All three bedrooms, with ceiling fans and televisions, are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master suite with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a propane barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home’s owners, has a double bed. One ¾ bath is located on the main level, a second is located on the second floor, and a third is in the master suite (no bath tub). The house is gorgeous (I love the Catalina tile), well-stocked, great location. All logistics (communication, check-in and out, etc.) were easy peasy. My only nit is it needs some window coverings that block out more light. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This charming & very clean home is simply the perfect Catalina stay. It’s location is close to shopping & restaurants, and has everything you need. My husband, myself & our two sons stayed here last April, and loved it so much that when planning a girls trip to Catalina, I recommended we stay here. Everyone loved it! The balcony is calming. Check-in & out is a breeze. Don’t hesitate! This is the perfect spot.

Our third trip to the NYE Ball and it was the best. The house is perfectly located, especially for Ferry access. Beautiful Catalina tiles all over the house and lovely appointments. We’ll be back!

I stayed here with my two young sons and husband- excellent location. You can walk to any restaurants, childrens parks, beach, vons, etc. The place was easy to check into and fully equipped for all our needs. We would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, very clean and well stocked. Loved our location as we just had to take our scuba diving equipment to the Green Pier. Location is very good to beach, restaurants and pier. Only complaint was that pillows on all beds were flat and hard. Need some Marriott pillows!

This property was beautiful and clean. It is located 10 minute walking distance from the Avalon port. I could literally walk to the pier for fishing too. You can go to Vons in 5-10 minute walk and get to several restaurants and a donut place in a few minutes. Best location ever! I would stay here again definitely.

That’s why we went to Catalina right before Thanksgiving and had a lot of fun. The location of this place is fantastic. One block away from all the restaurants and putt putt. Vons was just down the street. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for a long weekend - six girlfriends in total. The property was clean and incredibly convenient to access everything in town. The Vonns is only a few blocks away and it’s easy to walk from the ferry. There are 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready for dinner comfortable and easy. There was some soap and shampoo provided but not much, so you may want to pack your own or buy some once you’re there. I’d also recommend bringing your own hair dryer, as the ones provided are very weak. Would definitely stay here again for a future weekend!

Tastefully designed home with 3 full bathrooms (not 2) in an excellent quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen 4 minute walk from grocery store and skip and hop to heart of town. Enjoyable for whole family especially teen kids.

Great house and super close to everything. The only issue we had was the wifi didn't work well and the dishwasher wasn't working well so we had to hand wash everything. But outside of that, we loved this place. SO ADORABLE!!!

Had a great, great time. Also rented 219 Descanso. Re improvement.....BBQ needs attention. Could only get front burners to turn on. Also, backup propane tank was empty. Please fix this BBQ. Also, kitchen stove burners need to be adjusted to burn evenly. Difficult to cook. Really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2018. The location was great, one house down a side street which really helped with traffic noise, and a 1 block walk to downtown and the beach. It was near the grocery store, restaurants, bus tour center, and a Garibaldi Transist stop ($2 a ride). The house was decorated with beautiful Catalina style tile. It was very clean and well maintained. Catalina Island Vacation Rentals office was very helpful and handled our maintenance request the same day. The kitchen was well equipped and had a wonderful island workspace. High-end finishes throughout. The balcony off the master bedroom had very comfortable seating, a retractable canvas awning, a gas grill, and a sink built into a spacious counter workspace. The awning made the balcony very comfortable outdoor living space even during the hot and sunny part of the afternoon. There were three beautifully tiled bathrooms with showers and equipped with plenty of towels. My only suggestion is that the bed sheets should be replaced and the bottom sheets should be fitted sheets that fit snuggly on the oversized mattresses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this wonderful property and would love to stay again.

5 star property, beautifully decorated with lots of gorgeous tile work. Great floor plan and great location! I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars because of a couple of cleanliness and maintenance issues - dirty screens and dirty outside furniture, as well as almost non-existent bristles on the bar-b-que brush and loose plumbing fixtures - minor issues, but worth mentioning.

We’ve stayed in 5 or 6 houses on Catalina now and this one is my favorite. There’s enough space for three couples with no line for the bathroom at any time. We never ran into a “I wish there was a...” moment. Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom design was lovely, plenty of ambient light, plenty of common space for socializing and it’s incredibly close to Von’s Express, super convenient. We’ll be back!

The property was in the perfect location, about a block from the pier and boardwalk, and all of the restaurants and shops. The house was in immaculate condition and well supplied with dishes, towels, and other amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I stayed here with one other couple and our 2 young children. We absolutely loved this house. It was pretty spacious, lots of seating in the living area, the bedrooms were good size (especially the master) and everything was very clean. It is located just steps away from town and th water. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone staying on the island.

Great property! Clean, cared for and nice, helpful people at CIVR. Terrific location! Just don't forget to bring beach towels and beach chairs. There is also a serious drought as an FYI, so no bathtub and no laundry.
