Great place to stay!
We were in SLC for the Young Living Essential Oils Convention and this was a great place to stay. It was approximately 28 miles away and a gorgeous drive to & from Convention. It was very clean with cute decor. It’s definitely worth the drive and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic!
Charles and Jennifer’s place in Clearfield was by far my favourite place we stayed in on our recent trip to the USA. It had all the amenities required, was spotlessly clean and so well presented. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again personally. Thank you!!

Great place
We had a softball tournament in Kaysville and loved staying here. It was very clean and the homeowners made sure we had everything we needed. It was great!

The Perfect Place to Stay
We chose this townhome because my family of 5 was going to be attending Lagoon Amusement Park for the weekend. The location was only about 10 minutes away so we were able to travel back and fourth super easy. The best thing about the townhome ended up being the small touches in each and every room that the owners put in there to make sure our stay was comfortable. From the K-Cups in the coffee maker, to the travel size shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. This place was AMAZING. As an added bonus, the owners were always available if I had any questions on how to work something. I highly recommend this very modern townhome for your stay in Utah.

Great condo located near Hill AFB
Loved every minute at this place ! It was extremely clean and welcoming. The owners even left us a welcoming gift ! We felt like we were visiting relatives, rather than a rental home. They even dropped off extra batteries for one of the TV remotes. The location was great. We were able to do several sight seeing excursions, in addition to attending my niece's wedding in Salt Lake City. Loved seeing Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake, which were right down the road from the condo. There were also plenty of stores & restaurants not far from the condo. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Utah !

The place was beautiful and so clean.
Everything we needed was there and Jennifer was so helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and everything you could imagine on tv was available. The only thing that could have possibly made it better would have been if it were all on one level because of our age and that wasn't bad at all. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again. We were in town to visit family and this place was super.close. The location is ideal for shopping, movies, restaurants, and a ton of activities. The paperwork was a little intimidating, but Jennifer helped us through everything

Clean, everything is functioning, well equipped with everything, including lots of condiments. Beds are comfortable. Extra parking. 3 TV's have large screens. Quiet. Close to the freeway, so it's a quick trip any direction. The owner was very responsive to our needs. All of the included extras were high-quality.

Nice, cozy stay!!!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here! The apartment was well stocked for our needs and very clean. It is also very convenient to the main highway, grocery store and 45 mins to Powder Mtn. Jennifer and Charles were very welcoming and accommodating considering we booked the place the night before our arrival (our original host cancelled on us due to flooding issue with their house). We would def recommend this place!

Great owners, Greater place, at a great price
There aren't enough adjectives to describe just how hospitable and great Jen and Charles are. My family and I needed a place last minute during our trip, and Charles was very accommodating. The place is very clean, and you can't beat the price. Charles and his wife Jen went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place, as therecruiters aren't too many people as genuinely caring as Charles and how lovely wife, Jen.

Don't let the outside fool you...Inside is FABULOUS....CLEAN, Completely renovated....Jennifer is absolutely wonderful to work with and they "get it"....Ice cold water bottles in fridge and all the conveniences you could want. We will visit again.

Clearfield Apartment
Chuck and Jennifer were awesome! The apartment is updated and cozy. The neighbors were nice and the area was nice and quiet. I would definitely reccommend this appartment!

Awesome Apt
This apartment was just perfect for 2 but would be great for 4 people to stay in. Great for a weekend get away to view all the things to do in Utah. All we had to do was walk in and start enjoying the fun. Chuck and Jennifer are great landlords and will doing everything to help you out. Its sad to be leaving but my work takes us elsewhere. Don't hesitate to book this awesome place to stay. I will miss this place and all of what Utah offers. Thanks for the great hospitality.
