About this house rental
Located in Jay, this charming house for $1,229 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a beautiful luxury townhouse,2500 square feet end unit. Watch the sunrise in the mastersuite or living room. Stand out on the deck and watch skiers go over the Grammy Jay Bridge. Glance out the kitchen window and see the Tram go up to the top of the mountain. This unit can accomodate 3 families comfortably. This townhouse is 5 star quality and built in 2006. The top floor has 2 king master suites with 2 full baths. The main floor has a queen bedroom and full bath. The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, and a family room with a TV, and foosball table. A bunk room which has 2 twin over full beds and a full bath. The bunk room sleeps 6 comfortably. The ski room can accomodate many helmets and jackets and the ski locker is right outside of the ski room. There is radiant heating on the bottom floor. Gloves and neckups will dry nicely if left on the tile floor. The hot tub is a warm welcome after a long day of skiing, There is a flat screen TV in the family room, the 2 master suites and on the bottom floor family room. The Townhouse comes will a fully equipped kitchen, linens, pillows, blankets and towels. A washer and dryer are also provided. There is a security camera located outside the front door, which shows the front entrance and parking lot. Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area on the East Coast. The mountain has excellent beginner through expert trails, and the glades are spectacular. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England Jay Peak has two brand new Hotels. There is a spa located in the Tram Haus Lodge, work out facility, and the Tower Bar and Alice's restaurant. The ice skating Arena is another nice addition to the resort. You can rent skates, and they also have a nice cafe and bar. There is a Nordic Center for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. A brand new multi-million dollar 63,000 square foot indoor water park is a lot of fun for adults and children. The water park has multiple slides, the only indoor aqualoop in North America, a double surf wave, and the longest indoor activity river in the U.S. There is also an arcade attached to the waterpark to also entice the kids. This facility has the largest bar on the resort and the temperature is a constant 86 degrees. In the summer the roof opens up to give it an outdoor feel. There is also a rock climbing and movie theater facility located on state side and within walking distance of our townhouse. If you plan on coming in the summer the Championship Graham Cooke Golf course is beautiful and challenging. It was rated the # 1 Golf course in Vermont. The clubhouse is brand new and has an excellent restaurant called the Club House Grill. The views from sitting out on the patio facing the 18th hole are fantastic and very relaxing. We had a great stay at this property! There were three families, plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved hanging out in the downstairs living room. The location and ski in/ ski out option were great. We have already booked for next year’s family ski trip! Highly recommend.

This place is perfect for a large group looking to ski! The pictures do not do the townhome justice in regards to how nice and how spacious the property is! Plenty of beds, plenty of space, amazing hot tub, and easy access to the slopes! Would 100% book this property again.

This property was a fantastic layout for our large family. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the bunk room and basement living room downstairs. We especially loved the convenient ski equipment room for ease of use skiing out of the condo and onto the trails. The hot tub was a great perk for apres ski time and the bedrooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo and already booked to return next year!

What a wonderful time with our family!! There were 12 of us and we fit comfortably in this lovely slope side condo. It was set up with everything we needed, all we brought was lots of food…everything else we was there including a hot tub for warming the bones after great skiing on the mountain… Yay Jay, we will be back!!!

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. The house was exactly as advertised and in great condition. Loved the ski in/ski out feature! Donna was very responsive when we had questions, both before and during our stay. If we come back to Jay Peak again, we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful home. Everything was well cared for and maintained. was very clean when we arrived and Donna was a fantastic communicator. The kitchen was well appointed having everything we needed for a large family who love to cook. 2 large bedrooms that have on suite bathrooms worked out wonderfully for our family as well as plenty of rooms for the the kids. We had excellent weather for skiing and it could not have worked out better for a spring ski trip!

We could not ask for more from this beautiful ski-in, ski-out townhouse. This was not our first winter vacation at Jay; but it was by far the nicest accommodations we’ve ever enjoyed! Plenty of space to prepare large meals and entertain the whole family. Soaking in the hot tub after a day on the mountain was the icing on the cake.
Rich and Donna were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and clearly invested in our experience. We could not recommend a better spot for your winter getaway!

