Oasis 1708, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1708 Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 70'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. Beautiful travertine tile throughout and the large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom also has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 12. Each bedroom has a full bath attached and there is also a full bath off the hallway. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season. This condo is not ADA compliant MUST be 25 to book!

i like everything but,,, all the elevators wasnt working properly, the carpart in the living room area needed to cleaned,and none of the bedrooms had crash can in them,, the master bathroom had a very bad odor,, the masterbedroom needs a chair in it.

We loved our stay here overall, and would rent this unit again.One of the bathroom tubs would not drain well, though.One of the toilet bowls was really dirty when we arrived. I'm guessing because the unit was vacant for a number of days prior to our arrival?Also, there were only 5 dining room chairs total.Four people could sit at the breakfast bar, but there were 10 of us.A broom was available, but no dustpan.Otherwise, nice unit. Very roomy.Nice balcony with lots of chairs. Great view of the Gulf!

The condo was pretty nice. Had a few issues with a running toilet and the dryer, but those were fixed very quickly once we reported them. The only real problem we had was with the elevators. Out of 6 of them I only saw 4 working at any given time and sometimes only 2 :/ Came mid September, so not too many people, but there were tons of issues - people waiting 30+ minutes, several times the elevators would stop on every floor for no apparent reason. We got to the bottom floor once and the door wouldn't open; then proceeded to go all the way up to the top floor and stop on EVERY SINGLE FLOOR on the way back down. We were on the 17th floor so taking the stairs was hard (but we had to several times just to get to the beach or our car. I can only imagine how bad it is during peak summer. Will probably never stay here again due to this issue alone.

We wanted to incorporate beach time with a baseball tournament we were in.
Overall, the week was great. The only downfall was the building did not have enough elevators to accommodate all of the occupants.

We have been coming down to Southern Alabama for 8 years and the last 7 have been spent in Phoenix West II condos, a different one each year, and we have never had a bad one. You have to keep in mind they are rental properties so they see some wear and tear. But if you find a good agent to deal with it helps with your own needs and desires. We have a wonderful agent Julia, she is the best we have worked with. We are booked again for next year and looking forward to it as slways

We enjoyed our stay at PW 2 condo 1708. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We stay in Orange Beach almost every fall and the Phoenix West buildings are our favorite. The reservation process is always easy. We had one maintenance issue on arrival that was addressed quickly. Julia was quick to respond to our needs.

Great location and building with good service and amenities. Nice beach front property with pools etc. Elevators were out of service some with long lines at times. The building management acted quickly to rectify the problem. Our unit had a stubborn air conditioner that would not cool completely the first part of the week but was corrected. The unit was great for our family with plenty of room and lots of space for little ones to play. Loved the ice machine. Fun week.

Property was exactly as described . Very spacious, comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. The view, balcony and furniture were fabulous. Check-in day was miserable as it was difficult to find a luggage cart and even more difficult to catch an elevator. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

We had a large group, 2 sets of adults and lots of kids ranging from infants to 13. The amenities at the building were incredible. The pool, lazy river, and water slide made it easy to find something everyone would enjoy, and the boardwalk beach access was nice. The condo unit itself was great. Plenty of room for a max capacity group (a couple kids on air mattresses).
Downsides: the building tended to get crowded at times. The elevators were really only a problem at check in and when everyone was coming in from the beach as storms rolled in. Otherwise, you might have to wait a couple minutes, at most. The pools and lazy river got crowded, but you could start to pick out the best times to miss the crowds. The biggest complaints were parking and the beach itself. You park in decks 3 to 12, and it was tough to get a spot on the 3-7 sometimes. It takes a while to drive up to the 10th deck, so be prepared for that parking battle. Then at the beach, the rental company has a pretty tight rein on the beach right outside the condo, and it’s a couple hundred dollars to rent their stuff for the week. To set up a personal tent or canopy, prepare to either get out early or walk a little ways down the beach. Even then, the city does not allow canopies near the water (only umbrellas). We ended up scratching our plan to set up a tent at the beach and just used a beach blanket instead. With that said, still a fantastic location and great for families with young kids!

Almost got it perfect!
Loved everything about it but the elevator situation!!! That’s enough to put you in a mood whether you are coming or going!! Absolutely not enough elevators for such a big place. And there were too many blue umbrellas set up for rental you couldn’t even see the ocean unless you were front row. Otherwise everything was perfect! Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again unless you enjoy big crowds. Also there wasn’t enough security checking the premises. Smoking weed on balconies and down in game area.

All items in working order and better than average condition. Wished the chairs in the living room were recliners instead of barrel chairs, but were still comfortable. Good security, no issues at all. We would stay in this unit again.

Had a great time. Weather was excellent! Property was packed with people so elevators were a problem.. only complaints were not enough casserole type cooking supplies and very disappointed there was no crock pot to use for letting something cook all day while u are the beach!

The unit was in a great location with an excellent view. The beds were comfortable and the unit was large enough to comfortably accommodate my family of 10. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. The unit could have been a little cleaner there were dishes in The cabinet with food stuck on them and some of the pots have been very abused. The management did respond very quickly and provided us with some new frying pans. We still recommend updating the cookware and wiping the inside of the cabinets. We also felt as if a 4:30 check in time was a little late, that is the latest time we have ever had when renting a property.

We loved the condo itself but the complex is very big and crowded. We have stayed at others with much more room in the pool and beach areas. Also the elevators are often at capacity so we had to use the stairs multiple times, quite a task with beach and pool supplies. Last, our unit was not the cleanest with more than typical sand, leftovers from prior guests and other dirt throughout.

The unit was just the right size for our family. It was clean, safe and priced right. We plan to rent this specific unit again before the end of the year and about the same time next year. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay.
