the faceplates, pull out the socket, and install the new ones. It’s easy! Even I can do it!

The location was good. At first the place seemed cleaned. I could tell it wasn't vacuumed as I found things on the floor from previous tenants. We noticed rat feces in random spots on day 3 that was not there when we first got there. My 6 year old daughter found a set mouse trap upon first arriving and almost got herself in it. My husband found a Marijuana vape pen in the downstairs closet. He's a very vulnerable person and I didn't need him going down that rabbit hole again so I had to make sure to hold onto it until we left and dispose of it then. The last night I didn't sleep well cause I was so paranoid that there was a rat in the building.

Great place, though a little dated. Location was fantastic and access to the Quelah pool was a huge plus.
The oven was very old, probably over 40+ years. The microwave was unsafe to use and sparked whenever we put a dish in the microwave.

The location is convenient to the amenities in Sun River the unit was clean and even had shampooed the carpets prior to our arrival. 8 SHARC cards allowed use of the pools, water slides. The community amenities included parks, pickleball & tennis courts hiking & biking. Wi-Fi was sufficient for our needs.

This condo is in a great location. The pool and tennis courts are a great asset and it comes with 8 SHARC passes. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay, even during the hot weather. It cooled off well at night.

The condo served our needs to ski. The kitchen lacks sufficient silverware. It needs a new set of pots, it currently has very old non-stick pots and pans that are scratched up.It is a very old Sunriver place that is in desperate need of a makeover and therefore feels dirty and shabby.Good location.

Comfortable but dated
I was looking for a place where we could be more socially distanced from the general Sunriver pools and tennis courts and the Quelah Condos provide an excellent option for that. The pool staff were very helpful running the guest schedule and checking COVID symptoms.
We had some issues with the kitchen appliances and Vacasa was very pleasant and responsive. The furniture was comfortable but the lighting was poor. There is no AC, but plenty of fans are provided. Despite opening the windows at night, it was very warm in the afternoon when temps neared 100 outside. Not bad when it’s only in the 80’s.
There is plenty of cookware, some oil and spices, and even foil. The gas BBQ works but was in poor shape. The stove is extremely outdated.

No Frills, Good Location
Quelah has not aged well since I came here when I was a child, but the location is still good and having your own pool in Sunriver is a huge plus for kids. The tennis courts are in major disrepair and the unit hasn't been updated at all, but overall it was fine for people who just wanted to escape the rain and be outside.

This condo is tidy , well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed the private pool and tennis courts!
One improvement that could be made is updating the oven/stove. It is difficult to read settings as numbers are worn off, making it difficult to use.

Needs a complete overhaul
Pictures look great but filled with garage sale quality beds, kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils. The only 2 large serving bowls were disposable plastic and had been run through the dishwasher so many times they were warped and cracking. You could feel the springs in the mattresses and the drains were so slow I had water up to my shins while taking a shower. the appliances are so old that you can't read the temperatures on the knobs, it was very difficult to cook anything. The BBQ is completely rusted out and falling apart. So not worth the money.

We enjoyed this condo however the 2 chairs were broken when we arrived. The lazy boy type chair and other rocking chair chair in the living room were broken. Condo had everything. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Warm and cozy in a winter storm
The condo is clean and comfortable. Plenty pots/pans/dishes/glasses/utensils. It was a little challenging to figure out the stove settings since it is all fuzzy. But that didn't stop us from cooking good meals.
The property management is super responsive. One of the dryer knobs came off and we called Vacasa. Someone showed up in one hour (during weekend!) and even though he couldn't fix the problem he showed us a workaround so we could use the dryer. Very impressed.

Nice enough but needs to be updated
Stayed here to ski at Bachelor- it was adequate but that was about all- it needs updating badly- The tube TV in one bedroom with the build in VCR and DVD player should say it all. I have rented 3 other places in Sunriver in the past and this does seem to be a theme though- Owners putting the bare minimum into the basics- as the old saying goes, you have to spend money to make money sometimes. Make the place nice, current, and welcoming and people will always come back.
