Clean, but not well maintained. Air condition did not work, some lights did not work. Very cheap construction and furnishings. Location is close to downtown, but in a very rundown area , of abandoned housing and scrub parking lots.

Just down the road from the main strip and Niagara falls. Room was spacious and had plenty of supplies for a short stay. Only negative was there were no lifts so we had to carry our large suitcases up a couple narrow flights of stairs.

From the pictures (and price) we thought that this would be a high quality flat in a prime location. In reality the building is on a fairly run down street and while the place looks good in pictures, the quality of the building and finishes was sub-par. The rental was also fairly unclean. For example the couch, pillows and comforters had hadn’t been washed and were very worn, the glass tables weren’t clean. It was close to the falls and got us through our trip with 2 kids and a dog, but we would not stay there again.

In reality the building is on a fairly run down street and while the place looks good in pictures, the quality of the building and finishes was sub-par. The rental was also fairly unclean. For example the couch, pillows and comforters had hadn’t been washed and were very worn, the glass tables weren’t clean. It was close to the falls and got us through our trip with 2 kids and a dog, but we would not stay there again.

All new appliances and furniture, very clean and great location for walking to the attractions.
The check in and check out was very easy.
