Located in Tempe, this charming condo for $98 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fully remodeled condo located minutes from restaurants, shopping & freeways. Large fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for entertaining. 2 bedrooms + 2 baths, attached 1 car garage with direct access to the unit. All brand new furniture throughout. The Space: The large open kitchen has been fully equipped so you can cook like a chef. All brand new furniture throughout, including new mattresses. All 600+ thread count white bedding. The unit is one of three units in a two story building. One TV in the living room with Roku and Sling TV with the blue + orange package (40+ channels). You can access Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu with your personal account. A second TV in the master bedroom with cable TV. The entire living space is on the second floor. *Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request* Guest Access: The full condo, attached garage, community pool, and playground. Interaction with Guests: Once a reservation is booked and the required document is received (as outlined under "other things to note), you will receive a letter detailing unit access and other information pertinent to your stay. It’s greatly appreciated that all plumbing, electrical, appliance failures, or other issues be reported so the problem can be remedied as soon as possible. The Neighborhood: Awesome gated community, just off the freeway. Very easy to get to Scottsdale, Tempe, and central Phoenix. Minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center mall & many great restaurants. Getting Around: The easiest way to get around is by car. Bus stop is located about a 1.2 miles from the condo. Other Things to Note: Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 10AM **No Parties or Events** **STRICT no smoking policy** **PETS are NOT allowed** It may be possible that certain facilities or features may not be available on occasions due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control for which the Owner accepts no liability. The Owner will not be liable for breakdown of any equipment, nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to persons or property which the Principal Guest or other Occupants or Visitors may suffer, except where such failure renders the apartment uninhabitable. The Owner will make every endeavor to repair or replace equipment that fails during the period of let, but cannot guarantee this can be achieved. Any attempt by a guest to reclaim rental in circumstances other than the apartment being uninhabitable would run contrary to this agreement, and any attempt by VRBO to retain money in such circumstances could not be justified. We require a notarized and signed document to be submitted to us via the VRBO system. The document must be completed by the person named on the credit card used to pay for the booking. This document confirms acceptance of the rental agreement terms, confirms identity of the credit card user, confirms the credit card user authorizes payment for the agreed upon price on VRBO for your stay, and helps prevent credit card fraud. We realize this process is not convenient and wish we didn't have to collect this documentation. However, we have had to institute these procedures since VRBO does not confirm the identity of the paying guest or verify the credit card used to book the unit is authorized by the cardholder. VRBO has made it clear to us it is the owner's responsibility to confirm identity of the credit card holder and confirm credit card authorization. A notarized document allows us to do this without requiring the card holder to send us pictures of their credit card, two forms of photo id, and and selfie. Thank you for your understanding!

This condo was clean and convenient. I was visiting the area for a funeral so I didn't visit the pool or do any site seeing.

The owner was very detailed with instructions so we had no complications at all with checking in or out.. owner also answers very quickly for any questions that you may have.. Loved this space!! The couch is so comfy and so are the beds .. tv in the bedroom wasn’t a smart tv like the living room tv but I had my hdmi so we were good to go.. the house had all the basic necessities and more! Pots pans.. seasonings .. foil.. tissue.. soap.. we were good! The washer and dryer came in handy too. We will consider this vrbo again if we come back for sure.

During our week stay, we were comfortable. Although the carpets were quite dirty, there was a dirty towel left on master shower window sill, and master sink would not drain even after using some drain-o. We didn't contact property management because our stay was short. Plenty of parking, but if you intend to use garage for an SUV, it is very, very tight. We tried parking a Honda Pilot and it barely fit. After more than 10 days from our departure, I had to reach out and request a refund of the damage deposit (there wasn't any damage, and did receive full refund). We've used VRBO numerous times in the past, and I've never had to reach out myself to request that refund; it's always been taken care of automatically or an email was sent letting me know when to expect it to be processed.

Nice quite place to stay. Friendly neighbors! Easy access to the 101 and to get around. Enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here. Only recommendation would be to upgrade or bring a few pans if you plan on doing much cooking. Well stocked for other kitchen items.

Very clean condo ! Was just the perfect size for us to enjoy Christmas week!
When we walked in we could smell they had just cleaned the place for us which we appreciated. There was towels, have towels soaps and shampoos already here for us to use along with everything we needed to wash clothes and dishes. Which was wonderful! The place was perfect and it was so nice to have the playground right outside out front door for my children to play on. We would recommand this place to anyone.

Quiet, roomy and close to freeway access
We enjoyed 3 nights in this roomy, comfortable condo. Good information was shared prior to arriving about access. Also found if anything needed attention, text way answered immediately and problems were solved.

Well maintained, spacious, and conveniently located!!
Loved this 2-bedroom condo in a gated community! For almost 2 weeks, my husband and I, along with our dog Gus, really enjoyed this condo in Chandler! We were able to walk in the early mornings and enjoy the pool in the later mornings! It was perfect for the amount of time we spent down there!! Melinda and Sean Swansboro

Impressed!!
I almost thought this had to be too good to be true....I was wrong. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It is located in a nice quite complex, the complex is gated and is very well kept. The instructions that were emailed to us we awesome, it answered every question. We arrived around 10 pm on a Saturday, the unit was very warm when we entered, but it cooled of pretty quick once we turned the thermostat down. It smelled and looked clean, you have all the creature comforts of home. I was pleasantly surprised that there was shampoo and conditioner in both showers, vanity kit and travel size shampoo. conditioner, lotion and a face wipe for makeup. It was also nice to have a hair dyer at the unit and I did not need to lug mine along. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and we had 2 rolls of toilet paper. The master bedroom is spacious with a nice sized bathroom with separate toilet room and large master closet with hangers. The second bedroom is nice sized as well with a nice closet with hangers. The laundry room served its purpose, and again there was a small bottle of laundry soap and fabric softener. If you need to press something, no worries there is an ironing board and iron. The condo is spacious, but not too big, it is very comfortable and the location is great, you are close to AZ 101. We never used the garage, I feel the garages in AZ are very narrow, we were fortunate the weather was not real hot. The pool is a quick 5 min walk from the condo, it is not heated, but was refreshing after getting warm from laying out. Also, the condo has pool towels and robs. There is a HUGE pantry if you need it and there was a tray on the counter with coffee, creamer, honey, tea, and other things. All and all this condo was perfect for our visit and we would for sure stay again.

Golf Weekend
The property was perfect for what we needed, we weren’t there a whole lot but it was very convenient, very clean and a real cozy place to come home and relax. We went out for the Waste Management Golf Tournament and to also play golf and it was so much fun. The property was only a couple of blocks to access the freeway and that was a plus. I would surely recommend this place! Thank You Lynne for a great stay!

Accomodations were very good and we enjoyed our 4-day visit.
The lockbox was another story as we spend 15 minutes to open it and then when leaving never did get it to work so we put the key back and taped the box shut.
We would use the place again.

Would stay again!
Loved being able to stay in a place where we were able to have the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Saved money on grocery shopping and being able to fix own food. Very nice private neighborhood complex with a locked gate. Located close to highway exit. Very clean throughout. Garage space to park along with access to taxi if we didn't want to drive. Washer/Dryer so nice so we could wash clothes while there. Hope to go back!
