The home is also just two houses down from Whalebone Park - a large playground with fun equipment for children of all ages - and a volleyball area, picnic tables and a walking trail. The large master bedroom and full bath is furnished with a king bed and is tucked away on the first floor of the home. You'll enjoy drinking coffee on the swing located off the master bedroom deck - a great place to relax and watch the family enjoy the private backyard pool. There's a sitting area in the master bedroom for beach reading or watching TV. There's a very comfortable queen bed in the second bedroom and custom, built-in double bunk beds in the third bedroom along with another full bath and a laundry closet with full sized washer/dryer.