Perfect winter vacation
We could not ask for more from this beautiful ski-in, ski-out townhouse. This was not our first winter vacation at Jay; but it was by far the nicest accommodations we’ve ever enjoyed! Plenty of space to prepare large meals and entertain the whole family. Soaking in the hot tub after a day on the mountain was the icing on the cake.
Rich and Donna were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive and clearly invested in our experience. We could not recommend a better spot for your winter getaway!

The townhouse worked great for our family ski trip (adults and kids). Everybody fit comfortably, the townhouse amenities were great, we enjoyed the ski on/off access, and we took advantage of everything Jay Peak had to offer. An overall very memorable time!

Wonderful Ski Weekend
This has been our third stay, in this condo at Jay Peak, for our annual family ski weekend. The ski out feature makes it easy for everyone to come it and have some lunch. The great room has plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space.. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. The lower level den provides an additional space and everyone has fun playing foosball. Everyone enjoys the hot tub after a day of skiing. Both Donna and Rich are very responsive if you have any questions about the condo or the area. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stays; I would highly recommend it.

This was a 4 day vacation with my husband and our 4 college age kids. Everything was perfect. The house was large enough to spread out. The hot tub was awesome. Great property.
This was a 4 day vacation with my husband and our 4 college age kids. Everything was perfect. The house was large enough to spread out. The hot tub was awesome. And the ability to ski on and off the slopes was just wonderful especially during these crazy covid times.
We will definitely look to come back next year.

amazing support and responsiveness from our hosts
Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, our trip to Jay Peak and use of this property was cancelled. Donna(and her husband Rich) were amazing to deal with. From the initial inquiry, through the reservation and pre-trip process, they were more than helpful and responsive within hours. They were very empathetic with the outbreak of the virus and the impact on our plans, and with the closure of Jay Peak, they provided immediate refunding of our payments. I look forward to the opportunity of renting their property in the future..they are one of the best hosts I have encountered in over 40 bookings I have made in the past..thanks again Donna and Rich for all your support.

Great Place @ Jay Peak
This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property and we will be back next year! For our group of 10 adults, the 5 bedrooms are perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, access to Grammy Jay is right out the back door, and the hot tub is a great way to finish a long day of skiing the famous glades at Jay Peak.

Annual Family Ski Trip
This is the third year that we've been at Donna and Rich's condo for our annual family ski trip. They are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly. The condo is in a good location. Ski on, Ski off. It's nicely furnished and well equipped. The open floor plan has plenty of room for the family to dine, or play games, but there is space to get away for a little quiet time.. With five bedrooms, with comfy beds,our family of 9 has lots of space. This is a great condo for a getaway with family or friends.

Perfect place at Jay's Peak
This house is AMAZING! We spent Christmas (10 people : 8 adults and 2 kids) and had a great time. We had enough rooms (and bathrooms) for all of us and everyone was comfortable. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and we had enough towels/sheets/etc. for everybody. The house is located right next to the Stateside hotel, where the ski school is so it was perfect since the kids were first time skiers. We could go back and forth within minutes. Super convenient. And for the other skiers in the group, is a ski in and out (there is a trail behind the house which is great). Donna is a super host!! She answered all our questions and helped us get to her place when we got lost (the GPS sent us somewhere else). She is AWESOME! . We will definitively stay there when we go back to Jay's Peak. Perfect, perfect!!!

Great property
This is a great property, this was our second year returning to this property. It is kept very clean, and was equip with everything we needed. Hot tub is a big bonus. It sleeps our group very comfortably and plenty of bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and we'll be booking it in the future as well. For our group of 10 adults, it's spacious, provides access to Grammy Jay off the back door and the hot tub is always a bonus following a day of skiing. And of course having 20 inches of powder over 3 days made the vacation an awesome time!
